在碲锌镉晶体生长技术开发方面,数值模拟软件发挥着越来越重要的作用。以全局热传递模型为基础进行晶体生长模拟能够极大的提高模拟结果的实用性,缩短晶体生长设备及生长工艺的开发周期。但其前提是采用的全局热传递模型的准确度较高。因此,本文主要研究了几何模型、物性参数、边界控温条件等对模型准确度的影响,并根据模型计算值与炉体中心测温比较结果,修正了上述模型各参数,获得了在多种温度设定条件下,计算结果都能与实际过程很好的吻合的全局热传递模型。采用修正后的模型应用于碲锌镉晶体生长过程模拟,最终晶体生长模拟结果的温度与实际监测温度差距在2 ℃以内。  相似文献

Metals are typically good conductors in which the abilities to transport charge and to transport heat can be related through the Wiedemann-Franz law. Here we report on an abnormal charge and heat transport in polycrystalline metallic nanostructures in which the ability to transport charge is weakened more obviously than that to transport heat. We attribute it to the influence of the internal grain boundaries and have formulated a novel relation to predict the thermal conductivity. The Wiedemann-Franz law is then modified to account for the influence of the grain boundaries on the charge and heat transport with the predictions now agreeing well with the measured results.  相似文献

The present paper is concerned with the investigation of disturbances in'a homogeneous, isotropic elastic medium with generalized thermoelastic diffusion, when a moving source is acting along one of the co-ordinate axis on the boundary of the medium. Eigen value approach is applied to study the disturbance in Laplace-Fourier transform domain for a two dimensional problem. The analytical expressions for displacement components, stresses, temperature field, concentration and chemical potential are obtained in the physical domain by using a numerical technique for the inversion of Laplace transform based on Fourier expansion techniques. These expressions are calculated numerically for a copper like material and depicted graphically. As special cases, the results in generalized thermoelastic and elastic media are obtained. Effect of presence of diffusion is analyzed theoretically and numerically.  相似文献

用石蜡混合物(以C_(19)H_(40)为主体,相变温度:25~38℃,比热容极大值出现在31.5℃左右)作芯材,树脂材料作囊壁,与水混合制备成微纳米胶囊流体,将其填充在矩形密闭容器内,在下表面加热,其余各表面绝热条件下,对相变材料相变化过程的储热蓄热特性进行分析。结果表明,相变材料相变化过程提前了自然对流的启动时间,加强了换热强度;在蓄热温度超过35℃之前,相变化的促进作用随温度增加而逐渐增强,超过35℃以后,相变化的促进作用开始减弱.  相似文献

Mechanism of thermal conductivity of nanofluids is analysed and calculated, including Brownian motion effects, particle agglomeration and viscosity, together influenced by temperature. The results show that only Brown- Jan motion as reported is not enough to describe the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity of nanofluids. The change of particle agglomeration and viscosity with temperature are also important factors. As temperature increases, the reduction of the particle surface energy would decrease the agglomeration of nanopartieles, and the reduction of viscosity would improve the Brownish motion. The results egree well with the experimental data reported.  相似文献

Radiative heat transfer in the steady two-dimensional flow of Walters' B fluid with a non-uniform heat source/sink is investigated. An incompressible fluid is bounded by a stretching porous surface. The convective boundary condition is used for the thermal boundary layer problem. The relevant equations are first simplified under usual boundary layer assumptions and then transformed into a similar form by suitable transformations. Explicit series solutions of velocity and temperature are derived by the homotopy analysis method (HAM). The dimensionless velocity and temperature gradients at the wall are calculated and discussed.  相似文献
