MAX3671／MAX3673：频率合成器

Maxim推出用于高速系统的带有9路相位对齐LVPECL输出的低抖动频率合成器MAX3671／MAX3673。这两款器件采用低噪声VCO和PLL架构，从62．5MHz参考时钟输入产生高频（312．5MHz）、低抖动（0．3psRMS）时钟信号。这两款器件提供的高性能省去了昂贵的高频振荡器和扇出缓冲器，节省了电路板空间，降低了成本。MAX3671可用于企业交换机和路由器等以太网接口的应用，非常适合需要CPRI参考时钟的无线基站。     

视频会议语音备份系统为视频会议保驾护航

视频会议系统使用者一般都是用户的管理层和业务层人员，属于领导工程，如果系统使用时出现问题而导致会议的非正常进行，会严重影响用户工作进展和效率。为保障重要视频会议的召开．宝利通依托先进音频处理产品．在充分利用原有设备的基础上（音响、麦克风、其它输入输出设备），建立一套基于传统PSTN电路交换网，实现主备一键切换的视频会议应急备份系统。     

Effect of thermal-annealing on the magnetoresistance of manganite-based junctions

Thermal-annealing has been widely used in modulating the oxygen content of manganites. In this work, we have studied the effect of annealing on the transport properties and magnetoresistance of junctions composed of a La0.9Ca0.1MnO3＋6 film and a Nb-doped SrTiO3 substrate. We have demonstrated that the magnetoresistance of junctions is strongly dependent on the annealing conditions： Prom the junction annealed-in-air to the junction annealedin-vacuum, the magnetoresistance near 0-V bias can vary from ～-60% to N～0. A possible mechanism accounting for this phenomenon is discussed.     

Growth of β-Ga2O3 nanorods by ammoniating Ga2O3/V thin films on Si substrate

This paper reports that/3-Ga2O3 nanorods have been synthesized by ammoniating Ga2O3 films on a V middle layer deposited on Si（111） substrates. The synthesized nanorods were confirmed as monoclinic Ga2O3 by x-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectra. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy reveal that the grown β-Ga2O3 nanorods have a smooth and clean surface with diameters ranging from 100 nm to 200 nm and lengths typically up to 2μm. High resolution TEM and selected-area electron diffraction shows that the nanorods are pure monoclinic Ga2O3 single crystal. The photoluminescence spectrum indicates that the Ga2O3 nanorods have a good emission property. The growth mechanism is discussed briefly.     

不锈钢材料及TiN镀膜处理后PSD测试实验研究

PSD性能是评价电子储存环真空室材料及材料表面处理优劣的一个重要指标.对一约1.5m长不锈钢管道真空室进行了镀TiN薄膜处理,并在合肥光源机器研究用光束线(MSB)的PSD实验站上对该真空室在镀TiN薄膜处理前后分别进行了PSD性能测试实验研究.测试研究结果表明,TiN薄膜处理对于减小不锈钢材料PSD有非常明显的作用.     

A novel optical burst switching architecture for high speed networks

A novel optical burst switching （OBS） high speed network architecture has been proposed. To verify its feasibility and evaluate its performance, just-enough-time （JET） signaling has been considered as a high performance protocol. In the proposed architecture, to avoid burst losses, firstly, a short-prior- confirmation-packet （SPCP） is sent over the control channel that simulates the events that the actual packet will experience. Once SPCP detects a drop at any of the intermediate nodes, the actual packet is not sent but the process repeats. In order to increase network utilization, cost effectiveness and to overcome some limitations of conventional OBS, inherent codes （e.g., orthogonal optical codes （OOC））, which are codified only in intensity, has been used. Through simulations, it shows that a decrease in burst loss probability, cost effectiveness and a gain in processing time are obtained when optical label processing is used as compared with electronic processing.     

高速铣削过程铣削力建模及析因试验分析

相对于常规切削，高速铣削时切削力的变化更为复杂，研究高速铣削过程中切削力的变化有助于优化切削参数，对实际生产有着重要的指导意义。     

一种空时盲自适应RAKE接收机

多址干扰是直扩码分多址系统中的一个主要问题.多用户检测技术和阵列天线已成为解决这一问题的两种主要方法,将这两种方法结合起来的空时处理能大大提高系统的容量和性能.本文提出了一种空时盲自适应RAKE接收机.研究结果表明,该接收机具有较强的抑制多址干扰和克服"远-近"效应的能力,且能快速收敛.     

高速扫描相机时间测量不确定度分析

以国内普遍使用的SJZ-30型高速扫描相机为例,用精测转速方法的结果处理数据,转速测量相对合成不确定度小于0.1%,时间间隔测量的相对扩展不确定度为0.2%.扫描速度在像面上的位置误差,采用"中值扫描速度",可予以校正.同时讨论了进一步降低转速测量不确定度和位置误差的方法.
