SJ／T 11390—2009《无铅焊料试验方法》概要

范围 本标准规定了无铅焊料的熔化温度、机械拉伸、扩展、润湿、焊点拉伸与剪切、QFP引线焊点45°拉伸、片式元件焊点剪切和焊料动态氧化出渣量的试验方法,适用于锡基无铅焊料. 试验用标准大气条件:除特殊规定外,试验气候条件为温度15℃～35℃.

笔者多年来一直对ENIG做为焊接表面处理感觉不安,概言之ENIG焊锡性虽很好但焊点强度却不佳。然而需要通过5～6次强热最后才派上焊接用场的表面处理（例如CPU载板）还非得ENIG不可!于是有了ENIG与电镀镍金于无钱回焊中的同台演出。

前一段时间笔者偶得一香水瓶,此瓶做工精良、玲珑剔透。虽然瓶内香水已经用尽,但丢弃实在可惜．笔者一直在想如何将此瓶废物利用,做个什么有用的东西。此香水瓶无色透明,大致为球形,表面布满大小不一的气泡状装饰性凹点,根据这些特点不断想象,最终笔者还是觉得用它来做小灯罩最为合适,不仅利用了其能够透光的特性。     

基于球壳内壁反射的球形换能器自易校准方法

基于球形换能器发射的脉冲球面声波及其在同心球壳内壁的反射,应用机电互易定理,导出了在球面波发射回波声场中,用于校准球形换能器的互易常数.以此为基础,提出一种使用封闭球壳反射器的自易校准方法,通过一次测量即可得到球形换能器的5个基本电声参数.进一步,将自易法校准所得的电压灵敏度换算成平面波声场中定义的标准灵敏度,给出了换...     

制备均一性靶丸过程中的影响因素

在激光聚变实验中,高球形度、高厚度均一性的靶丸经常通过乳液微封装方法来制备。利用T.Norimatsu的模型研究在靶丸制备过程中,界面间表面张力、油相粘度、壳层尺寸、壳层厚度的影响。结果显示:较大的表面张力,较小的壳层尺寸,会使胶囊具有更好的均一性。当外部变形形式不同的时候,油相的粘度对于壳层均一性会有不同作用。     

Geometry optimization in planetary rotation stage for thickness uniformity of films on spherical substrates

We report the simulation results on the thickness uniformity of optical coatings deposited on spherical substrates by optimizing the geometric configuration parameters, such as tilting angle of the substrate holder and position of the evaporation source in a 1 000-mm-diameter planetary rotation stage （PRS）. We reveal that good film uniformity on convex spherical surfaces or flat substrates, as well as concave surfaces with weak to moderate curvatures can be obtained through appropriate tilting of the substrate holder. For 300-mm-diameter substrates with clear aperture to radius of curvature （CA/RoC） between 0.3 and 0.7, the achievable film uniformity is above 99%. The source position is optimized to achieve good film uniformity.     

Preparation of Silver—Coated Polystyrene Composite Particles

We report a feasible approach to the preparation of monodispersed metal-shell composite microspheres based on a combination of surface reaction and surface seeding techniques. The method was implemented for coating polystyrene (PS) spheres with silver shell having a variable thickness by controlling the amount of reagents in the reaction procedure. These composite spherical particles in dimensions of the submicrometer range may become attractive building blocks for the creation of metallo-dielectric photonic band gap materials when they are organized into crystals.
