热处理条件对双粉工艺中Bi—2212粉末的相组成影响

实验研究了Bi-2212粉末在空气，8％O2和纯O2种处理的相组成特征，指出通过改变热处理温度和气氛可控制前驱粉中对2223成相影响较大的(Bi，Pb)-2212相，Ca2PbO4相，2201相和14：24AEC等相。     

Light-Gradient-Induced Spiral Wave Drifts in a Belousov-Zhabotinsky Reaction

The dynamic behaviour of spiral tip in the light-sensitive Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction under the influence of an externally applied light gradient was experimentally studied. The gradient causes different drifts for different spiral patterns. The centre of the spiral wave moved toward the region of lower light intensity. The direction of an additional perpendicular drift depended on the chirality of the spiral wave. The dependences of the drifting angle and the drifting velocity on light gradient have been measured.     

Elimination of Spiral Waves and Competition between Travelling Wave Impulses and Spiral Waves

The interaction between travelling wave impulses and spiral waves is studied and the results of their competition are related to the exciting period. From the results, it is known that the formation and development of spiral waves in cardiac tissue depend on the period by which the travelling wave impulses are excited. A method is proposed to eliminate spiral waves, which is easily operated.     

量子阱红外探测器能带结构的计算

利用电子波在阱与垒的界面上的反射及干涉效应，计算了量子阱红外探测器(QWIP)的能带结构，并对其适用性进行了分析和讨论。通过与K-P模型比较发现，本方法对计算较宽势阱(阱宽大于4nm)的量子阱结构的电子态适合。在垒宽和阱宽不变条件下，用两种方法计算得到的AlGaAs／GaAs量子阱材料中Al组分x与吸收峰值波长λp的关系曲线基本相同。结果说明，在较宽的范围内，本方法对QWIP能带结构的计算是适用且简便的。     

压电致动微喷的压力波特征分析

提出了一种压电致动的阵列微喷,以面向吸入式药物治疗应用.该阵列微喷工作在器件的谐振点上,其工作性能决定于液体腔中的压力波的分布和大小.本文针对该类微喷建立了考虑压电-固-液耦合和压力波传播效应的等效模型,并利用有限元方法对整个器件的结构振动模态和压力驻波模态进行了分析.文章对不同振动模态下,液体腔中的声压力波分布以及对微喷设计的影响进行了讨论.     

基于图像内容的多子波去噪

本文介绍了多子波变换的一般理论及OPTFR多子波的性质,通过改进其一阶平衡器,避免了预滤波,从而简化了运算。在将OPTFR多子波用于图像处理时,采用了一种基于图像内容的阈值方法,实验结果表明,其去噪效果优于CL多子波及一般的阈值方法。     

吸波材料与频率选择表面复合的实验研究

介绍了植入阻抗分级的碳纤维(CF)合成物中频率选择表面(FSS)作为微波吸收的实验结果。制作了不同的FSS图形植入碳纤维(CF)合成物中，通过实验反映出了FSS的效果。实验中可以看出FSS图形和FSS在合成物中的位置决定了它的反射特性。通过对比发现，实验结果与GMA的理论预言一致。     

Instability of Longitudinal Wave in Magnetized Strongly Coupled Dusty Plasma

Instability of longitudinal wave in magnetized strongly coupled dusty plasmas is investigated. The dust chargigrelaxation is taken into account. It is found that there exists threshold of interdust distance for the instability of wave, which is determined significantly by the dust charging relaxation, the coupling parameter of high correlation of dust as well the strength of magnetic field.     

关于非线性Pochhammer-Chree方程的解

本文研究了弹性杆纵向形变方程:u_(tt)—u_(ttxx)—u_(xx)—(1/3)(u~3)xx=0的椭圆余弦波解,并用Adomian分解法,求出了其初边值问题解.     

饱和土中波传播的二相动力分析模型

将饱和土作为二相介质,考虑土骨架和孔隙流体之间的摩阻力,建立了饱和土中一维压缩波传播的二相动力分析控制微分方程,采用有限差分法求解。该模型可以计算地表面爆炸冲击荷载作用下饱和土中波的传播和波在不动障碍上的反射问题。该模型可考虑饱和土土体的非线性塑性力学性质及土性随深度变化或土介质的分层情况。
