In this study, for the first time a model electrochemical kit was constructed for the detection of a functional polymorphism in catechol‐O‐methyl transferase (COMT) gene which is important for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disorders as Alzheimer disease. The disposable pencil graphite electrode (PGE) is designed as a “kit” and the probe DNA covered PGE can detect single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) from real samples based on the guanine oxidation signal even after 5 months of kit preparation (150 days durability).The detection limit (S/N=3) of the biosensor was calculated as 1.18 pmol of synthetic target sequence and 6.09×105 molecules of real samples in 30 min detection time.  相似文献

Properties of the four rotation bands, ^157Er(1,2) and ^15SEr(1,2), at ultrahigh spin are investigated within the supersymmetry scheme including many-body interactions and possessing the SO(5) (or SU(5)) symmetry on the rotational symmetry. Quantitatively good results of the 7-ray energies and the dynamical moments of inertia in the rotation bands in ^157 Er and ^158 Er at ultrahigh spin are obtained. We theoretically predict that the competition between the anti-pairing and pairing effects may exist in ^157 Er(1,2) and ^158Et(2) bands states. In ^158Er(1) band state, the favourepairing effects may exist and the SO(5) (or SU(5)) symmetry play a dominant role. There may be sphere coexisting with headecupole deformed in ^158Et(1) rotation band state.  相似文献

Deep levels in LPE GaAs were studied in relation to growth conditions. The residual deep levels in LPE layers are hole traps 0.50 and 0.65 eV above the top of the valence band. Their concentrations are of the order of 1013 cm-3 for growth temperatures between 650 and 840°C, and increase with increasing growth temperature. The activation energy of incorporation is about 0.7 eV, which is very close to that of an arsenic vacancy. It is also noted that their concentrations near the grown surface are independent of the growth temperature. This indicates that the hole traps undergo an annealing effect after the growth period. From the experimental results for Fe and oxygen doping, each impurity acts as a deep level only when it makes a complex defect with a gallium vacancy, otherwise they are shallow levels, The distribution coefficients at 750°C are 1 × 10-7 and 1.1 × 10-5 for the deep and Fe and the shallow acceptor, respectively.  相似文献

A search for double β decay of dysprosium was realized for the first time with the help of an ultra-low background HP Ge γ detector. After 2512 h of data taking with a 322 g sample of dysprosium oxide limits on double beta processes in 156Dy and 158Dy have been established on the level of T1/2?10141016 yrT1/2?10141016 yr. Possible resonant double electron captures in 156Dy and 158Dy were restricted on a similar level. As a by-product of the experiment we have measured the radioactive contamination of the Dy2O3 sample and set limits on the α   decay of dysprosium isotopes to the excited levels of daughter nuclei as T1/2?10151017 yrT1/2?10151017 yr.  相似文献

应用微观核芯+两准粒子模型制备偶148—158Sm同位素的零温度能谱, 其基态带、β带、γ带和部分高自旋态能谱值与最新实验结果符合得较好; 采用正则系综理论, 计算出核的有限温度比热容.基于比热容峰是相变信号,给出了统一描述核发生热激发模式相变、从核超流相到正常相相变和核形状相变的可能性.讨论了两准粒子顺排态能量和指认, 以及核形状的热稳定性.  相似文献

The structures of ^148-158Sm are studied in the frame of the interacting boson model. Attention is given to the triaxial interaction, and it is found that the triaxial interaction plays an important role in the detailed structure of this isotopic chain. The potential surfaces of these nuclei are also studied and the shapes of them are analysed. And it is found that though the triaxial interaction plays an important role in these nuclei, there are no stable triaxial shapes in the low-lying structures of these nuclei.  相似文献
