分光光度法测定金属硅中铁的线性校正与受控下的不确定度评估

用分光光度法测定金属硅中铁量,来分析讨论如何采用基本方法和控制方法技术,进行校正函数的残差齐性方差检验和有效期间的受控分析。研究结果表明,采用控制方法可以确保测量不确定度尽可能小,以达到检测的最终要求。     

New Chiral Metal Cluster Systems for Catalytic Asymmetric Syntheses of Chiral Alcohols

The efficient chiral Ru3(CO)12 systems were prepared in situ from Ru3(CO)12 and various chiral diiminoor diamino-diphosphine tetradentate ligands. The systems have been used for the asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of propiophenone in 2-propanol, leading to 1-phenyl-1-propanol in a 98% yield and 96% e.e. The IR study suggests that the carbonyl hydride anion [HRu3(CO)11]^- most probably exists as a principal species under the reaction conditions. The high chiral efficiency may be due to the synergetic effect produced by the neighboring ruthenium atoms and a special chiral micro-environment involving the polydentate ligand and the Ru3 framework.     

Novel Chiral Ferrocenyl Aziridino Alcohol Catalysts Promoting Asymmetric Addition of Diethylzinc to Aldehydes

Optically active aziridino alcohols containing ferrocenyl groups were prepared from commercially available L-threonine in excellent yields and used as catalysts to promote the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to aryaldehydes to afford 1-arylpropanol in up to 84% enantiomeric excesses with moderate to good yields.     

Studies on the Adsorption of Asymmetrical Triblock Copolymers by Scheutjens-Fleer Theory and Monte Carlo Simulation

The adsorption of asymmetrical triblock copolymers from a non-selective solvent on solid surface has been studied by using Scheutjens-Fleer mean-field theory and Monte Carlo simulation method on lattice model. The main aim of this paper is to provide detailed computer simulation data, taking A8-kB20Ak as a key example, to study the influence of the structure of copolymer on adsorption behavior and make a comparison between MC and SF results. The simulated results show that the size distribution of various configurations and density-profile are dependent on molecular structure and adsorption energy. The molecular structure will lead to diversity of adsorption behavior. This discrepancy between different structures would be enlarged for the surface coverage and adsorption amount with increasing of the adsorption energy. The surface coverage and the adsorption amount as well as the bound fraction will become larger as symmetry of the molecular structure becomes gradually worse. The adsorption layer becomes thicker with increasing of symmetry of the molecule when adsorption energy is smaller but it becomes thinner when adsorption energy is higher. It is shown that SF theory can reproduce the adsorption behavior of asymmetrical triblock copolymers. However, systematic discrepancy between the theory and simulation still exists.The approximations inherited in the mean-filed theory such as random mixing and the allowance of direct back folding may be responsible for those deviations.     

红外法测量钢铁中碳硫示值误差不确定度的评定

依据国家标准方法对不同类型大量台件的红外碳硫分析仪进行检定与测试,采用国家一级或二级标准物质对仪器进行校准,在此过程中获得大量的数据．根据拟订的示值误差数学模型,分别给出输入量的A类或B类不确定度评定结果,按照国际通行方法进行不确定度的合成与扩展,最终得到红外法测量示值误差不确定度的判断。不确定度的大小是评定一种测量方法能力优劣的指标。     

(4R,5R)-1,3-二氧戊环-2,2-二苯基-4,5-二-[亚甲基-N,N'-(1-甲基-4-羟基苯甲醛)]的合成及其催化性能

以L-酒石酸和二苯甲酮为原料,经酯化、缩酮、加成、消除、还原和缩合等反应合成了一种新型席夫碱类化合物——(4R,5R)-1,3-二氧戊环-2,2-二苯基-4,5-二-[亚甲基-N,N'-(1-甲基-4-羟基苯甲醛)](4),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和LC-MS表征。以二烷基锌对苯甲醛的不对称加成为模板反应,考察了4的不对称催化性能。实验结果表明,4对该反应具有一定的催化效果(ee值52%)。     

聚[(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-联萘]的钛配合物催化三乙基铝对醛的不对称加成反应

通过维蒂希反应合成了(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-甲氧甲氧基-1,1'-联萘.将单体(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-甲氧甲氧基-1,1'-联萘用偶氮二异丁腈作引发剂进行自由基聚合得到了聚[(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-二甲氧基甲氧基-1,1'-联萘].该聚合物上的MOM保护基通过酸脱除获得手性螺旋聚合物聚[(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-联萘].将手性螺旋聚合物聚[(S)-3-乙烯基-2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-联萘]与Ti(O-i-Pr)4形成的配合物应用于三乙基铝与醛的不对称加成反应中,获得了较好的对映选择性,ee值最高为85%.更重要的是,这种聚合物还可以被回收利用多次且催化活性没有明显降低.     

手性酰亚胺衍生物的合成及其在不对称Aldol反应中的应用

由（S）-脯氨醇衍生的N-Boc-2-氨甲基吡咯烷与与邻苯二甲酸酐经缩合、脱Boc反应,合成了手性酰亚胺化合物4,研究了该类有机小分子催化剂在辅助添加剂2,4-二氯苯甲酸存在下,催化丙酮或环己酮与邻硝基苯甲醛的不对称Aldol反应,产物的产率分别为75%,82%,e.e.值分别为34%,29%。     

Asymmetric catalytic anhydride openings via carbon-based nucleophiles

The asymmetric desymmetrization of cyclic anhydrides via the addition of carbon-based nucleophiles has been the focus of considerable levels of interest because it leads to optically active products. Over the past 20 years, a variety of different catalytic asymmetric alkylation reactions have been developed for the desymmetrization of cyclic anhydrides using different metal reagents as nucleophiles and using chiral ligands.
