基于MOEMS的无阻塞阵列光开关

上海光机所信息光学实验室和上海交大微纳米技术研究院的研究人员最近研制成功了一种基于微光电子机械系统(MOEMS)的无阻塞16×16阵列光开关。基于MOEMS的无阻塞16×16阵列光开关是根据“多路对多路塞机械光开关”等多项专利技术,利用MEMS技术制备的微电磁执行器,采取优化的Benes网络结构,以2×2和4×4光开关为基本单元,构成的16×16阵列光开关具有运动部件少、可靠性高和稳定性强等特点。在研制该开关的过程中,科研人员特别重视对16×16阵列光开关中2×2和4×4光开关器件的可靠性和稳定性工艺技术的深入研究,实现了2×2和4×4MEMES…     

Structural Stabilities of Ordered Arrays of Nb4 Clusters on NaCI（IO0） Surface

Adsorption of ordered （2 × 2） arrays of Nb4 clusters on the insulating surface of NaCI（100） is studied by the first-principles calculations within the density functional theory. The calculations on the relaxed geometries and cohesive energies show that both the tetrahedron and quadrangle-Nb4 can be stably adsorbed on this substrate, which may have important applications. The adsorption of quadrangle-Nb4 on the NaCl（100） surface is more stable than that of tetrahedron-Nb4. Both the Nb4 clusters studied and a single Nb atom prefer the top site of the Cl atom in the NaCl（100） surface. Electronic structure analysis suggests that the interactions between the Nb4 clusters and the substrate are weak.     

Spiking patterns of a hippocampus model in electric fields

We develop a model of CA3 neurons embedded in a resistive array to mimic the effects of electric fields from a new perspective. Effects of DC and sinusoidal electric fields on firing patterns in CA3 neurons are investigated in this study. The firing patterns can be switched from no firing pattern to burst or from burst to fast periodic firing pattern with the increase of DC electric field intensity. It is also found that the firing activities are sensitive to the frequency and amplitude of the sinusoidal electric field. Different phase-locking states and chaotic firing regions are observed in the parameter space of frequency and amplitude. These findings are qualitatively in accordance with the results of relevant experimental and numerical studies. It is implied that the external or endogenous electric field can modulate the neural code in the brain. Furthermore, it is helpful to develop control strategies based on electric fields to control neural diseases such as epilepsy.     

L波段高功率线极化径向线阵列天线理论分析与数值模拟

 探索了L波段的高功率线极化径向线阵列天线。基于三角形栅格形式实现了径向线圆形平面阵列天线,分析并给出了径向线并联馈电网络,并以同轴馈电的水平单圆环线极化天线为基础,利用径向线并联馈电网络设计出了间距小于一个波长下L波段高功率线极化径向线阵列天线。研究结果表明：这种结构实现径向线阵列天线的线极化辐射是可行的,该天线在中心频率1.57 GHz下,增益为19.97 dBi,轴比为-52.06 dB,反射系数为0.105 2;在1.37～1.77 GHz的频率范围内增益大于18.64 dBi,轴向轴比值小于-46.45 dB。
