Radiative lifetimes of Rydberg states of BeⅠ and BeⅢ

By using the multichannel quantum defect theory(MQDT),we have evaluated the energy levels and lifetimes of 2sns ^3 S1,2snd ^3D(n=3-25)of BeI and 1 sns ^3s1,1snd ^3D(n=3-25)of BeⅢ,These energies and lifetimes that we have calculated not only agree with the recent measurements and theoretical calculation of Ref.4 and Ref.3, but also predict the lifetimes of 66 other highly excited states.     

Simplified Scheme for Cloning and Telecloning Quantum States near a Given State

We describe a simple protocol to produce two approximate copiers of an input state in the neighbourhood of a particular state.We show that the scheme can be realized within the framework of cavity quantum electrodynamics,We also present a scheme for telecloning this kind of states.     

Quantum—Confined Stark Effect of Vertically Stacked Self—Assembled Quantum Discs

We study the electronic energy levels and probability distribution of vertically stacked self-assembled InAs quantum discs system in the presence of a vertically applied electric field. This field is found to increase the splitting between the symmetric and antisymmetric levels for the same angular momentum. The field along the direction from one disc to another affects the electronic energy levels similarly as that in the opposite direction because the two discs are identical. It is obvious from our calculation that the probability of finding an electron in one disc becomes larger when the field points from this disc to the other one.

Control Method of Cooling a Charged Particle Pair in a Paul Trap

We propose a simple feedback cooling method, including both the component feedback and the velocity feedback,for cooling a charged particle pair in a Paul trap. It is found that the system can be cooled to periodic orbits;and if control intensity is strong, the system can be cooled to a one-periodic orbit, which is only in a horizontalplane. The result shows that the cooled system is also robust for noise.     

多孔硅发光的物理机制——纳米量子限制效应及表面态在发光中的作用

采用阳极氧化腐蚀的方法制备了多孔硅（ＰＳ），这种ＰＳ的微结构为纳米量级的，并具有光致发光特性，这无疑将对全硅光电子学的发展具有很大意义。根据大量实验与理论分析，提出了这种ＰＳ发光的物理机制：纳米量子限制效应和表面态及其物质在发光中的作用，从量子力学的薛定锷方程出发，用沟道势阱的近似模型，推导得到进入量子线的电子和空穴的能量势垒，ＰＳ的有效带宽Ｅ＝Ｅ＿０＋ΔＥ，对于Ｓｉ（Ｅ＿０＝１．１２ｅｖ）。完美地解释了目前在ＰＳ研究中的ＰＬ谱的篮移现象。     

量子微腔中腔场衰变对运动原子自发辐射的影响

通过分析环形微腔中单模量子电磁场与低速运动二能级原子相互作用过程中光子与原子质心的动量交换效应，本文详细研究了原子质心的运动多谱勒效应及光子反冲对原子能级自发辐射寿命的影响，本文理论证明了这效应起因子腔壁引起腔模的衰变，在一定条件下，原子质心运动将增强或低原子的自发辐射。     

δ掺杂AlGaAs/GaAsHEMT的二维量子模型

本文我们首次建立了δ掺杂AlGaAs／GaAs高电子迁移串晶体管（HEMT）的二维量子模型，这种模型考虑了HEMT器件沟道中二维电子气的量子特性，根据这个模型，我们应用二维数值模拟方法和自治求解薛定谔方程和泊松方程获得了器件沟道中的二维电子浓度，同时也得到了器件沟道中的横向电场分布和横向电流密度．模拟结果表明二维电子气主要分布在异质结GaAs一侧量子附中．详细讨论了不同栅压和不同漏压下HEMT沟道中的二维电子浓度的分布及变化．     

SUq(2)代数的广义量子相干态表示

本文给出了SU_q(2)代数的广义量子相干态表示,并指出由此可以得到SU_q(2)的一个新的Boson实现,这样的Boson实现是广义的q-Dyson实现,但这类实现是不厄米的,可以引入一个新的变换使之变为厄米的.这种变换后的实现可以称为q-Holstein-Primakoff实现.我们找出了这样的变换矩阵.文中也指出这种方法推广到高阶群似乎不很容易.
