基于蓝光芯片激发黄色荧光粉或近紫外芯片激发三基色荧光粉构建的白光发光二极管(WLED)在青光区域呈现明显的凹口,导致白光的色彩性能不够理想。为了弥补这一缺陷,实现全光谱白光,我们设计了Eu3+掺杂Ca2KZn2(VO4)3黄色荧光粉,其发射波长范围为400~750 nm。在387 nm激发下,在所制荧光粉中可同时获得来自VO43-基团和Eu3+的发射光。Eu3+在Ca2KZn2(VO4)3基质中的最佳掺杂浓度(物质的量分数)为0.05,且VO43-基团向Eu3+的能量传递效率达到64.9%。基于变温的发射光谱,揭示了所制荧光粉的热稳定性并发现VO43-基团和Eu3+的激活能分别为0.538和0.510 eV。此外,将所制黄色荧光粉与商用蓝色荧光粉和近紫外芯片进行封装整合,得到可发射暖白光的WLED器件,其色温和显色指数分别为3843 K和85.8。  相似文献

本文通过简单的一步水热法得到Ni2P-NiS双助催化剂,之后采用溶剂蒸发法将Ni2P-NiS与g-C3N4纳米片结合构建获得无贵金属的Ni2P-NiS/g-C3N4异质结。研究结果表明,优化后的复合材料具有良好的光催化产氢活性,其产氢速率最高可到6892.7 μmol·g-1·h-1,分别为g-C3N4 (150 μmol·g-1·h-1)、15%NiS/g-C3N4 (914.5 μmol·g-1·h-1)和15%Ni2P/g-C3N4 (1565.9 μmol·g-1·h-1)的46.1、7.5和4.4倍。这主要归因于Ni2P-NiS相比Ni2P和NiS单体具有更好的载流子转移能力,其与g-C3N4形成的肖特基势垒能有效促进光生载流子在二者界面上的分离,同时Ni2P-NiS能进一步降低析氢过电势,进而显著增强了表面析氢反应动力学。本研究为开发稳定、高效的非贵金属产氢助剂提供了实验基础。  相似文献

以芘和咪唑为基本构筑单元,利用"一锅法"合成了一系列芘并咪唑衍生物PyPI,PyTPAI,PyCzI和Pyd-CzI.采用质谱、核磁和元素分析等手段表征了化合物的结构.通过调节与芘并咪唑相连接的共轭基团的种类、大小和空间构型,实现对分子热学性质,分子轨道能级和光电性质的调控.进一步制备了有机电致发光器件,得到了较好的器件性能.  相似文献

Psoraleae Fructus is one of the most popular traditional Chinese medicines. Coumarins, flavonoids, and meroterpenes are the main contributors to the biological activity of Psoraleae Fructus. In this study, a new method for the quality control of Psoraleae Fructus was developed, through the quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker with diode array detector. Thirteen components, including psoralenoside, isopsoralenoside, psoralen, isopsoralen, psoralidin, neobavaisoflavone, bavachin, corylin, isobavachalcone, corylifol A, bavachinin, bavachalcone, and bakuchiol were rapidly separated and identified within 12 min by the newly developed method. The feasibility and reliability of this method were corroborated. The method was also compared to the external standard method and detection by corona charged aerosol detector. The results of percent difference (%) and cos (θ) have shown that there were no significant differences observed between the quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker and external standard method analyses; psoralen and isopsoralen were undetectable with the corona charged aerosol detector due to their but the sensitivity for all the compounds except bakuchiol detected by corona charged aerosol detector are higher than those obtained by diode array detector. In addition, the newly method developed was applied to the quality evaluation of Chinese patent medicines containing Psoraleae Fructus.  相似文献

Historical textiles in the Topkap? Museum, which are called silk kaftans and brocades by art historians from the sixteenth and nineteenth were characterized by scanning electron microscopy–energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDX) and high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection for identification of metal threads and dyestuffs. In the most Ottoman textiles, metal threads, especially belonging to the sultans, were used as the gold gild. Although the chemical composition of the samples on the surface may easily be obtained by SEM–EDX, the thickness of the thin gold layer on metal threads cannot be obtained directly. Hence, the goal of this project is to describe whether metal threads are gilded or not and to measure coating thickness. A new method was developed for measuring the thickness of gold layer, and the modeling was reformed. The SEM–EDX results were interpreted in accordance with the theoretical models. The coating thickness of metal threads was subsequently measured in ancient textiles. The thickness, depth, and valuable metal composition in the threads of the artistic objects were obtained by this approach. Dye analysis was used to characterize the presence of indigotin, carminic acid, ellagic acid, and luteolin in the historical textiles.  相似文献

