ＣＸＳ系列旋转冲洗甩干机是由信息产业部电子第四十五研究所根据国内半导体产业的发展和市场需求 ,于 2 0 0 0年研究开发的旋转冲洗甩干设备。该系列机型具有高洁净度旋转冲洗甩干功能。主要用于硅圆片、掩模板、太阳能电池等类似材料的冲洗甩干。是半导体湿法清洗工艺中必不可少的主要设备之一。1　ＣＸＳ系列机型ＣＸＳ系列机型针对不同用户、不同工艺需求、不同应用场合开发了系列化机型。用户可按自己的要求和不同工艺选择适合自己的机型型号和功能配置要求。其中 ,ＣＸＳ— 2 15 0ＯＡ型为双工作腔结构 ,最大加工片子直径15 0ｍｍ。…     

由光率体求导折射率及振动方向的新方法

从光率体出发，利用坐标轴旋转，导出了光在晶体中传播时折射率及振动方向的公式。     

行波型热声发动机的分布参数法热力分析

在现有热声网络模型的基础上 ,对行波型热声发动机采用分布参数法进行了详细地分析 ,得到了较为完整的分布参数法网络模型 ,并给出了该模型的定性关系式 ,所得结果与采用集总参数法的结果有很大差异。分析表明 ,分布参数法更适合于一般的系统情况 ,集总参数法仅仅在一定条件下才适用。文中对一个实际系统应用分布参数法进行了分析 ,得到一些结论 ,对于我们设计行波型热声发动机有非常重要的理论指导意义     

Form Invariance and Noether Symmetries of Rotational Relativistic Birkhoff Systems

Under the infinitesimal transformations of groups,a form invariance of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems is studied and the definition and criteria are given,In view of the invariance of rotational relativistic Pfaff-Birkhoff-D‘ Alembert principle under the infinitesimal transformations of groups,the theory of Noether symmetries of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems are constructed.The relation between the form invariance and the Noether symmetries is studied ,and the conserved quantities of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems are obtained.     

旋转编码器的四轮转向汽车上的应用

在四轮转向汽车中，需要方向盘转角作为控制参数，由于方向盘转角很大，且需要测量的是绝对转角，用一般的转角传感器很难解决，本文介绍了采用绝对值型编码器测量转角的方法，并给出了传感器与ECU之间的接口电路。     

高峰值功率固体飞秒激光振荡器技术的进展

总结了目前几种可产生兆瓦级（10^6W)峰值功率的飞秒（10^-15s)掺钛蓝宝石激光器的发展状况，分析了这类激光器相应的腔结构，讨论了相关的特点以及在实验上的应用前景。     

基于旋转描述的三维几何造型方法

提出了一种能用凸四边形表示并可作平面展开的三维实体造型的设计方法。该方法用旋转描述表把二维平面展开图和三维实体联系起来，模拟人工折叠过程，由二维平面展开图逐次旋转变换完成三维造型重建。造型重建后，再通过纹理映射将平面设计图案映射到实体的各个面上，完成对实体着色渲染，生成具有真实感的三维实体。     

Gamow—Teller Resonance of 90Zr in a Relaztivistic Approach

We establish the formalism of nuclear spin-isospin excitations,especially the Gamow-Teller resonance in a fully consstent relativistic random-phase approximation.A relativistic form of the Landau-Migdal parameter g‘ is adopted as a residual spin-isospin correlation force.In the non-relativistic limit it reproduces the excitation energy of the giant Gamow-Teller resonance state obtained in the non-relativistic model.The Gamow-Teller resonance for finite nuclei is investigated in a relativistic approach for the first time.It is found that the Ikeda sum rule of 90Zr is quenched about 8% in the Hartree as well as the correlated strengths due to the poles of the negative Dirac states at energies above 1 GeV.
