室同灯光红外遥控器的设计

结合已研制成功的红外遥控器，叙述了该系统的工作原理和设计方法，给出了几乎全部实用电路，特别是编辑器设计方案中，使用了控制变量的技巧，对于类似产品的设计确有参考价值。     

红外加热胶接技术

提出了红外加热胶接的思想，并对红外加热胶接技术作了简单阐述。介绍了一种红外加热胶接矿用阻燃、防腐、橡塑风筒布的装置。     

激光在材料中感生的瞬态光声波和光热波

研究了锁模激光在材料中产生频率达GHz的光声波和相应探测技术,用回波分析法无损坏测量了薄材料的厚度。研究了激光在材料中感生的光热波,热沉测量可用于解释材料的破坏机理。

提起金属探测器（Metal Detector），人们就会联想到探雷器，工兵用它来探测掩埋的地雷．金属探测器是一种专门用来探测金属的仪器，除了用于探测有金属外壳或金属部件的地雷之外，还可以用来探测隐蔽在墙壁内的电线、埋在地下的水管和电缆，甚至能够地下探宝，发现埋藏在地下的金属物体．目前还广泛应用于各种大型会议中心、会展场馆、体育场馆、公检法、监狱系统及娱乐场所的安全检查和工厂企业的防偷窃检查，甚至用于对高考禁带物品的检查．本文就来谈谈金属探测器的发展历史和工作原弹．     

Infrared Spectroscopic Analysis of Chrysene and 1.2-Benzanthracence in Wax films

Chrysene and 1.2-benzanthracene are successfully doped in a solid wax film and their vibrational spectra in gooo--400cm^-1 are discussed. The harmonic frequencies and relative intensities of both the molecules observed in the film are compared with theoretical values calculated by the density functional theory （DFT） model as well as with the previous experimental data. The effects on spectra due to change of matrix and some additional bands observed in the wax film are also reported. Excellent agreement in the spectral positions and strengths between the experiments and DFT values are found.     

从800nm到远红外都灵敏的探测器

红外探测广泛应用于工业、监视、医疗和防御等领域？红外辐射直接反映物体的温度，但是物体的形状、尺寸和表面特性郜埘信号有影响，所以红外辐射和温度之间的一阶关系是不严格的。     

Design and Manufacture of GeSi/Si Superlattice Nanocrystalline Photodetector

According to Maxwell＇s theory, the optical transmission characteristics in GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline layer have been analyzed and calculated. The calculated result shows that when the total thickness L is 340 nm, the single mode lightwave can be transmitted only at periodic number M≥15.5. In addition, at the direction of transmission, when the transmission distance is larger than 500 μm, the lightwave intensity is decreased greatly. Based on the above parameters, the design and manufacture of GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline photodetector are carried out.     

基于红外技术的医疗监护系统的实现

在医院中,为使患者得到更好的照料或为医学观察研究之用,监护系统是必可少的.现在大部分医院所用监护系统为电视系统和微光监护系统,它们对光线的要求较高,而基于红外成像技术的医疗监护系统就不存在这一问题.     

p型碲镉汞液相外延材料Ag掺杂的研究

利用SIMS和变温霍尔测量手段对P型Hg0.77Gd0.23Te液相外延材料的Ag掺杂技术、机理及掺杂碲镉汞材料的性能进行了研究。结果表明采用AgNO3溶液直接浸泡方式对该材料进行掺Ag是成功的，掺杂浓度与被掺杂材料中的汞空位浓度是一致的，掺杂后，P型碲镉汞材料的受主能级比掺杂前有明显的减小，从实验结果可看到掺Ag碲镉汞材料的电学性能在室温下保持稳定。
