采用固相反应法制备了V2O5掺杂的MgTiO3-CaTiO3(MCT)介质陶瓷。研究了V2O5掺杂量对陶瓷晶相组成、烧结温度和介电性能的影响。结果表明:V2O5掺杂的MCT陶瓷的主晶相为MgTiO3和CaTiO3两相结构,当掺杂量较低时,有第二相CaVO3产生;V2O5掺杂能降低MCT陶瓷的烧结温度并使其介电性能得到改善。当x(V2O5)为1%时,在1250℃烧结2.5h获得最佳性能:εr为20.17,tanδ为2×10–3,αε为4.9×10–5/℃。 相似文献

应用常规感光测定法、电镜法、介电损耗仪和微波光导仪研究了Pb2+对卤化银乳剂微晶的掺杂效应。结果表明:Pb2+使乳剂的感光度降低,灰雾明显升高,而反差变化不大。由电子显微镜照片表明,Pb2+对乳剂微晶大小和形状影响不大,但是离子电导和微波光导数据显示出,Pb2+的掺杂使离子电导率降低0.15个对数单位,电子电导成倍降低。上述结果暗示:Pb2+对照相性能的影响不是由于乳剂微晶大小和形状的变化,可能由以下两个原因引起:(1)Pb2+起了深的电子陷阱作用,使光电子徙动路程缩短,影响潜影的形成效率,(2)Pb2+(或PbBr2)成为复合中心,加速光电子与空穴的复合,催化显影过程。 相似文献

对Pb0.98Sr0.02(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.1Zr0.47Ti0.43O3(简称PMS-PZT)+w(SiO2)(0≤w≤0.6%)三元系压电陶瓷材料的微观结构和电性能进行了研究。XRD图谱表明室温下该材料为钙钛矿结构,并随SiO2掺杂物的加入材料由四方相向三方相转变。实验结果表明:当w(SiO2)为0.1%时,在1300℃,1h条件下烧结,能获得较好的综合性能:εr为1642,tgδ为0.0043,kp为0.57,Qm为1553,d33为325pC·N–1,可以满足压电电动机和压电变压器等高功率应用方面的要求。 相似文献

Carbon doping in AlxGa1−xAs was achieved using different approaches. The moderate growth temperature of 650°C was employed to grow C bulk-doped AlxGa1−xAs with a high Al mole fraction. The hole-density was altered using different V/III ratios. The trimethylaluminum (TMAl) was
used as an effective C δ-doping precursor for growth of C δ-doped pipi doping superlattices in AlxGa1−xAs. the average hole-density of C δ-doped pipi superlattices was greater than 2−3 × 1019 cm−3. Zn-free GRINSCH In0.2Ga0.8As/GaAs laser structures were then grown using the C bulk-doped AlxGa1−xAs and C δ-doped pipi superlattice as a cladding and ohmic contact layer, respectively. 用共沉淀法制备了一系列不同Al2O3掺杂量(0.5%-3.0%, 摩尔分数)的SO2-4/SnO2催化剂. 采用N2吸附、热重(TG)分析、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、漫反射红外光谱(DRIFTS)、拉曼(Raman)光谱、魔角旋转固体核磁共振(27Al MAS NMR)对催化剂的结构和织构性质进行了表征, 用正丁胺电位滴定法测定了催化剂的酸量, 并评价了这些催化剂对月桂酸与甲醇的酯化和三乙酸甘油酯与甲醇的酯交换反应性能. 实验结果表明SO2-4/SnO2催化剂中掺杂少量Al2O3能明显提高催化活性, 这是由催化剂的酸性位增加而引起的, 添加Al2O3的摩尔分数为1.0%的催化剂表现出最高的反应活性, 在酯化反应中6 h后月桂酸转化率高达92.7%, 在酯交换反应中8 h后三乙酸甘油酯转化率高达91.1%. 相似文献

采用金属有机化合物气相淀积方法生长了900nm的三叠层隧道级联激光器。针对隧道级联激光器存在工作电压高、材料各层的光场耦合等问题,分别采用δ掺杂、扩展波导等技术对激光器结构进行了优化,并通过模拟计算对隧道结耗尽区宽度进行了优化。通过优化隧道结δ掺杂的生长条件,得到n+GaAs的掺杂浓度大于1×1019/cm3,使工作电压下降1V;通过采用扩展波导,使垂直发散角由常规结构的35°减小到20°。将900nm的三叠层隧道级联激光器制作成条宽300μm、腔长800μm的条形激光器,采用同轴封装形式,在20A的脉冲工作电流下,输出功率达到55W,斜率效率达到2.9W/A,以上指标是普通激光器的3倍。 相似文献

In this paper,La(3)-doped Nano-TiO2(La(3)-TiO2) was synthesized via hydrothermal process.Structure and optical properties of the synthesized samples were characterized via XRD,FT-IR,DRS,etc.The results showed that the phase transformation of TiO2 from anatase to rutile was effectively prevented by La(3)-doping,which improved the thermal stability of anatase,and also suppressed particle aggregation and grain growth of TiO2.The formation of Ti-O-La bond promoted UV absorption intensity of TiO2,and provoked red shift of absorbed light.And the spectra response range of TiO2 was extended significantly to visible light by La(3)-doping,then photocatalytic performance was improved effectively.Compared with pure nano-TiO2,the performance of La(3)-TiO2 which photocatalyticly degraded methyl orange was increased significantly. 相似文献

Co2+-doped LiFePO4/C composite material was prepared by solid-state synthesis method using Fe2O3,Li2CO3 and NH4H2PO4 as the starting materials.The structures and elec-trochemical performance of samples were studied by XRD,SEM and constant current charge-discharge method.The results showed that the Co2+ doping did not change the crystal structure of LiFePO4.The unit cell volume changed with the increase of Co2+,and reached the maximum at x = 0.04.The LiFe0.96Co0.04PO4/C sample proved the best electrochemical properties.Its initial discharge capacity was 138.5 mA·h /g at 1 C rate.After 30 cycles,the capacity remained 127.7 mA·h /g,and the capacity retention rate was 92.2%. 相似文献
