游戏业界用的大型LED显示装置

蓝色LED（Light Emitting Diode）的登场，标志着三个光原色的齐备，从理论上讲，可任意表现地球上所有的颜色。属于单色、3色显示的LED显示装置，主流也转向纯彩色。

中国手机首获红点设计大奖 中兴通讯比肩国际巨人诺基亚

近日．国际最具权威的工业设计评奖机构一德国设计协会举办的“2007 red dot award”评选结果揭晓，来自中兴通讯的Dgo和S900两款手机荣膺红点设计奖。据悉，这是中国手机厂商首次获得红点设计大奖。业内人士认为．中兴通讯此次荣获红点设计奖在中国手机行业具有划时代意义．

Microscopic Theory of Blue Phases Ⅰ and Ⅱ of Liquid Crystal

The microscopic theory of the blue phases of chiral liquid crystal is proposed. Beginning with the potential between two molecules, by using the cell model of liquid, applying statistical physical method, the distribution function and the free energy of the system are obtained. By using variational approach and zero-order approximation, the differential equation that the order parameter tensor of the blue phase can satisfy is obtained. Then we change the differential equation to the eigenequation problem in quantum mechanics. Considering the symmetry of the blue phases, the order parameter tensors of blue phases Ⅰ and Ⅱ can be made up of the eigenvectors. Our results are the same as the results of Ginzberg-Landau‘s phenomenological theory. The parameters in the order parameter tensors that we calculate in the located system are close to the predecessors‘ results.

超高亮度蓝色铟镓氮单量了阱发光二极管

介绍了ＩｎＧａＮ单量子阱超高亮度蓝色ＬＥＤ的结构和性能，其发光强度、峰值波长和光谱半宽在正向电流为２０ｍＡ时分，分别为８ｃｄ、４５０ｎｍ和２５ｎｍ。     

Substituent Effects on the Blue—Shifting Hydrogen Bonds between X—C≡C—CF2—H and Water

MP2／6－31 g(d) calculations were performed verifying the existences of blue-shifting X-C≡C-CF2-H…OH2 hydrogen bonds.Detailed analyses revealed that the interaction energy and donor-acceptor distance had good correlations with the substituent Hammett constants.However,the extent of C-H bond contraction and the blue shift of the C-H stretching vibration did not show any good correlation with the traditional substituent constants,indicating that certain more complicated mechanisms might be involved in the present systems.Nevertheless,it was found that highly electron-with-drawing susbtituents were not favorable to the C-H bond contraction,and it was suggested that the attractive interaction between water and the carbon of -CF2H probably played an important role in the blue shift.     

稀土铝酸盐蓝色荧光粉前驱体的制备及其应用

以硫酸铝铵和碳酸氢铵为原料，制备了结晶碳酸铝铵，用IR，XRD，DTA－TG等手段研究了结晶碳酸铝铵在煅烧过程中的相变和热分解机理，并考察了煅烧过程中的粒度和比表面变化以及煅烧产物的外观形貌，结果表明：在煅烧过程中结晶碳酸铝铵首先分解为无定型氧化铝，并依次从无定型Al2O3-γ-Al2O3-κ-Al2O3,δ-Al2O3,τ-Al2O3-α-Al2O3,τ-Al2O3-α-Al2O3转变，比表面在600℃之前是随温度升高而增大，600摄氏度之后则下降，而粒度变化在900摄氏度之前随温度升高而降低，900摄氏度之后则增大，煅烧产物为粒度在2-3um的片状结晶氧化铝，用该氧化铝所合成的稀土铝酸盐蓝粉，晶相纯，发光强度高，且粒度小，可以满足不球磨蓝色荧光粉的基本要求。