通过高温固相反应合成了一系列宽谱带发射黄色荧光粉Sr_8MgAl(PO_4)_7∶x Eu~(2+)(SMAP∶x Eu~(2+)),并对其物质结构、发光性能及其在白色发光二极管(WLED)领域的应用进行了探究。X射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明,SMAP∶x Eu~(2+)系列荧光粉具有单斜结构和C2/m空间群,激活剂Eu~(2+)离子能够很好地进入SMAP基质中并占据Sr~(2+)离子的晶格位点。漫反射光谱分析显示SMAP基质属于宽带隙材料,带隙宽度为3.60 e V。此外,SMAP∶x Eu~(2+)具有较宽的激发范围(280~500 nm),对应于Eu~(2+)离子的4f~7→4f~65d~1跃迁;在380 nm近紫外光激发下,呈现出450~800 nm的多发光中心的非对称黄光发射,发射峰位于590 nm处。基于高斯多峰拟合结果,得到3个发光中心,分别位于528、600和680 nm。最后,将已制备的黄色荧光粉SMAP∶0.05Eu~(2+)与商业化蓝粉Ba Mg Al_(10)O_(17)∶Eu~(2+)混合涂覆到400 nm芯片上制得色温较好(3 344 K)、显色指数较高(90.1)的WLED。  相似文献

Three new emitters,namely 10,10'-(quinoline-2,8-diyl)bis(10 H-phenoxazine)(Fene),10,10'-(quinoline-2,8-diyl)bis(10 H-phenothiazine)(Fens) and 10,10'-(quinoline-2,8-diyl)bis(9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine)(Yad),featuring quinoline as a new electron acceptor have been designed and conveniently synthesized.These emitters possessed small singlet-triplet splitting energy(ΔEst) and twisted structures,which not only endowed them show thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)properties but also afforded a remarkable aggregation-induced emission(AIE) feature.Moreover,they also showed aggregation-induced delayed fluorescence(AIDF) property and good photoluminescence(PL) property,which are the ideal emitters for non-doped organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs).Furthermore,high-performance non-doped OLEDs based on Fene,Fens and Yad were achieved,and excelle nt maximum external quantum efficiencies(EQE_(max)) of 14,9%,13.1% and 17,4%,respectively,were obtained.It was also found that all devices exhibited relatively low turn-on voltages ranging from 3.0 V to3.2 V probably due to their twisted conformation and the AIDF properties.These results demonstrated the quinoline-based emitters could have a promising application in non-doped OLEDs.  相似文献

提出了一种由锥形纤维阵列引导的定向液体输运的简单策略, 实现了对聚二芳基芴(PODPF)的有序 排列. 通过热退火处理(~240 ℃), PODPF由无定形相转变为β相态, 制备的PODPF薄膜具有一定的取向性 并且结晶尺寸更大. 在去浸润过程中, 锥形纤维阵列能够精确控制三相接触线的后退, 从而使得共轭高分子在产生的定向应力作用下定向排列. 基于此制备了聚合物发光二极管(PLEDs)器件, 与由旋涂膜制备的器件相比具有更高的电流效率(1.53 cd/A)和更稳定的电致发光. 表明利用锥形纤维阵列可以制备高性能的有机发光 二极管.  相似文献

We discuss the data sampling frequency, the spectral resolution, and the limit for non-aliasing in the static modulated Fourier transform spectrometer based on a modified Sagnac interferometer. The measurement was performed in a very short 4 ms, which is applicable for real time field operation. The improved spectrometer characteristics were used to investigate the spectral properties of an InGaAs light emitting diode. In addition, The measured spectral peak was shifted from 6420 cm−1 to 6365 cm−1, as the temperature increased from 25 °C to 40 °C, when the operating current is fixed to be 0.55 A. As the applied current increased from 0.30 A to 0.55 A at room temperature, the spectral width was broadened from 316 cm−1 to 384 cm−1. Compared to the conventional Fourier transform spectrometer, the measured spectral width by the static modulated Fourier transform spectrometer showed a deviation less than 10%, and the spectral peak shift according to the temperature rise showed a difference within 2%.  相似文献

Herein, two deep-blue emissive molecules ( SAF-PI and SAF-DPI ) are designed and synthesized using spiro[acridine-9,9’-fluorene] as a donor (D) substituted with 2-(3-methylphenyl)-1-phenyl-phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazole as an acceptor (A), forming twisted D−A and A−D−A structures, respectively. The photophysical studies and density functional theory (DFT) calculations reveal that both molecules exhibit hybridized local excited and charge transfer (HLCT) characteristics with deep blue emission color. They are effectively applied as non-doped emitters in OLEDs. Particularly, SAF-PI -based device achieves the high-definition television (HDTV) standard blue color emission peaked at 428 nm with CIE coordinate of (0.156, 0.053), a narrow full width at half maximum of 55 nm, a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQEmax) of 4.57% and an exciton utilization efficiency of 65%.  相似文献
