5-(对羧基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉与钍的显色反应及应用

研究了钍与5-(对羧基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(5-CPAHQ)的显色反应条件:在阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,pH4.4-5.4缓冲介质中,形成稳定的橙红色络合物,最大吸收波长为490nm,ε=1.10×105L·mol-1·cm-1,钍在0-9μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。用TBP萃淋树脂分离,该方法可用于测定矿石中的微量钍。     

分光光度法测定环境水样中的汞

研究了氯磺酚偶氮硫代若丹宁 ( HSCT)与汞的显色反应 ,在醋酸介质中 ,HSCT与汞反应生成 2∶ 1稳定络合物 ,λmax=5 4 5 nm,ε=5 .66× 10 4 L· mol-1· cm-1。汞含量在 0— 2 .5μg/ m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,本方法可用于水样中痕量汞含量的测定     

将SVRT模型应用到单原子多原子反应F+CH2D2→CH2D/CHD2+DF/HF中

由于含时波包方法具有经典的直观又不乏量子力学的准确 ,选择含时波包方法来处理F +CH2 D2 →CH2 D/CHD2 +DF/HF反应 .把半刚性振转子 (SVRT)模型应用到该反应体系中 ,研究了两个通道中该反应从基态反应物开始在修正过的J1(MJ1)势能面上计算出来了反应几率、积分截面、速率常数 .反应几率随能量变化的图的数值结果给出了振荡结构 ,这些振荡结构是可以和动力学振荡联系起来的 .而这些振荡结构在积分截面随着能量变化的图中就被反应几率求和后的平均结果所掩盖了 .速率常数和实验结果的比较也得到了较好的结果 .

亚微米ULSI无鸟喙封闭界面局部氧化技术

研究了一种适用于亚微米特大规模集成电路(ULSI)的封闭界面局部氧化隔离技术;作者把等离子增强化学汽相淀积工艺用于Si_3N_4/SiO_2/Si_3N_4复合结构的生产中;这种掩蔽结构,对垂直封闭以及在硅选择氧化期间通过掩模夹层边缘封闭氧化剂十分有效。为了在芯片制造过程中形成完全平坦的图形,生长了全开槽和半开槽的场氧化物。本文报道了一种适用于ULSI的无鸟喙LOCOS工艺。     

IPv4/IPv6翻译网关的研究

Vapour Recoil Effect on a Vapour Liquid System with a Deformable Interface

A new two-sided model of vapour-liquid layer system with a deformable interface is proposed. In this model, the vapour recoil effect on the Marangoni-Bénard instability of a thin evaporating liquid layer can be examined only when the interface deflexion is considered. The instability of a liquid layer undergoing steady evaporation induced by the coupling of vapour recoil effect and the Marangoni effect is analysed using a linear stability theory. We modify and develop the Chebyshev-Tau method to solve the instability problem of a deformable interface system by introducing a new equation at interface boundary. New instability behaviour of the system has been found and the self-amplification mechanism between the evaporation flux and the interface deflexion is discussed.
