基于光耦HCPL316J的大功率IGBT驱动电路研究

本文主要对逆变器等功率装置的IGBT驱动电路进行研究,从门极驱动电压、门极驱动电阻、驱动电路功率与IGBT的关系以及驱动保护等方面分析了驱动电路的设计。最后设计了以基于光电耦合器HCPL316J的驱动电路,计算了电路的参数。通过驱动实验和短路保护实验,验证了设计的正确性。

牛磺酸Schiff碱及其Cu（Ⅱ）配合物的合成与表征

用牛磺酸与2-吡啶甲醛反应合成了一种牛磺酸Schiff碱,并制备了它与Cu（Ⅱ）的配合物[CuL（H2O）].NO3,其中HL=C8H10N2O3S,利用元素分析,红外光谱,紫外光谱,差热-热重分析及摩尔电导的测定等方法对Schiff碱及金属配合物进行了表征。     

微型薄膜电阻的制备及研究

将具有优异特性的碳纳米管（CNTS）与负性感光胶（SU-8 2002）混合得到复合材料,将不同比例的碳纳米管通过超声工艺分散到SU-8 2002感光胶中,通过UV-LIGA加工工艺,热压处理后实现了微型电阻的快速制备。对复合薄膜电阻的性能进行测试,测试结果表明复合薄膜电阻率随着碳纳米管比例的增加而减小,当碳纳米管的比例为12%时,电阻率减小到0.06 ,复合材料达到逾渗阈值,频率小于1.2GHz时,电阻值的变化范围小于5%,为快速制备微型电阻提供了新的方法。     

基于软件无线电的八信道中频数字调制系统的设计和实现

介绍一种采用软件无线电技术用于基站的多信道中频数字化调制系统的设计,提出了该系统总体设计方案,说明了软件无线电中的无线电功能的模块划分,给出了系统关键部分的硬件实现方法和软件流程设计以及工程实现中应考虑的几个主要问题.     

关于基站防雷接地的问题

着重讨论避雷针接受雷电流时的泻流方法和女儿墙上的避雷带的作用，以及如果用避雷带作为接地点，可能会带来的隐患。     

Thermal crosstalk modelling of thin film resistor arrays

This paper describes the thermal modelling results for a thin film resistor array which can have applications in infrared scene projection. In this design, the array consists of two parallel rows of resistor elements. A central aluminium busbar which forms a common electrical connection for all resistor elements, also provides thermal isolation between the two rows through thermal connection to the array substrate. It is shown that the thickness of the aluminium busbar of the order of 2 m is sufficient to provide good thermal isolation, thus allowing an increase in the pixel fill factor.     

Theoretical studies on microscopic and macroscopic nonuniformities in electric-discharge-excited XeCl lasers

The satbilit r of the pumping discharge for XeCI (Ne/Xe/HCI) lasers is investigated by using different one-dimensional models, considering both bulk discharge instabilities and filamentary ones. It is found that the bulk stability in a XeCl laser discharge can he improved, under certain conditions, due to the vihrational excitation of HCl molecules: this effect is studied by using different models for the HCl vihrational kinetics. It is established that the very short instability time found in experiments cannot he explained as a result of hulk instability of the discharge. On the other hand, a satisfactory comparison with experiments can he obtained by adding to the model a simplified microinstability which develops in the discharge.

用MCS-51单片机实现温度的检测

单片机在检测和控制系统中得到广泛的应用，温度是一个系统常需要测量、控制和保持的量，而温度是一个模拟量，不能直接与单片机交换信息，采用适当的技术将模拟的温度量转化为数字量在原理上虽不困难，但电路较复杂、成本较高、还会遇到其他方面的问题。用MCS-51单片机多余的I／O口P1(P1．0，P1．1，P1．2)实现对温度的检测，可以使电路简单、接口少，适用于几乎所有类型的单片机，易于实现，应用在一些精度要求不太高的系统中。
