X波段五腔渡越管振荡器的理论与实验研究

 提出了一种新结构的X波段五腔渡越管振荡器，进行了理论和实验研究。根据场分布进行了一维非线性分析，结果表明该结构可以产生高功率微波，并判断了工作模式，为TM₀₁模的3π/5模。采用粒子模拟验证了一维非线性分析的结论，并优化设计出五腔渡越管振荡器,优化结果为：输出功率约1 GW， 工作频率9.3 GHz，束波转换效率约22%。实验中，通过参数调节，得到频率约9.25 GHz，峰值功率约780 MW，脉宽（半高宽）21 ns的输出微波，束波转换效率约为16%。实验结果与模拟结果基本符合。     

The supersymmetric WKB approximation of ring-shaped oscillator potential in r and θ dimensions with spherical polar coordinates

According to calculation of the energy spectrum of ring-shape oscillator potential by using the supersymmetric WKB approximation, it is shown that the energy spectrum of some noncentral separable potentials can be exactly obtained in r and θ dimensions by above method.     

大耦合孔同轴输出腔的3维解析分析

 在高功率微波器件中，通常采用大耦合孔的同轴微波输出腔，该腔为3维结构。采用场等效原理将腔体、耦合孔及其输出负载(行波边界)进行分区,每个区域中的场由界面上的磁流密度决定。采用格林函数积分法可得每个区域中的3维场,再由各个区域的场匹配方程求得腔体的谐振频率、特性阻抗、有载品质因数、模式分布等参数。为腔体的计算和设计提供一种计算模型。     

Effects of Dual-Electrode Biasing on Er in a Toroidal Plasma

Two externally biased electrodes were inserted into the plasma on the KT-5C tokamak to test the effects on modifying the radial electric field Er, other than single biasing. Using various combinations of biasing voltage,the influences of double biasing are compared with the single biasing. It turns out that the effect of dual-biasing is also effective as a single one, but the outer electrode seems to be shielded by the inner one and show less influence. The results clearly show that the radial electric field Er changed by external biasing is intrinsically an effect localized at the edge of the plasma, which is caused by the electrode induced radial current; and dualelectrode biasing using the method similar to the single biasing seems not to be able to increase more distinctly the peaking effect on Er than the single biasing.     

静压下半导体微腔内激子与光子行为的研究

由于腔模与激子对压力的依赖关系不同,所以可以选择不同的压力使激子和光场处于不同的耦合状态,从而实现对耦合的调谐。利用这种办法,我们观测到了代表激子与光场强耦合作用的Rabi分裂。由于在我们现有样品结构中压力对激子本征行为的影响很小,与以前报道的温度、电场等调谐方式相比,这种调谐方法不仅可以有效地调谐半导体微腔内激子与腔模的耦合程度,而且能够保持激子的本征性质在整个调谐过程中基本不变。这有助于研究在强耦合过程中激子极化激元的本征性质。将实验结果与压力下激子与腔模耦合理论进行拟合,得出了正确的Rabi分裂值。     

非等同双原子与双模腔场拉曼相互作用模型的腔场谱

研究了非等同双原子与双模腔场拉曼相互作用模型的腔场谱,分析了谱结构随原子与腔场相对耦合常数R=g2/g1的变化规律,发现R对真空场、弱场、强场谱结构都有不同程度的影响.当R=1或R=0时,一般呈现简并的谱结构,而当R介于0与1之间时,腔场谱一般呈现复杂的非对称多峰结构.同时还发现,当R固定不变时,低频腔场初始场强对高频真空场谱结构也有较明显的影响. 关键词： 量子光学 腔场谱 拉曼相互作用 双模腔场     

10瓦级双包层光纤激光器

考虑到所用大功率激光二极管的光谱特性，对光纤激光器的基本法布里-珀罗腔型稍加改变，研制出激光二极管抽运的10w级双包层光纤激光器，获得最高功率为11．8w、波长1100mm的单模激光输出。     

Modified Photoluminescence by Silicon-Based One-Dimensional Photonic Crystal Microcavities

photoluminescence (PL) lrom one-dimensional photonic band structures is investigated. The doped photonic crystal with microcavitles are fabricated by using alternating hydrogenated amorphous silicon nitride (a-SiNx:H/a-SiNy:H) layers in a plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) chamber. It is observed that microcavities strongly modify the PL spectra from active hydrogenated amorphous silicon nitride (a-SiNx:H) thin film. By comparison, the wide emission band width 208nm is strongly narrowed to 11 nm, and the resonant enhancement of the peak PL intensity is about two orders of magnitude with respect to the emission of the λ/2-thick layer of a-SiNx:H. A linewidth of Δλ=11 nm and a quality factor of Q=69 are achieved in our one-dimensional a-SiNz photonic crystal microcavities. Measurements of transmittance spectra of the as-grown samples show that the transmittance resonant peak of a cavity mode at 710nm is introduced into the band gap of one-dimensional photonic crystal distributed Bragg reflector (DBR), which further verifies the microcavity effects.     

耦合双原子Jaynes-Cummings模型的腔场谱H

研究了处于激发态的两原子与高Q腔场相互作用单光子过程的腔场谱,给出了初始光场为光子数态、相干态、压缩真空态时的腔场谱数值计算结果,分析了原子间偶极-偶极相互作用强度gα对腔场谱结构的影响.发现真空场Rabi峰,当gα较弱时为4峰,gα较强时为3峰结构;弱场数态(n＞0)时为5峰,强场时为3峰结构.相干态和压缩真空态时,谱结构与光子数分布有关,一般为复杂的多峰结构.结果表明,gα对峰位峰高都有影响,破坏了谱结构的对称性,但这种影响只在真空场和弱场时才较明显.     

硅梁式引线肖特基混频四管堆

介绍了硅梁式引线肖特基混频四管堆的研制。通过计算,获得各项设计参数,讨论了所采用的一些新工艺,管堆总电容C_t≤0.5pF,串联电阻R_s≤4Ω,管堆一致性和可靠性好。将管堆用于S波段双平衡混频器HSP25,性能优良。在这个研制的基础上,可以制作出其它多种形式的梁式引线器件。
