Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl (Primulaceae), a folk medicinal plant in China, showed significant anti‐tumor activities in vivo and in vitro . Capilliposide B (LC‐B) and capilliposide C (LC‐C) are the main bioactive components in this plant. To explore their tissue distribution, a reliable bioanalytical method for the quantification of LC‐B, LC‐C and their bioactive metabolite, capilliposide A (LC‐A), in mouse tissues was developed and validated. In this study, the tissue distribution profiles of the three compounds were examined after intravenous administration of pure LC‐B and oral administration of total saponins of L. capillipes Hemsl extract (LCE) for 10 days. Method validation was conducted over the curve range 10.0–5000 ng/mL for all three analytes in various tissue homogenates. The relative standard deviation of intra‐day and inter‐day precision of the QC samples was <14.7%, and the accuracy ranged from 85.9 to 114.0%. The results indicated that LC‐B was rapidly and widely distributed throughout the whole body except for muscle following intravenous administration of LC‐B. In addition, LC‐A was only in liver, intestine, lung and stomach. After oral administration of LCE, LC‐B and LC‐C were distributed into various tissues. A simple one‐pot approach based on molecularly imprinted polymer shells dispersed on the surface of silica for simultaneous determination of rhodamine B and dibenzyl phthalate (DBzP) has been developed. Highly dense molecularly imprinted polymer shells were formed in the mixture of acetonitrile and toluene by the copolymerization of methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, as well as two templates, rhodamine B and dibenzyl phthalate, directed by the vinyl end groups functional monolayer at surface silica microspheres after 3‐methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane modification. The obtained imprinted polymer shells showed large average pore diameter (102.5 nm) and about 100 nm shell thickness. The imprinted particles also showed high imprinting factor (αRhB = 3.52 and αDBzP = 3.94), rapid binding kinetics, and excellent selective affinity capacity for rhodamine B and dibenzyl phthalate containing another three competitors in mixed solution. Moreover, the imprinted particles coupled with ultra high performance liquid chromatography was successfully applied to simultaneous analysis of rhodamine B and dibenzyl phthalate in two spiked beverage samples with average recoveries in the range of 88.0−93.0% for rhodamine B and 84.0–92.0% for dibenzyl phthalate with the relative standard deviation lower than 5.1%. 相似文献

Casein, a natural biopolymer contained in milk, has been successfully intercalated into a Ca-Al-LDH host structure. Synthesis was performed by rehydration of tricalcium aluminate in the presence of casein. The resulting nanohybrids were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Further experiments revealed that the single protein strains intercalate instead of the entire casein sub micelles, which are present in milk. Additionally, the pure phospho protein fractions α- and β-casein, which make up ∼80 wt% of total casein were isolated and intercalated into the Ca-Al-LDH host structure, yielding a biopolymer-inorganic hybrid material. 相似文献

The potential of using encapsulation by MEA, DEA and TEA to control the morphology of ZnO powders was investigated. The crystallite and particle size decreased as a function of aminoalcohol concentration. We found that aminoalcohols can inhibit the crystal growth of ZnO along the c-axis. A steric effect by TEA more strongly influenced the formation of different ZnO shapes than did MEA and DEA. The value of the band gap was dependent on the crystallite size, particle size and particle shape. 相似文献

Gold-coated iron oxide nanoparticle Hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA probes were prepared, and their application for HBV DNA measurement
was studied. Gold-coated iron oxide nanoparticles were prepared by the citrate reduction of tetra-chloroauric acid in the
presence of iron oxide nanoparticles which were added as seeds. With a fluorescence-based method, the maximal surface coverage
of hexaethiol 30-mer oligonucleotides and the maximal percentage of hybridization strands on gold-coated iron oxide nanoparticles
were (120 ± 8) oligonucleotides per nanoparticle, and (14 ± 2%), respectively, which were comparable with those of (132 ± 10)
and (22 ± 3%) in Au nanoparticle groups. Large network aggregates were formed when gold-coated iron oxide nanoparticle HBV
DNA gene probe was applied to detect HBV DNA molecules as evidenced by transmission electron microscopy and the high specificity
was verified by blot hybridization. Our results further suggested that detecting DNA with iron oxide nanoparticles and magnetic

This paper proposes an alternative scheme for generating four-photon W state via cavity QED. The scheme bases on the resonant interaction of a A-type three level atom with two bimodal cavities. The detection of atom collapses the cavity to the desired state. Comparing with previous schemes, the advantage of this scheme is that the interaction time can be greatly shortened since it uses the resonant interaction between atom and cavities. Within the heavy quark limit and the hierarchy approximation Λqcd << Md << Mb,we analyze the B→DOD-O and Bs→ DOD-O decays,which occur purely via annihilation type diagrams.As a rough estimate,we calculate their branching ratios and CP asymmetries in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach.The branching ratio of B→ DOD-O is about 3.8×10-5 that is just below the latest experimental upper limit.The branching ratio of Bs→ DOD-O is about 6.8 × 10-4,which could be measured in LHC-b.From the calculation,it is found that this branching ratio is not sensitive to the weak phase angle γ.In these two decay modes,there exist CP asymmetries because of the interference between weak and strong interaction.However,these asymmetries are too small to be measured easily. 相似文献
