几个金属卤素簇的合成与性能研究

The hydrothermal reaction of CuBr2 and CuBr with phen·H2O （phen= 1,10-phenanthroline） in a molar ratio of 1：1：1.5 gave birth to the first copper-halo cationic cluster [Cu2^Ⅱ Cu2^Br4 （phen）4 ] ^2＋（1） with tetranuclear anionic cluster [Cu4Br6]^2-. Changing the precursors or their molar ratios, two mononuclear complexes [Cu（phen）2Br]Br·H2O （2） and [Ni（phen）3][CuCl2]2 （3） as well as two unusual copper-halo chains found in polymers [Cu2Br2（phen）]∞ （4） and [Cu^ⅡCu3^ⅠBr2Ⅰ3 （phen）2 ]∞ （5） were obtained. The （Cu2Br2）∞ chain of 4 looks like a linearar ray of hexagons based on fused Cu3Br3 units, and the linear （Cu3Ⅰ3Br^-）∞ chain of 5 is an alternate combination of the rhombic Cu2I2 cores and the Cu4I4Br2^2- units. In addition, the hydrothermal reaction of CuBr2 with NA（NA=nicotinic acid） or INA （INA =isonicotinic acid） resulted in the syntheses of two compounds [CuBr（NA）] （6） and [CuBr（INA）]∞（7） containing staircase chain. Among them the third-order non-linear optical properties of 2, 5, 6 and 7 were investigated and all exhibit the reverse saturable absorption （α2〉0） and self-defocusing performance （n2〈0）.     

Study of the interaction of Zn^2＋ with Aβ（10-21） by fluorescamine assay

Zinc may play a role as a co-factor in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease(AD)through influencing the conformation and neurotoxicity of amyloidβ-protein(Aβ).Using the fluorescamine assay,we show for the first time that Zn~(2 )induced Aβ(10-21) aggregate in a concentration-dependent manner.These results indicate that Aβ(10-21)can be used as an in vitro model in Zn~(2 )- induced Aβaggregation and that the region 10-21 to be the minimal fragment of zinc-binding domain of full length Aβ(1-42).     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Compound of （C2N2H8O2） H6V10O28

A novel vanadate decamer, involving all vanadium atoms present in +5 oxidation and one formhydroxamic acid dimer cation readical, has been synthesized. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the orange crystal is formed in the triclinic system, space group Pi, a = 8. 4960 (17), b = 10.447 (2), c = 11.299 (2) A, α= 68. 82 (3)°,β= 87.35 (3)°, γ = 66.97(3)°. V = 855. 3(3) A3, Z = 8, R1 = 0. 0857, wR2=0. 2551. X-ray crystallographic and packing in superlattice studies showed that the crystal structure was constructed by electrostatic attraction of O-H…O hydrogen bonds between formhydroxamic acid dimer cation and decavanadate polyanion. Formhydroxamic acid dimer is got through controlling the condition of the reaction using formhydroxamic acid.     

配合物[Mn(phendione)(PDC)(H2O)2]·2H2O的合成与晶体结构

The title compound [Mn(phendione)(PDC)(H₂O)₂]·2H₂O (H₂PDC=pyridine-2，6-dicarboxylic acid) has been prepared in aqueous solution and characterized by single X-ray diffraction structure determination， elemental analysis， IR spectroscopy， and thermal analyses. The compound crystallizes in Monoclinic system， space group C2/c， a=1.017 51(11) nm， b=1.483 25(11) nm， c=1.461 21(13) nm， β=109.86(10)°， V=2.074 1(3) nm³， Z=4， F(000)=1 028， μ=0.701 mm^-1， D_c=1.609 g·cm^-3， R₁=0.028 9， wR₂=0.078 8 [I>2σ(I)]. Crystal structure reveals that complex consists of one-dimensional chain framework bridged by hydrogen bonds that formed by uncoordinated water and oxygen atom of carboxyl group in PDC^2-. Furthermore， the complexes form a three-dimensional super-molecular structure through hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 648570.     

红腐乳及含油着色食品中苏丹红Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ的高效液相色谱法测定

建立了凝胶色谱净化、高效液相色谱检测红腐乳等含油及着色食品中苏丹红Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ的方法.用V(正己烷或乙酸乙酯):V(环己烷)=1:1提取检测食品中的苏丹红,经凝胶色谱(GPC)去除样品中分子量较大的油脂和天然色素等干扰物后,用HPLC-DAD检测.该方法在浓度0.1～20mg/L有良好的线性关系,苏丹红Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ的相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9999,0.9981,0.9900;回收率在70%～96%;检出低限为7.8μg/kg.

八元瓜环与啡咯啉及其衍生物主客体配合物的研究

利用¹H NMR技术、荧光光谱法, 对八元瓜环与多种啡咯啉及衍生物相互作用形成的主客体配合物实体的结构进行了考察. 研究结果显示, 1,10-啡咯啉及其异构体1,7-啡咯啉、4,7-啡咯啉的盐酸盐“钻”进八元瓜环内腔, 形成2︰1自组装主客体包结物; 2,9二甲基-1,10-啡咯啉的盐酸盐部分进入八元瓜环形成一种比较稳定的主客体配合物; 而4,7-二甲基-1,10-啡咯啉、3,4,7,8-四甲基-1,10-啡咯啉以两种不同的π-π堆砌方式部分进入八元瓜环内腔, 形成包结比也是2︰1的两种较稳定的自组装主客体配合物异构体.

高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆中特有成分10—羟基—2—癸烯酸的研究

本文报道反相高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆和蜂王浆制剂中的10－羟基－2－癸烯酸（10－HDA）的方法，用二氯甲烷从蜂王浆或蜂王浆制课题占萃取10－HDA，而后用HPLC测定，实验采用YWG－C18柱，35％乙醇水溶液为流动相，己二酸为内标，紫外检测器波长为212nm，加入法测回收率在95％以上。用此法测定了鲜蜂王浆和蜂王浆制剂中的10－HDA的含量。该法简单、快速，优于气相色谱法和薄层色谱法。
