本文比较了利用窄带ＩＳＤＮ和帧中继技术与利用城域网（ＭｅｔｒｏｐｏｌｉｔａｎＡｒｅａＮｅｔｗｏｒｋ－ＭＡＮ）来实现过渡的两种方案，指出利用ＭＡＮ过渡到Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ具有更多的优越性，ＭＡＮ是为适应局域网（ＬＡＮ）互连和高速数据通信而发展起来的，网距离通常可达３０～５０ｋｍ，由于它的信元格式和传输方式上与Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ的兼容性，使得它成为从现有网络向Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ过渡的最佳中介域网技术。     

Practical and theoretical implications of target values in clinical chemistry: a QC approach

The automation of test validation procedures in a routine clinical laboratory by integrating artificial intelligence with the lab information system (LIS) is the focus of this study. Test validation consists of three layers: (1) acceptance of patient results based on technical criteria (technical validation), (2) acceptance of patient results based on internal quality control (QC) results (QC validation) and (3) medical validation of the patient protocol. The emphasis here is put on QC validation. General concepts regarding the setting of performance limits for internal QC results are briefly reviewed. As a practical example, we describe how the different layers of test validation were integrated with Molis, a LIS (Sysmex, Barchon, Belgium) used in a routine clinical biochemistry lab. PGP5 software (PGP, Brussels, Belgium) is used for technical validation and is installed on a Linx work-cell (Thermo Clinical Labsystems, Vantaa, Finland). The latter integrates four different Vitros instruments (OCD, Beerse, Belgium). QC validation and medical validation are performed with QC-Today (IL, Zaventem, Belgium) and VALAB (Erim, Toulouse, France), respectively. Both programs are bi-directionally coupled with the LIS. After 2 years of experience with this integrated system, it is clear that automation of validation rules and procedures has enhanced efficiency and overall quality of patient results.Presented at the Ninth Conference on Quality in the Spotlight, 18–19 March 2004, Antwerp, Belgium.     

利用ACE值构造QC-LDPC码

为进一步提升中短码长下准循环低密度奇偶校验(Quasi-cyclic Low-density Parity-check,QC-LDPC) 码的纠错性能,提出了一种综合短环数目和环连通性的QC-LDPC码构造方法。首先,采用Golomb规则构造QC-LDPC码,对基矩阵中的部分元素进行替换预处理,初步降低短环数目;其次,采用所提的利用近似环外信息度（Approximate Cycle Extrinsic message degree,ACE）的消环掩模算法来优化QC-LDPC码,使得掩模后的校验矩阵具有较大的ACE平均值,最终完成QC-LDPC码的构造。该构造方法简单、通用性强,在短环数目和连通性间进行了平衡。与只考虑减少短环数目、增大围长等方法相比,该方法构造的QC-LDPC码有更加优异的纠错性能。     

Holomorphic liftings and Bergman kernel estimates for 𝒟ℱ𝒩‐domains

Let E be a 𝒟ℱ𝒩‐space and let U ⊂ E be open. By applying the nuclearity of the Fréchet space ℋ︁(U) of holomorphic functions on U we show that there are finite measures μ on U leading to Bergman spaces of μ ‐square integrable holomorphic functions. We give an explicit construction for μ by using infinite dimensional Gaussian measures. Moreover, we prove boundary estimates for the corresponding Bergman kernels K_μ on the diagonal and we give an application of our results to liftings of μ ‐square integrable Banach space valued holomorphic functions over U. Analytical approach on surface active agents in the environment and challenges

Surface active agents (SAAs) are a class of compounds, which is used in variety of products such as detergents, fabric softeners, soaps, paints, adhesives, inks and anti-fogs. After the use of these products containing surfactants are disposed in water reservoirs. The separation and determination of surfactants from complex matrices become challenging for analytical chemists. The fundamentals on separation, preconcentration and analysis of surfactants employing different analytical instrumental techniques for qualitative and quantitative determination of surfactants in environmental samples are discussed. In addition, this compiled work enhanced our knowledge in learning about pathway mechanisms and the degree of their environmental loads. We also discussed the different aspects of method validation in the framework of quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA). This review provides information on levels of SAAs in various environmental samples including soil, sediments, sewage wastewater, river wastewater and aerosols worldwide.

基于非理想信道状态信息的鲁棒安全发送方法

针对协方差信道状态信息(Channel State Information, CSI)不理想导致的通信系统安全性能恶化问题,该文提出一种鲁棒的人工噪声辅助的物理层安全发送方法。该方法基于非理想的协方差信道信息,对发送者的波束成形向量及人工噪声协方差进行联合优化设计,从而最大化系统的最差情况安全速率(Worst-Case Secrecy Rate, WCSR)。该功率受限的安全速率最大化问题是非凸的,采用半定松弛(SemiDefinite Relaxation, SDR)技术和Lagrange对偶理论将其转化为一系列的半定规划(SemiDefinite Program, SDP)问题进行求解。仿真结果表明,与现有方案相比,所提方法的安全性能有了明显的提升。
