GLOBAL EXISTENCE AND EXTINCTION FOR A DEGENERATE NONLINEAR DIFFUSION PROBLEM WITH NONLINEAR GRADIENT TERM AND ABSORPTION

金属氧化物半导体场效应管热载流子退化的1/fγ噪声相关性研究

研究了金属氧化物半导体(MOS)器件在高、中、低三种栅压应力下的热载流子退化效应及其1/fγ噪声特性.基于Si/SiO2界面缺陷氧化层陷阱和界面陷阱的形成理论,结合MOS器件1/f噪声产生机制,并用双声子发射模型模拟了栅氧化层缺陷波函数与器件沟道自由载流子波函数及其相互作用产生能级跃迁、交换载流子的具体过程.建立了热载流子效应、材料缺陷与电参量、噪声之间的统一物理模型.还提出了用噪声参数Sfγ表征高、中、低三种栅应力下金属氧化物半导体场效应管抗热载流子损伤能力的方法.根据热载流子对噪声影响的物理机制设计了实验并验证这个模型.实验结果与模型符合良好.     

Hilbert空间中的一类双层规划问题的一阶与二阶最优性条件

本文考虑Hilbert空间中的,上层为有限个不等式约束,下层是一锥约束参数规划的双层规划问题的最优性条件.首先,利用下层问题最优值函数的方向导数的上下界的性质给出一阶最优性条件.之后,在使下层问题的最优值函数是二阶方向可微的条件下,证明了二阶必要性条件.     

Regularity Properties of the Degenerate Monge-Amp`ere Equations on Compact K¨ahler Manifolds

The author establishes a result concerning the regularity properties of the degenerate complex Monge-Ampère equations on compact Kǎhler manifolds.     

Photochemical degradation of environmentally persistent perfluorooctanoic acid （PFOA） in the presence of Fe（Ⅲ）

Environmentally persistent and bioaccumulative perfluorooctanic acid （PFOA） was difficult to be decomposed under the irradiation of 254 nm UV light. However, in the presence of 80μmol/L Fe（Ⅲ）, 80% of PFOA with initial concentration of 48μmol/L （20 mg/L） was effectively degraded and 47.8% of fluorine atoms in PFOA molecule were transformed into inorganic fluoride ion after 4 h reaction. Shorter chain perfluorocarboxylic acids bearing C3-C7 and fluoride ion were detected and identified by LC/MS and IC as the degradation products in the aqueous solution. It was proposed that complexes of PFOA with Fe（Ⅲ） initiated degradation of PFOA irradiated with 254 nm UV light.     

Existence of T-solution for degenerated problem via Minty’s lemma

We study the existence result of solutions for the nonlinear degenerated elliptic problem of the form, -div（a（x, u,△↓u）） = F in Ω, where Ω is a bounded domain of R^N, N≥2, a ：Ω×R×R^N→R^N is a Carathéodory function satisfying the natural growth condition and the coercivity condition, but they verify only the large monotonicity. The second term F belongs to W^-1,p′（Ω, w^＊）. The existence result is proved by using the L^1-version of Minty＇s lemma.     

Tame遗传代数导出的 Lie代数

设Ａ是有限域ｋ上的有限维ｔａｍｅ遗传代数,Ｘ,Ｙ, Ｍ是有限生成Ａ模,如果Ｘ,Ｙ不可分解,证明了存在 Ｈａｌｌ多项式ＧＭＸＹ．设 Ｌ（Ａ）是以有限生成不可分解模为基的自由 Ａｂｅｌ群,则 Ｌ（Ａ）是退化 Ｒｉｎｇｅｌ－Ｈａｌｌ代数 Ｈ（Ａ）１的 Ｌｉｅ子代数,设 Ｌ’（Ａ）是 Ｌ（Ａ）的由单模生成的 Ｌｉｅ子代数,ｍ是齐次正则单模的长度,证明了当 Ｍ不可分解且ｍ不整除 Ｍ的长度时,［Ｍ］∈ Ｌ’（Ａ） ｚ Ｑ．     

质子辐照ZnO白漆光学退化的慢正电子湮没分析

采用慢正电子湮没光谱研究低能质子辐照下ZnO白漆的光学退化。研究结果表明,随质子辐照注量的增加, 多普勒展宽谱的S参数逐渐减小,W参数逐渐增大。质子辐照下S-W参数拟合曲线的斜率发生改变。S参数的减小可以归结为锌空位含量的减少以及准正电子素的形成。准正电子素{单电离氧空位（捕获一个电子）+正电子}的形成,能够降低正电子湮没的速率,导致S参数减小。S参数的减小证实了质子辐照导致ZnO白漆中单电离氧空位数量的增加。S-W参数拟合曲线斜率的变化可以归结于质子辐照下双电离氧空位向单电离氧空位的转变。
