Development of Vacuum Monitoring System in the HL-2A tokamak

HL-2A is the first divertor tokamak in China. The vacuum system is one of the important parts of the HL-2A tokamak, which has to be work well during the physics campaign in 2004. As the tokamak machine is separated from the operation staff during discharges, to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the vacuum system, it is necessary to watch the vacuum system outside the machine hall with an automatic monitoring system. The paper describes the design and manufacture of the monitoring system.     

The Design for Automation of Pellet-Forming Process in HL-2A Pellet Fueling System

In the ever fusion experiments in SWIP, pellet forming process was carried out through adjusting relative devices by staff member in site, which will make every pellet-forming process slight distinction and will result in pellet difference in shape, size and intensity. In the intervals of HL-2A discharges, staff member have to go site to accomplish the pellet-forming process, this wastes human power and increase the potential danger. So it is necessary to develop a remote control system to perform the pellet-forming process. The control system needs have the features of real-time, reliability and be easy to operate and maintain.     

Vacuum System for HL-2A Tokamak

The vacuum system of today＇s tokamak devices is designed to meet the operational requirements of the experiments. The operation can be divided into five modes, （1） pumping down and leak detecting of the vacuum vessel, （2） baking, （3） plasma-facing component （PFC） conditioning, （4）evacuating and controlling of the particles at plasma edge, （5） plasma discharge experiments.

Numerical analysis of turbulent structure in compound meandering open channel by algebraic Reynolds stress model

The turbulent flow in a compound meandering channel with a rectangular cross section is one of the most complicated turbulent flows, because the flow behaviour is influenced by several kinds of forces, including centrifugal forces, pressure‐driven forces and shear stresses generated by momentum transfer between the main channel and the flood plain. Numerical analysis has been performed for the fully developed turbulent flow in a compound meandering open‐channel flow using an algebraic Reynolds stress model. The boundary‐fitted coordinate system is introduced as a method for coordinate transformation in order to set the boundary conditions along the complicated shape of the meandering open channel. The turbulence model consists of transport equations for turbulent energy and dissipation, in conjunction with an algebraic stress model based on the Reynolds stress transport equations. With reference to the pressure–strain term, we have made use of a modified pressure–strain term. The boundary condition of the fluctuating vertical velocity is set to zero not only for the free surface, but also for computational grid points next to the free surface, because experimental results have shown that the fluctuating vertical velocity approaches zero near the free surface. In order to examine the validity of the present numerical method and the turbulent model, the calculated results are compared with experimental data measured by laser Doppler anemometer. In addition, the compound meandering open channel is clarified somewhat based on the calculated results. As a result of the analysis, the present algebraic Reynolds stress model is shown to be able to reasonably predict the turbulent flow in a compound meandering open channel. 一类复杂循环排队系统的计算机模拟及其在进程调度中的应用

讨论了顾客到达时间和服务时间与等待队列队长有关的排队系统模拟,顾客服务次数不止1次即出现循环的复杂排队系统,引入到达因子、服务台因子和循环因子,在串并联多服务台情形下建立了4类计算机模拟模型,给出该复杂循环排队系统在进程调度中的应用并进行了计算机模拟.     

Dynamics of the periodic type-K competitive Kolmogorov systems

For time-periodic dissipative and irreducible type-K competitive Kolmogorov systems, it is proved that there is a canonically defined countable family F of unordered, disjoint invariant sets with the property that, for every persistent trajectory whose ω-limit set is not a cycle, there exists a unique trajectory in some element of F such that these two trajectories are asymptotic and the corresponding points in these two trajectories are K-related.
