采用乙二醇为溶剂,无水FeCl3为铁源,聚丙烯酸为稳定剂,通过改变3-氨基丙醇的用量,合成了一系列不同微球直径和晶粒大小的超顺磁Fe3O4微球。高分辨率透射电镜和X-射线衍射分析证实所得产物为Fe3O4,红外光谱和热重分析表明,微球表面成功包覆聚丙烯酸。微球的大小和组成微球的颗粒粒径分别用透射电镜和X-射线衍射分析,结果表明,所得微球的直径随着3-氨基丙醇的用量增加而减小,组成微球的颗粒粒径随着3-氨基丙醇的用量增加而增大。磁性测试表明所制备微球室温下具有良好的超顺磁性。该制备方法步骤简单,可望用于其他无机氧化物纳米微球或颗粒的制备。 相似文献

A novel photoresponding ionic complex (PANDAZO) was prepared by the ionic self-assembly (1SA) of sodium polyacrylate (PANa) and azobenzene chromophores (NDAZO). The ionic complex forms an interdigitated lamellar structure with full overlap of the side chains. The optical anisotropy was investigated by using a polarization pulse laser (355 nm). In this work, solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was developed to determine trace levels of nitrobenzene compounds in water and soil samples. Graphene was chosen as the extraction material and its composite was coated on a stainless steel wire through sol–gel technique for the solid phase microextraction. The key parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the linearity for the compounds was observed in the range of 0.02–15.0 mg/L for water samples, and 0.2–60.0 mg/kg for soil samples, with the correlation coefficients(r) of 0.9966–0.9987. The limits of detection of the method were 0.0025–0.005 mg/L for water samples, and 0.02–0.04 mg/kg for soil samples. The recoveries for the spiked samples were in the range of 72.0%–113.2%, and the precision, expressed as the relative standard deviations, was less than 12.1%. 相似文献

A hollow-fiber liquid-phase microextraction (HF-LPME) method has been developed for the purification and preconcentration of biogenic polyamines and their precursor amino acids in human saliva. Putrescine (Put), cadaverine (Cad), spermidine (Spe), ornithine (Orn), lysine (Lys), and arginine (Arg) were determined by the CE-LIF detection after microextraction. Several factors that affect extraction efficiency, separation, and detection were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, six analytes could achieve baseline separation within 30 min, exhibiting a linear calibration at three orders of magnitude (r2 〉 0.998); the obtained enrichment factors of HF-LPME were between 19 (for Orn) and 2] 8 (for Cad), and the LODs were in the range of 0.0072-0.26 nmol/L. The proposed HF-LPME/CE-LIF method has been successfully applied for the sensitive analyses of the real-world saliva samples collected from healthy volunteers and different patients with oral diseases, providing a potential method for primary non-invasive diagnosis of some oral diseases. 相似文献

To exploit an effective adsorbent to separate hydrogen and methane, microporous titanium silicate molecular sieve NaETS-4 was synthesized and modified by strontium. The adsorption characteristics and diffusion behaviors of the prepared titanosilicate molecular sieve were studied by concentration pulse chromatography. And the effects of ion-exchange and dehydration temperature on adsorbent structure and gas diffusion were also discussed. The results showed that the thermal stability and Henry's Law constants were enhanced and micropore diffusivity decreased after exchanging Na+ with Sr2+. With the increase of dehydration temperature, Henry's Law constant and micropore diffusivity of CI-I4 decreased in both NaETS-4 and SrETS-4. While for 1-12 in SrETS-4, the increase of Henry's Law constant and the decrease of diffusion rate can be attributed to the shrinks of pore diameter resulting from the relocation of Sr2+. Correspondingly, the kinetic selectivity of H2/CH4 reached 8.91 indicating its potentiality in separating H2 and CH4. 相似文献

In the present work,an interconnected sandwich carbon/Si-SiO2/carbon nanospheres composite was prepared by template method and carbon thermal vapor deposition(TVD).The carbon conductive layer can not only efficiently improve the electronic conductivity of Si-based anode,but also play a key role in alleviating the negative effect from huge volume expansion over discharge/charge of Si-based anode.The resulting material delivered a reversible capacity of 1094 mAh/g,and exhibited excellent cycling stability.It kept a reversible capacity of 1050 mAh/g over 200 cycles with a capacity retention of 96%. 相似文献

本文利用系列有机二元酸-水体系作为制备In(OH)3纳米晶体介质,采用低温水热法成功制备了不同形貌和尺寸的In(OH)3为纳材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和拉曼光谱仪(Raman)等手段分别对材料的形貌、结构和物相等进行了表征与分析。实验结果表明,通过本研究方法,在己二酸水体系中可以得到较均一的尺寸在300-400 nm范围的In(OH)3球形粒子,而在癸二酸水体系中则得到棒状和片状混杂的In(OH)3纳米颗粒。样品在450°C条件下焙烧4 h后,可获得相应的具有良好形貌继承性的In2O3微纳材料。 相似文献

以羧基磁性微球为分离载体,固定氨基修饰的腺苷适配体,通过腺苷与生物素修饰的报告序列竞争结合氨基适配体,建立了一种化学发光检测生物小分子腺苷的方法。实验优化了磁性微球、氨基适配体、报告序列等参数,发现腺苷浓度在1.0×10-9~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内与CL信号强度减少量呈良好线性关系,最低检出限达1.0×10-9mol/L,重复5次测定0.1 mmol/L腺苷的相对标准偏差为5.0%。方法成功用于实际尿样中腺苷的测定。该法可简单、灵敏、特异性地检测腺苷,有望用于临床诊断、药物分析等领域。 相似文献
