The preparation of PT/PEK-c films is reported as well as their dielectric and optical properties.The c-axis orientation ratio of the films is 68%.Dielectric constant and loss factor at 10kHz is about 4.023 F/m and 0.003, respectively.The refractive indices of the films,ne and no, are 1.6573 and 1.6278 at 0.63μm wavelength, respectively.The optical band-gap of the film with a thickness of 2.33μm is found to be 3.06eV. 相似文献

The coefficient of selective reflection at oblique incidence from two-level
atoms confined between two dielectric walls is calculated in this paper.
It is found to
be related to the transient behaviour of atoms after colliding with the wall
and the distribution of the field inside the vapour corresponds to L /
\lambda , with L the thickness of the film and \lambda the incident
wavelength. We find that the sub-Doppler structure is manifest both for
normal incidence and small angle oblique incidence. It is feasible to detect
the real part of selective reflection in several cases that have not been

The glow discharge in pure helium at atmospheric pressure, controlled
by a dielectric barrier between coaxial electrodes, is investigated
based on a one-dimensional self-consistent fluid model. By solving
the continuity equations for electrons, ions, and excited atoms, with
the current conservation equation and the electric field profile, the
time evolution of the discharge current, gas voltage and the surface
density of charged particles on the dielectric barrier are
calculated. The simulation results show that the peak values of the
discharge current, gas voltage and electric field in the first half
period are asymmetric to the second half. When the current reaches
its positive or negative maximum, the electric field profile, and the
electron and ion densities represent similar properties to the
typical glow discharge at low pressures. Obviously there exist a
cathode fall, a negative glow region, and a positive column. Effects
of the barrier position in between the two coaxial electrodes and the
discharge gap width on discharge current characteristics are also
analysed. The result indicates that, in the case when the dielectric
covering the outer electrode only, the gas is punctured earlier
during the former half period and later during the latter half period
than other cases, also the current peak value is higher, and the
difference of pulse width between the two half periods is more
obvious. On reducing the gap width, the multiple current pulse

This paper has theoretically studied the characteristic frequencies
of band structures in two-dimensional metallic-dielectric photonic
crystals. It is demonstrated that a large filling fraction benefits
the existence of absolute photonic band gap, while a smaller filling
fraction benefits an absolute negative refraction band. In addition,
it also finds that the relation between the cut-off frequency of
E-polarized wave and the filling fraction exceeding 10{\%} is content
with a linear increasing function, whose coefficients are exponential
to the normalized lattice constant. These investigations have
significant implications for tuning the operational frequencies to
desired applications and manufacturing photonic crystals. 相似文献

研究了使用压力波法测量平板电介质试样的空间电荷分布的数值解法,使用基于Tikhonov正则化方法的反卷积算法得到了真实的空间电荷分布.在反卷积算法中使用了相关的技术处理,如小波包过滤高频噪音,Tikhonov正则化方法处理积分方程等.利用数值实验研究了噪声对反卷积算法的影响,结果表明,在无噪或者低噪环境下,反卷积算法能够非常好地计算出电介质中的空间电荷分布;在处理有噪数据时,反卷积的结果受到明显的影响,但仍然有较高的计算精度.正则化参数α对空间电荷分布的数值解起着明显的光滑作用,但是对于解的积分值却影响不大.对实际测量数据进行处理的结果表明,反卷积算法成功地计算出了固体电介质中的空间电荷分布和电场分布. 相似文献

A method for determining effective dielectric responses of Kerr-like coated nonlinear composites under the alternating current (AC) electric field is proposed by using perturbation approach. As an example, we have investigated the composite with coated cylindrical inclusions randomly embedded in a host under an external sinusoidal field with finite frequency ω. The local field and potential of composites in general consists of components with all harmonic frequencies. The effective nonlinear AC responses at all harmonics are induced by the coated nonlinear composites because of the nonlinear constitutive relation. Moreover, we have derived the formulae of effective nonlinear AC responses at the fundamental frequency and the third harmonic in the dilute limit. 相似文献

该文在对空圆柱层合壳(不充液)振动分析研究的基础上,借助线性势流理论,进一步考虑液固耦合效应,导出了敷有CLD贮液圆柱层合壳谐耦振的一阶常微分矩阵方程,该方程右边多了液动压力项.由于它不能预先给定,导致方程中出现未知项.为了克服这一困难,文中研究了液动压力的解式,并采用新型齐次扩容精细积分技术,提出了一种高效率和高精度的半解析半数值解法.进而还求解了CLD贮液圆柱容器在地面谐运动激励下的响应;通过大量数值计算分析了CLD的厚度、长度、敷设位置以及粘弹芯的复剪切模量对减振效果的影响.计算还表明了有液体的存在,这些影响和空容器时是不一样的.文中方法为CLD贮液容器的控制优化提供了有力手段. 相似文献
