THERMAL PROPERTY, MISCIBILITY AND CRYSTALLIZATION BEHAVIOR OF POLY（3-HYDROXYBUTYRATE-co- 3-YDROXYHEXANOATE） AND POLY（BUTYLENE SUCCINATE-ADIPATE） （PHBHHX/PBSA） BLENDS

Blends of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate) (PHBHHx) and poly(butylene succinate-adipate) (PBSA), both biodegradable semicrystalline polyesters, were prepared with the ratio of PHBHHx/PBSA ranging from 80/20 to 20/80 by melt mixing method. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA), polarizing optical microscopy (POM) and wide angle X-ray diffractometer (WAXD) were used to study the miscibility and crystallization behavior of PHBHHx/PBSA blends. Experimental results indicate that PHBHHx is immiscible with PBSA as shown by the almost unchanged glass transition temperature and the biphasic melt.     

SYNTHESIS OF 2—HYDROXYETHYL ACRYLATE BY USING STRONG ACIDIC CATION ION EXCHANGE RESIN AS CATALYST

2－Hydroxyethyl acrylate is synthesized from acrylic acid and ethylene glycol under a simple and mild condition by using strong acidic cation ion exchange resin as a catalyst,which could be recycled as long as 10 times with high activation.

Synthesis of Cholest—5—en—24—oxo—3β,19—Diacetate

Cholest-5-en-24-oxo-3β,19-diacetate was synthesized strarting form stigmasterol 3 via seven step reactions in 21.0% overall yield. It can be served as a key intermediate for the synthesis of many biologically active 19-hydroxylated sterols.     

Acridin-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl （Amoc）： A New Photochemically Removable Protecting Group for Alcohols

Synthesis and photochemistry of acridin-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl(Amoc)as a new photochemically removableprotecting group for alcohols were described.Three carbonates of alcohols 1—3 were synthesized throughcondensation of 9-hydroxymethylacridine and chloroformates of alcohols,including benzyl alcohol,phenethylalcohol and one galactose derivative.The photolysis of protected alcohols can efficiently release the correspondingalcohol in the efficiencies(Q_(u1)ε)of 100—200(quantum yield Q_(u1)=0.011—0.023,and molar absorptivity ε=9.1×10~3—9.8×10~3 mol~(-1)·L·cm~(-1))under 360 nm light.     

乙二醛双缩(2-羟基苯胺)(GBHA)在稀土离子分析中的应用

利用乙二醛双缩（2－羟基苯胺）（GBHA）对Ln^3 系离子进行分组分析，同时以GBHA为显色剂，用分光光度法分别测定了Ho^3 ,Yb^3 ,Er^3 ,Dy^3 和Tb^3五种离子，其检出限为10^-6mol/L，工作曲线线性范围为10^-5－－10^-3mol/L。     

1-(2-羟基-5-硝基苯基)-重氮氨基偶氮苯与镍的显色反应及其分析应用

合成了新显色剂 1 - ( 2 -羟基 - 5 -硝基苯基 ) -重氮氨基偶氮苯 ( HNPDAAB) ,研究了该试剂与镍的显色反应条件。在 Triton X- 1 0 0存在下 ,镍与试剂生成 1∶ 1型深红色配合物 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数达 1 .5 8× 1 0 5L· mol- 1· cm- 1。 Ni2 + 的浓度在 0～9μg/2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律。方法已应用于合金中微量镍的测定 ,结果满意     

7-（4-安替吡啉偶氮）-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸的合成及其与铜的显色反应

7-（4-安替吡啉偶氮）-8-羟基喹啉为安替吡啉单偶氮类试剂中的一种，该试剂可与镓（Ⅲ）、铟（Ⅲ）、铋（Ⅲ）、钯（Ⅱ）、镍（Ⅱ）、钴（Ⅱ）、铜（Ⅱ）、铁（Ⅱ）等离子发生显色反应。本文在其5位引入磺酸基，合成了7-（4-安替吡啉偶氮）-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸（分子式为C20H17N5O5S）试剂。     

2-(8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸-7-偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

用平衡透析法和分光光度法研究了 2 (8 羟基喹啉 5 磺酸 7 偶氮 ) 1,8 二羟基 3,6 萘二磺酸与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)在酸性溶液中的结合反应 ,认为 8Q5SAC与BSA之间的结合力是以静电引力为主的非共键作用力 ,并探讨了其结合模型。在 2 98K下 ,测得这一反应的最大结合数为 35～ 40 ,结合常数为 6 .1× 10 5L mol。还研究了溶液基本条件如酸度和离子强度等对 8Q5SAC与牛血清白蛋白分子复合物形成的影响 ,在pH =3.34条件下 ,标准工作曲线的线性范围为 0 .2 0～ 46 .90mg L。

监测了对－乙酰氧基苯甲酸与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（ＰＥＴ）共缩聚反应过程中ＨＮＭＲ图谱及特性粘度的变化，对乙酰氧基酯交换反应及乙酰脂肪酯的反应活性进行了研究，并研究了以低分子量ＰＥＴ或对苯二甲酸二乙二醇酯为原料时反应中醚键的形成及其进入共聚酯链的规律性。
