关于晶体熔化实验的改进方法

观察晶体的熔化实验是中学物理的重要实验之一．笔者从事初中物理教学工作十多年,多次利用海波做该实验,但是几乎很难成功．许多老师将原因归结为：一是海波在加热搅拌时受热不均匀;二是该晶体纯度不够．难道该实验不成功真的是以上两个原因导致的吗？笔者通过查阅资料和多次实验,对以往失败原因进行探究．

一、2008亚太区将发射的通信卫星 回顾2007年,全球的卫星公司及机构共发射了19颗商用同步通信卫星．其中8颗卫星主要服务于亚太地区。这8颗卫星中．除了新天卫星公司（SESNSS）NSS8卫星及日本JCSAT11卫星发射失败外．中国Sinosat3（1125°E）和Chinasat6B（115．5°E）、印度Insat4B（93．5°E）和Insat4CR（74°E）、日本BSAT3A（110°E）以及澳大利亚OptusD2（152°E）6颗卫星已在其预定轨位上投入商业服务。     

AN M/G/1 RETRIAL QUEUE WITH SECOND MULTI-OPTIONAL SERVICE, FEEDBACK AND UNRELIABLE SERVER

An M/G/1 retrial queue with two-phase service and feedback is studied in this paper, where the server is subject to starting failures and breakdowns during service. Primary customers get in the system according to a Poisson process, and they will receive service immediately if the server is available upon arrival. Otherwise, they will enter a retrial orbit and are queued in the orbit in accordance with a first-come-first-served （FCFS） discipline. Customers are allowed to balk and renege at particular times. All customers demand the first “essential” service, whereas only some of them demand the second “multi-optional” service. It is assumed that the retrial time, service time and repair time of the server are all arbitrarily distributed. The necessary and sufficient condition for the system stability is derived. Using a supplementary variable method, the steady-state solutions for some queueing and reliability measures of the system are obtained.     

智能光网络最大恢复失败概率的研究

随着光网络的迅速发展,多业务驱动下的智能光网络(ION)对服务质量(QoS)的要求愈加严格,对ION生存性的研究也必须考虑QoS问题。提出了与可生存的智能光网络的QoS可用性指标相关的概念—最大恢复失败概率(MRFP),将其嵌入工作通道优先算法(WPF),提出了基于最大恢复失败概率的工作通道优先算法(WPF-FP),并进行了仿真。

Failed experiments occur frequently in laboratory. How the laboratory teacher actively and effectively deal with the failed experiments and guide students plays an important role in the cultivation of undergraduates' creativity. If he loses on the swings, he may win on the roundabouts. We show how teacher guide and enlighten the undergraduate students to get the inspiration and learn from the failed experiments by two examples of Chemistry Laboratory of undergraduates. Let the students find problems with curiosity, analyze problems, and solve the problem in the "experiment-failure-improvement-experiment" process based on relevant knowledge and rules. The teaching and learning efficiency of laboratory class is significantly improved. Undergraduates not only have a profound discussion and analysis of experimental results, but also receive effective training in scientific research literacy and quality.
