有限维空间非谐振子广义偶奇相干态及其非经典特性

构造了有限维空间非谐振子广义偶奇相干态,并运用数值计算方法研究了其非经典特性。结果表明,相对于无限维情景,随空间维数减小,广义偶奇相干态的压缩反常现象均削弱,广义偶相干态的反聚束反常现象增强;而方义奇相出现反聚束反常现象的区间缩小但反聚束程度加强。     

印刷环天线的谐振特性

本文基于环形几何上的超二次曲线表示,分析一组印刷环天线的谐振特性。首先给出求解天线电流分布和辐射场的统一数值计算公式,然后通过改变超二次曲线的形状参数,分析印刷在不同介质基片上环形天线的形状与其谐振电阻和谐振环周长的关系。结果表明,可以通过调整环形天线的几何形状获得与馈线相匹配的谐振电阻。     

时钟恢复及波形整理器件TRU-050

ＴＲＵ－０５０是ＶＥＣＴＲＯＮ公司生产的具有时钟恢复和数据重时,频率转换,时钟平滑三种功能的器件。本文介绍该器件的特点功能,并给出了实际应用电路。     

MPEG-2传输流中的时间信息与音视频同步

文中讨论了MPEG 2传输码流中的时间信息 (传输层中的节目参考时钟 ,PES层中的显示时间标签和节码时间标签 )在音视频同步中的作用。对理想解码器中的音频、视频同步原理作出了分析。指出了实际解码器实现视音频同步的困难之处并提出了解决办法。对实际解码中出现的视音频失同步的情况 ,通过对解码器的控制达到重复帧和丢帧的效果 ,从而重新实现了音、视频的同步。     

基于电极模态切换的半球谐振陀螺自校准方法

针对因受加工技术、加工条件以及外部环境因素等影响,半球谐振陀螺在力平衡模式下输出零偏稳定性及重复性变化较大的问题,提出一种基于模态切换的陀螺自校准方法。基于半球谐振陀螺二阶振动模态机理,建立理想状态下谐振子运动方程,并分析推导了谐振子在阻尼不均和频率裂解等非理想因素影响下的运动模型和参数控制方程。根据谐振陀螺输出漂移特性,提出了一种基于电极功能切换的半球谐振陀螺自校准方法。通过相关实验,分析比较了电极模态切换前后陀螺输出稳定性及重复性,实验结果表明,陀螺零偏稳定性提升1.8倍以上,陀螺零偏重复性提升90.5%,所提方法能有效估计及补偿陀螺漂移,提高半球谐振陀螺输出的稳定性和重复性。     

Surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering spectroscopy of single R6G molecules

Surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) adsorbed on colloidal silver clusters has been studied. Based on the great enhancement of the Raman signal and the quench of the fluorescence, the SERRS spectra of R6G were recorded for the samples of dye colloidal solution with different concentrations. Spectral inhomogeneity behaviours from single molecules in the dried sample films were observed with complementary evidences, such as spectral polarization, spectral diffusion, intensity fluctuation of vibrational lines and even ``breathing' of the molecules. Sequential spectra observed from a liquid sample with an average of 0.3 dye molecules in the probed volume exhibited the expected Poisson distribution for actually measuring 0, 1 or 2 molecules. Difference between the SERRS spectra of R6G excited by linearly and circularly polarized light were experimentally measured.     

Theoretical Prediction of Differential Cross Sections for Reaction pp → pK^＋A in a Resonance Model

The reaction of pp → pK^＋A is a very good channel to study N^＊ resonances through their KA decay mode, because there is no mixing of isospin I = 1/2 and I = 3/2 due to isospin conservation. In this work, we extend a resonance model, which can reproduce the total cross section very well, to offer differential cross section information about this reaction. It can serve as a reference to build the scheduled hadron detector at Lanzhou Cooler Storage Ring （CSR）. Experiment measurement of these differential cross sections in the future will supply us more constraints on the model and help us understanding the strangeness production dynamics better.     

用于时钟恢复电路的高速集成锁相环设计研究

本文在0.25 μm CMOS工艺下设计实现了一种可用于STM-16标准时钟恢复电路的锁相环模块.在理论分析基础上,分别采用Alexander结构、改进型电流舵开关技术、Maneatis环形振荡器结构设计了锁相环模块中的鉴相器(PD)、电荷泵和压控振荡器电路,并完成了整个锁相环模块的优化.经Hspice仿真实验,设计实现的锁相环中心频率为2.5 025 GHz,在3.3V电源电压下的功耗为40 mW,环路带宽为60 MHz,锁定时间约为640 ns,满足性能设计需求,并具有低功耗、低电源电压、低噪声等特点,研究结果对于光纤通信系统、FM解调器、立体声解调器、声音检测器、频率分析仪和其他很多应用都要重要价值.     

Teleportation of a two-atom entangled state via cavity decay

This paper proposes a scheme for teleporting a two-atom entangled state using leaky cavities. It uses resonant atom--cavity interaction to map the atomic state onto the cavity field. Then it utilizes the interference of polarized photons to establish the correlation between the distant sender and receiver. The advantage of the scheme is that the fidelity is independent of the cavity decay rate, atomic decay and detection efficiency.
