基于聚类算法实现信号盲分类

本文解决了信号处理、工业控制等领域存在的非平稳信号盲分类问题。在聚类中广泛应用的K-Means算法及其它基于中心的聚类算法有两个共同的缺陷-需要预先确定类数目且随机初始化中心引起性能不稳定。本文提出的算法较好地解决了这两个问题，提高了算法稳定性，实现了非平稳信号盲分类。提取非平稳信号的小波系数作为聚类的样本空间，分析聚类结果的统计偏差以估计类的数目，采用调和均值准则进行分类。最后给出的仿真结果表明本文提出的方法较传统的K-Means算法明显降低分类错误率。     

Benzene fused five-membered heterocycles. A theoretical approach

The Nuclear Independent Chemical Shift of each ring, as a criterion of aromaticity, is used to explain the stability order of benzopyrrole, benzofuran and benzothiophene, and their isomers. The results indicate that the benzene ring is aromatic in all the systems. The five-membered rings of benzopyrrole, benzofuran and benzothiophene are also aromatic, whereas those of isobenzopyrrole, isobenzofuran and isobenzothiophene are non-aromatic. This could be an explanation of the stability of the former molecules. The molecular orbitals and the condensed Fukui functions derived from the electronic structure calculations are also reported. These reactivity indices explain the expected electrophilic substitution of these compounds. The theoretical structure, ionization energies, order of aromaticity, stability and reactivity are in good agreement with the experimental results. The usefulness of this approach to determine the reactivity is discussed since their stability and reactivity may be understood. The reactivity indices are useful to explain and confirm the experimental information, and for molecules with unknown reactive behavior, this approach could help to predict some of the reactions.     

硅基两维光子晶体的制备和光子带隙特性

利用反应离子束刻蚀设备制备了硅基的两维空气柱光子晶体，并用红外显微镜测试了样品的 反射谱. 理论上用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法计算了样品的光子带隙，从测试结果看光子带隙 和理论计算的光子带隙符合得很好.  关键词： 光子晶体 光子带隙 反射谱 时域有限差方法     

异质谷间转移电子器件的计算机模拟

使用弛豫时间近似求出了描述两能谷间电子交换的方程。在此基础上建立了双能谷电子的连续性方程和油松方程。对具体的ＧａＡｓ／ＡｌｘＧａ１－ｘＡｓ异质谷间转移电子器件结构求解了这些方程组，得到了直流工作时器件内的电场分布、双能谷中载流子的布居以及两个能谷的电流分布。这些结果正好和常规Ｇｕｎｎ器件相反，说明了两种器件的不同工作机理。最后通过对低Ａｌ组份势垒结构的计算说明了Ｘ谷电子注入对器件工作的重要作用。     

短周期超晶格AlP／GaP能带结构的转变及其带间的光跃迁

介绍了间接跃迁的半导体ＡｌＰ与ＧａＰ形成的超晶格，由于零折叠效应，实现了能带由间接带隙向直接带隙的转变，从而增加了带间的光跃迁几率，并推导了该几率的表达式。     

弱1—凸对策及其解的性质

本文提出了一类特殊的ｎ人合作对策模型─—弱１—凸对策，研究了弱１—凸对策的解的性质，并证明弱１—凸对策的解满足所有常见的公理化特征．     

光声耦合与光子Cooper对

文中研究了光声耦合所导致的光子Cooper对的形成机制，计算了光子Cooper对的能隙（0.01eV）和尺度（10^-5m)以及内禀角动量（奇数），并简要讨论了几十开低温下介质中光的超流效应的可能性。由于在低温下， 光子Cooper对不容易受到热运动的激发，因此有可能存在光的超流现象。     

抽运激光在光靶中的局域及其对X射线激光特性的影响

新型X射线靶设计为:由SiO2和TiO2组成具有12个周期的一维光子晶体,在它的中间嵌入光靶材料层作为缺陷层,SiO2,TiO2和光靶层的光学厚度分别为λ4、λ4和λ2,λ为抽运激光波长.与普通平板光靶相比,当抽运光垂直照射到这种光靶时,靶层内部的光强将提高2个数量级,所以抽运激光的阈值强度将降低2个数量级,这有利于X射线激光的小型化.在同样的抽运激光照射下,X射线激光的强度将提高4个数量级,转换效率也将提高约4个数量级.由于平均电离度随抽运激光强度的提高而提高,所以采用这种光靶有利于使X射线激光向短波长推进. 关键词： X射线激光 光子晶体 光波局域     

环面上具有间断梯度的势函数的模拟退火

本文证明了环面上具有间断梯度的势函数的模拟退火过程：dXt=-VU(Xt)dt √2dWt概率收敛到势函数的全局极小集附近。     

New Plasmon Waveguides Composed of Twin Metal Wedges with a Nano Gap

We have numerically shown the existence of coupled wedge plasmons (CWPs) which propagates along a nano gap of a twin metal wedge. The CWPs are formed by wedge plasmons which can interact with each other. The dispersion relations of the wavenumber, propagation distance, and beam area of CWPs, are described and show that the characteristics of CWPs are similar to those of wedge plasmons and of gap plasmons. We also propose a new plasmon waveguide composed of twin metal wedges with a nano gap.
