骨骼肌兴奋收缩偶联时肌浆网膜Ca2+通道的研究

目的：从毫秒级功能变化水平实时观察骨骼肌肌浆网、T-管在收缩潜伏期内超微结构的时相—形态变化。方法：采用双红外线探测器—计算机控制的电刺激—超低温快速冷冻固定同步技术,对电刺激后的蟾蜍骨骼肌组织作快速冷冻固定,采用透射电镜对骨骼肌在电刺激后0．8ms,2ms,4．6ms,10．8ms和18．4ms的超微结构变化进行观察。结果：刺激0．8ms后,肌浆网和T-管未见明显改变。刺激2ms后,SR内出现电子密度较大的物质。刺激4．6ms后,肌浆网膜内外侧可见一一对应的电子密度大的物质。刺激10．8ms后,SR与T-管形态又恢复原状,SR内电子密度大的物质消失。结论：骨骼肌兴奋-收缩偶联发生时,肌浆网的形态发生改变,肌浆网内出现电子密度较大的物质且逐渐向靠近T-管的方向移动。

Temporal Evolution of Excited Level Populations in a High-Velocity Argon Plasma Flow

A simplified collisional-radiative model is applied to a high velocity plasma flow through the arcjet nozzle to investigate the temporal evolution of excited level population densities in the selected spatial positions inside arcjet thruster. Oomputations are carried out for various sets of input parameters such as electron temperature, electron number density, atom temperature, and pressure. The numerical results illustrate that the exter~t of the ionization-recombination non-equilibrium is strongly dependent on the electron temperature and pressure, and is significantly affected by resonance radiation.     

兴奋剂中几种易分解药物的高效液相色谱研究

本文对兴奋剂中的几种易分解物质进行了ＨＰＬＣ方法的研究，并对尿样中的这几种物质的原型及其代谢物的检测进行了分析和探讨，建立了一套用ＨＰＬＣ方法进行系统的筛选分析的方法，取得了较好的结果。     

迷走神经兴奋对酸化十二指肠引起胰液分泌的加强作用

本工作采用18条具有Thomas胰瘘和胃瘘的狗,用急性和慢性实验、电刺激变性迷走神经、酸化十二指肠(D.A.)注射促胰液素、阿托品和利多卡因等进行分析,结果如下:慢性与急性实验相比,前者由D.A.引起的胰液分泌潜伏期变短,分泌量增多,差异极显著(p<0.001)。阻断迷走冲动或注射阿托品均显著抑制D.A.引起的胰蛋白质和碳酸氢盐排出量(p<0.01)。用利多卡因麻痹十二指肠粘膜的神经末梢也使D.A.引起胰液分泌下降。刺激迷走神经与D.A.相结合,不论同时还是相继结合,所得效应超过二者分别刺激所得效应相加之和。刺激迷走神经与注射促胰液索相结合,获得与上相同的结果。这些结果提示,迷走冲动与D.A.或促胰液素共同作用胰外分泌器官时有相互加强效应。在D.A.引起胰液分泌机制中迷走神经和肠粘膜神经末梢均参与其作用。

Isospin effect of the in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section in excited nuclear reactions

Using relativistic mean field theory, the neutron and the proton density distribution of 56Ni nuclei could be obtained in the ground state and the excited state. Based on the framework of the quantum molecular dynamics model, the 56Ni nuclei have been simulated in ground state and in the neutron or proton excited state. We then used the three different states of 56Ni to collide with the 56Ni in the ground state. To discuss the evolution of the nuclear stopping in different reactions, two kinds of different excited nuclear reactions were studied at different reaction energies and at different impact parameters. Studies have shown that the nuclear stopping of an excited nuclear reaction is sensitive to the isospin-dependent in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section, compared with the response value of the ground state nuclear reaction. So, it is better for the excited nuclei to extract the isospin dependence of nucleon-nucleon cross section information.     

Study of excited Ds mesons

The spectrum of D s mesons is systematically studied in a semi-classic mass loaded flux tube model.D s in D-wave multiplets is predicted to have lower masses in comparison with most theoretical predictions.D sJ （2632） ＋,D s1 （2700） ±,D sJ （2860） ＋ and D sJ （3040） ＋ are interpreted in the constituent quark model.     

Refractive index and temperature sensor based on cladding-mode Bragg grating excited by abrupt taper interferometer

A sensing structure consisting of an abrupt taper spliced uniformly in to a fiber Bragg grating （FBG） is proposed and experimentally demonstrates refractive index （RI） and temperature measurements. Cladding modes are generated in the fiber through the abrupt taper containing the FBG. Most modes are reflected by the FBG at shorter wavelengths and reenter the launch fiber after passing through the abrupt taper. Spectral integrals are used to measure the power generated by the cladding and core modes. A sensitivity of-83.97 nW/RIU for ambient RI and a temperature sensitivity of 10 pm/℃ are obtained. No cross- sensitivity problems exist between ambient RI and temperature measurement.
