Design of Polarization-independent Wavelength-interleave Coupler in Fluorinated Polyimide Waveguide

Based on the measurement of dispersion characteristic and birefractive index of the fluorinated polyimide film,a statistical optimum design method is proposed and used to realize the design of 32-and 36-wavelengths optical waveguide wavelength-interleave coupler (i,e.,interleaver) with the optimization of polarization fluctuation and wavelength interval of 0.8nm at 1550nm. The largest cross coupling ratios of the two interleavers are respectively less than 1.8% and 3.5%, while the least through coupling ratios are respectively greater than 98. 2% and 96. 5%. The output differences due to polarization fluctuation are less than 1.7% and 3.2%     

Theoretical analysis of the acoustical characteristics of suspended micro-perforated panel absorbers

Sound absorption characteristics of suspended micro-perforated panel absorbers were investigated theoretically. The method of half thickness model of such panel absorber with quadripole analysis was used for predicting its acoustic performance. The analysis results show that the predictions agree well with the measurements of absorption in the reverberation chamber. The factors affecting the absorption characteristics for such absorbers were discussed, and some rules as design guidelines were given.     

张志三先生的生平

张志三,光谱学家。《光谱学与光谱分析》的副主编、顾问。早期致力于原子发射光谱应用的研究。建立较完善的分子光谱实验室,为我国光谱学的发展做出了贡献。热心进行激光光谱的应用研究,促进了我国激光物理,原子、分子物理的发展。张志三先生因病于2003年9月20日在北京逝世,享年83岁。张先生严以律己,宽厚待人,治学严谨的科学态度,深得科技界同行的爱戴和赞誉。得知张先生过世的消息,大家深为悲痛。张志三先生的生前好友于9月25日到医院向张先生作最后告别。     

利用场发射显微镜研究O2对单壁碳纳米管场发射的影响

利用场发射显微镜和四极质谱计研究了充入高纯O2的四极质谱和O2对单壁碳纳米管场发射的影响.单壁碳纳米管经过约1000℃的热处理得到清洁态场发射像后，充入O2，分别测量了O2吸附和脱附后场发射的I V特性.实验观测到在单壁碳纳米管上O2的吸附使场发射电流减小，说明逸出功增加.在10-4Pa的O2压强下对单壁碳纳米管进行约1000℃的热处理，可以产生氧化刻蚀作用，观测到场发射像的变化，并测量了氧化刻蚀产生的I V特性变化. 关键词： 单壁碳纳米管 场发射显微镜 场发射 四极质谱     

利用全息扫描技术实现条码识别

根据条码识别装置的特点，利用全息扫描技术设计条形码扫描器及相应的辅助部件，从而使学生对全息照相及扫描技术有进一步的理解，掌握物理实验设计的一般要求。     

过渡金属表面γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷膜的研究

本文对在过渡金属铁、镍电极表面制备得到的γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(γ-APS)膜进行了研究。实验中对硅烷膜用X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、现场表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)和原子力显微镜(AFM)进行了表征。X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)的结果发现存在两个N1s峰,表明γ-APS膜中的氨基有两种存在方式:自由氨基和质子化氨基。实验中还发现现场表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)是研究金属/γ-APS体系中界面层结构非常有效的手段,SERS结果表明硅醇羟基和氨基发生了竞争吸附,且γ-APS分子在外加电位等条件的影响下吸附状态会发生一定变化。原子力显微镜(AFM)的表征结果在微观上显示电极表面的γ-APS膜上形成了一种较规则的微孔结构,这种结构可能与基底的性质有关。     

Nano-tribological study on a super-hydrophobic film formed on rough aluminium substrates

A novel super-hydrophobic stearic acid (STA) film with a water contact angle of 166^o was prepared by chemical adsorption on aluminum wafer coated with polyethyleneimine (PEI) film. The micro-tribological behavior of the super-hydrophobic STA monolayer was compared with that of the polished and PEI-coated Al surfaces. The effect of relative humidity on the adhesion and friction was investigated as well. It was found that the STA monolayer showed decreased friction, while the adhesive force was greatly decreased by increasing the surface roughness of the Al wafer to reduce the contact area between the atomic force microscope (AFM) tip and the sample surface to be tested. Thus the friction and adhesion of the Al wafer was effectively decreased by generating the STA monolayer, which indicated that it could be feasible and rational to prepare a surface with good adhesion resistance and lubricity by properly controlling the surface morphology and the chemical composition. Both the adhesion and friction decreased as the relative humidity was lowered from 65% to 10%, though the decrease extent became insignificant for the STA monolayer. 掺杂偶氮苯聚合物光致异构Z扫描测量及其理论解释

用He_Ne激光对掺有偶氮苯聚合物DR 13的PMMA薄膜样品进行Z扫描研究 ,发现其折射率改变量与光强的关系存在着饱和效应 ,且线偏振光引起的折射率改变明显大于圆偏振光引起的折射率改变 .对于这些现象 ,用光致异构的角烧孔机理进行解释     

步进扫描时间分辨光谱及其在太阳电池光电导上的应用

建立傅里叶变换步进扫描时间分辨光电导光谱，并研究太阳电池中与转换效率密切相关的少数载流子寿命.实验选取三种典型的硅太阳电池(单晶硅样品1、多晶硅样品2和多晶硅样品3 )，发现其瞬态光电导的上升和衰退曲线可以分别用两个简单的指数函数描述.由于有复合中心的参与，复合过程中少数载流子的寿命比产生过程中的寿命短.为验证实验结果的可靠性，采用了提取样品少数载流子的体寿命和计算其有效扩散长度两种方法.通过与太阳电池暗伏安特性和负载特性研究相结合，进一步分析和讨论了少数载流子寿命与短路电流、开路电压和转换效率的关系.同时探讨了步进扫描时间分辨光谱实验的其他用途. 关键词： 步进扫描 时间分辨 硅太阳电池 瞬态光电导     

高扭曲向列液晶显示器件的特性研究

本文研究了高扭曲向列液晶显示器件（ＨＴＮＬＣＤ）（扭曲角９０～１８０°），此器件与扭曲向列液晶显示器件（ＴＮＬＣＤ）相比较，能够增加液晶显示器件扫描行数并改善视角特性，其制造技术与ＴＮ器件相似，具有很大的应用价值。
