多路独立输出的集成谐振DC—DC变换器及其计算机仿真

谐振型变换器的结构是一种较理想的混合功率集成电路拓扑结构，但它却难进入多路不均衡负载状态。本文提出了一种新的拓扑结构，这种结构采用借振环节作为输入和输出之间的功率隔离传输器，而在每个输出回路采用开关电容调节器，把各路输出电压稳定在相应的设计动态范围之内，这样即实现了隔离多路独立输出的谐振型ＤＣ—ＤＣ变换器。它综合了谐振变换器和开关电容变换器的优点，很适合于混合集成。本文介绍了这种新拓扑的原理及ＳＰＩＣＥ仿真方法。     

频率式硅电容压力传感器的研究

本文对频率输出的硅微机械结构电容压力传感器进行了研究。利用有限元程序和解析方式对岛－膜硅电容膜片进行了分析。采用硅体型微机械加工技术和集成电路兼容工艺完成了压力元件的制作。对易于ＣＭＯＳ集成的两种新颖的接口电路进行了分析和设计，提高了传感器的性能。     

8阶开关电容滤波器MAX29X系列的应用设计

ＭＡＸ２９Ｘ是美国ＭＡＸＩＭ公司生产的８阶开关电容低通滤波器，由于价格便宜，使用方便，设计简单，在通讯，信号处理等领域得到了广泛的应用。本文就其工作原理，电气参数，注意事项等问题作了讨论，具有一定的实用参考价值。

电容充放电演示装置

<正> 本文介绍的电容充放电演示装置,由线性点/线显示驱动集成电路及电容充放电电路构成。它用发光二极管的显示路径及不同颜色来演示电容充放过程,非常直观,因而适用于教学演示。 工作原理 图1是电容充放电演示装置的面板图。图1(a)和图1(b)分别是电容充放电电路及充放电曲线(电容两端电压U_c随充放电时间t变化的曲线)。当开关S拨向“1”档时,电源E通过电阻R向电容C充电,LED1～LED10(红色)随U_c的升高而顺序发光,并均能保持住发光状态,从而描绘出电容充电曲线(曲线1)。当开关S拨向“2”档时,电容C通过电阻R放电,此时LED11～LED20(绿色)顺序熄灭(开始放电瞬间LED11～LED20均是点亮的),描绘出电容放电曲线(曲线2)。     

THE SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SOME POROUS CROSS—LINKED POLY （VINYLACETOPHENONE） RESINS AND THEIR CAPACITIES IN ADSORBING GYPENOSIDES

In search of a suitable adsorbent used for the enrichment and separation of natural saponins from an aqueous solution,a series of porous cross-linked poly (vinylaceto-phenone) resins I-Ⅸ were synthesized via the Friedel-Crafts acylation of styrene-divinyl-benzene copolymer beads.Their carbonyl contents were characterized by infrared spectra and elemental analysis.Their physical properties such as bulk densities,skeleton densities,and specific surface areas were also determined.The tests for the resins adsorption of gypenosides showed that only those resins with high carbonyl contents and large specific surface areas could favorably adsorb gypenosides from an aqueous solution with much higher capacities.     

La2O3掺杂对SrTiO3压敏电容双功能陶瓷显微结构及电性能的影响

用CALPHAD技术优化计算了稀土卤化物熔盐TbCl3-ACl(A=Li，Na，K，Rb，Cs)五个二元系相图以及其热力学性质。优化采用了短程有序-扩展似化学模型，得到了热力学性质和相图自洽一致的结果，并与相应的实验相图进行了比较，对其中差异的部分进行了分析和修正。讨论了热力学优化结果，并探讨了过剩热力学性质变化的规律和特征。     

聚乙撑二氧噻吩膜在氧化态的充电过程及电容研究

In this paper, the chronoamperometry was used to study the charging processes of polyethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) modified electrodes in the potential range where PEDOT was in the oxidized state. The results show that the charging behaviors of the PEDOT films are well agreed with the exhausted finite diffusion model. The dependence of the capacitance values of the films on potential and concentration of solution was also studied in this potential range.     

CVD Reactions of TiCl4 with Ammonia： a Quantum Chemical Study

Based on density functional calculations, the mechanism and the energetic course of the chemical vapor deposition （CVD） reaction of TiCl4 with NH3 were studied at the level of B3LYP with 6-311g（d） basis set. Furthermore, the polymerization processes of dimerization, trimerization and tetramerization were investigated. The calculation results indicate that the formation of polymers is favored at the elimination reaction. On the basis of the calculated energetics, a possible mechanism of the reduction reaction has been proposed.
