Design and Manufacture of GeSi/Si Superlattice Nanocrystalline Photodetector

According to Maxwell＇s theory, the optical transmission characteristics in GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline layer have been analyzed and calculated. The calculated result shows that when the total thickness L is 340 nm, the single mode lightwave can be transmitted only at periodic number M≥15.5. In addition, at the direction of transmission, when the transmission distance is larger than 500 μm, the lightwave intensity is decreased greatly. Based on the above parameters, the design and manufacture of GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline photodetector are carried out.

光声耦合与光子Cooper对

文中研究了光声耦合所导致的光子Cooper对的形成机制，计算了光子Cooper对的能隙（0.01eV）和尺度（10^-5m)以及内禀角动量（奇数），并简要讨论了几十开低温下介质中光的超流效应的可能性。由于在低温下， 光子Cooper对不容易受到热运动的激发，因此有可能存在光的超流现象。     

函数模拟法求解锥形模超塑挤压的力学场——超塑挤压解析理论之一

本文首次用模拟位移函数的方法,给出锥形模超塑挤压力学场的解析式以及应变、应变速率和应力的约束方程。由于实验选用的是典型超塑性合金ZnAl₅,所以结果有相当的包络性。即使对于非典型超塑性材料,这种方法亦有普遍意义。     

Influences of Thalliation on the Morphology and Critical Temperature of Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 Thin Films

Tl2Ba2CaCu2Ox(Tl-2212) thin films were prepared by the two-step technique.A precursor film was first prepared by the pulsed laser deposition method,and then experienced the incorporation of thalliation in a one-step or two-step annealing process.The experimental results show that the two-step annealing process produces dense and smooth films,and that the one-step annealing process produces a high critical temperature film of 101K,but the transition width is wide.Precursor films with homogeneous Ba2Ca1.3Cu2.1Ox composition are essential for producing high-quality Tl-2212 films.     

Identical Superdeformed Bands in ^171Ta and ^173Re

The rotational band built on the i13/2 proton [660,1/2] Nilsson state in ^173Re is proven to be identical to that in ^171Ta.The close similarity of the two bands in ^171Ta and ^173Re suggests that the ^173Re nucleus with the odd proton based on the i13/2 [660,1/2] Nilsson state may be triaxially superdeformed.
