基于层次分法的电力通信网状态检修评价方法*

采用状态检修的方法可以更科学合理的对电力通信网设备的进行检修。状态检修的关键是对设备状态进行系统准确的评价。文章针对电力网通信设备提出了一种新的状态检修评价方法。文章并且介绍了实现该状态评价方法的系统原型,该原型证明了新方法的合理性和可行性。     

基于AHP熵权法的信息化厂商评价模型及应用

针对信息化厂商综合评价中各指标的模糊性和不确定性,将信息论中的熵值理论应用于信息化厂商综合评价中,建立了信息化厂商综合评价指标体系。为了合理地确定信息化厂商综合评价的指标权重,可将权重结构分为主观指标权重和客观指标权重,分别采用层次分析法和熵权法确定各指标权重,再用最小相对信息熵原理把它们综合为组合权重,从而建立信息化厂商的熵组合权重评价模型。该模型既可结合专家主观经验法,又可挖掘指标样本值的客观信息差异。应用A公司信息化厂商的实际数据测算结果验证了信息化厂商指标体系及其熵组合权重评价模型的有效性和实用性。     

基于AHP的高处坠落防控方案研究

本文研究了高处坠落事故的原因、规律以及伤害的特点。利用AHP法建立了高处坠落防控层次结构模型，确定了加大安全资源投入是避免高处坠落事故发生的最优先方案。通过分析得出，作业前召开班前会识别风险、开展高处作业专项培训和属地负责人组织安全检查是相对优良的具体防控措施。     

MULTIPLE ATTRIBUTE NETWORK SELECTION ALGORITHM BASED ON AHP AND SYNERGETIC THEORY FOR HETEROGENEOUS WIRELESS NETWORKS简

It is a hot issue in communication research field to select the best network for Heteroge- neous Wireless Networks （HWNs）, and it is also a difficult problem to reduce the handoff number of vertical handoff. In order to solve this problem, the paper proposes a multiple attribute network se- lection algorithm based on Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and synergetic theory. The algorithm applies synergetics to network selection, considering the candidate network as a compound system composed of multiple attribute subsystems, and combines the subsystem order degree with AHP weight to obtain entropy of the compound system, which is opposite the synergy degree of a network system. The greater the synergy degree, the better the network performance. The algorithm takes not only the coordination of objective attributes but also Quality of Service （QoS） requirements into consideration, ensuring that users select the network with overall good performance. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the QoS according to different services. handoff number and provide uses with satisfactory     

A Model for Evaluating and Determining the Most Appropriate Polymer Matrix Type for Natural Fiber Composites

The process of determining the proper polymer matrix type, using a wide range of criteria, to form a natural fiber–reinforced polymer composite is still not established enough. This work introduces, for the first time, a model to select the proper polymer matrix type for natural fibers to enhance the sustainability of the automotive industry. The model was developed to rank different polymers and to determine their relative merits considering 20 different criteria simultaneously, including different physical, mechanical, chemical, environmental, and technical criteria. This work can support establishing a road map for proper selection of polymers in different engineering applications as well as increasing the reliability of the polymer selection process.
