Growth of MgO films on silicon substrate was conducted by KrF excimer pulsed-laser ablation system. Two kinds of growth mode were revealed in situ by reflection high energy electron diffraction. It was found that the layer growth mode of MgO thin films could remarkably reduce the misfit strain originated from the different lattice constant and thermal expansion coefficiency between MgO films and Si. An enhanced strain relaxation was discovered for MgO films, which were grown with the layer growth mode, in the film thickness range of 40-100 nm. The value of critical thickness for the formation of misfit dislocation agrees well with the calculated one. This exceptional phenomenon should be ascribed to the layer growth mode of epitaxial MgO films.  相似文献

Thin films of zirconium nitride have been deposited at temperatures as low as 573 K by PECVD using tetrakis(diethylamido)zirconium, Zr[N(C2H5)2]4 as precursor. The influence of the various experimental parameters on film properties and deposition rates has been studied. Under most experimental conditions hard coatings of good adherence and low carbon contamination resulted.  相似文献

Abstract

Two related procedures based on micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) were developed and validated for purity determination of alprostadil. Alprostadil is the active ingredient in Caverject DCS, indicated for erectile dysfunction. The techniques of field‐amplified sample stacking and high sensitivity optical cell enhancement were used. For the former, the sample was injected for 20 s under vacuum followed by a sample buffer zone backout at −10 kV for 0.9 min. For the latter, which relies on extended path length detection via a capillary/z‐cell configuration, the sample was injected under vacuum for 5 s with no stacking of the sample zone. All process and degradation impurities were separated from the internal standard and from PGE1 except for 11‐epi‐PGE1, which appears as a shoulder on the front edge of the PGE1 peak. The precision for both techniques meets current validation expectations, generally below ±1%, always below ±2%. Linearity/recovery from 70–120% using reversed polarity electrostacking resulted in a mean recovery of 100.0% with an RSD of 0.81%. For the capillary/z‐cell the mean recovery was 100.9% with an RSD of 1.3%. Results obtained by both MEKC procedures on two lots of alprostadil were comparable to HPLC. There was no statistical difference between means at the 95% confidence interval. Hence, the two variants on MEKC provide an orthogonal means to HPLC for assessing the purity of alprostadil.  相似文献

The 61 30Zn31 isotope has been produced at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the fusion-evaporation reaction 40Ca(24Mg, 2pn)61Zn at 104MeV. The experimental set-up allowed γ-rays to be detected in the CLARION Ge detector array in coincidence with the detection of recoiling nuclei in the focal plane at the end of the recoil mass spectrometer. This provides a unique identification of γ-rays belonging to 61Zn. The excited states have been explored by means of recoil- γγ coincidences, and the resulting decay scheme comprises almost 70 transitions. The data reveal numerous non-yrast states and suggest a revised spin and parity assignment for a previously observed superdeformed band. The resulting decay scheme is compared to predictions from different sets of large-scale shell model calculations.  相似文献

We have used soft X-ray resonant magnetic scattering (XRMS) to search for the presence of an effective ferromagnetic moment belonging to the antiferromagnetic (AF) layer which is in close contact with a ferromagnetic (F) layer. Taking advantage of the element specificity of the XRMS technique, we have measured hysteresis loops of both Fe and CoO layers of a CoO(40 Å)/Fe (150 Å) exchange bias bilayer. From these measurements we have concluded that the proximity of the F layer induces a magnetic moment in the AF layer. The F moment of the AF layer has two components: one is frozen and does not follow the applied magnetic field and the other one follows in phase the ferromagnetic magnetization of the F layer. The temperature dependence of the F components belonging to the AF layer is shown and discussed.  相似文献

Magnetic and transport properties of double distorted perovskites CaCuMn6O12 and CaCu2Mn5O12 are studied in a range 2–300 K. The leading role in magnetism of these compounds belongs to antiferromagnetic exchange interaction of Cu2+ in square coordination with Mn3+/Mn4+ in octahedral coordination. The values of saturation magnetization indicate that Mn3+ ions in square coordination are coupled ferromagnetically with Mn3+/Mn4+ in octahedral coordination. The colossal magnetoresistance in the pellet samples is due assumingly to intergranular spin-polarized tunneling of current carriers.  相似文献

All kinds of high-permeability GO are manufactured using AlN as the main inhibitor. From a purely metallurgical viewpoint, three types of inhibitor preparation for high-permeability GO have been shown. They include a complete solution without nitriding, a complete precipitation with nitriding and a partial precipitation with nitriding. In this study, another possibility, i.e., a complete solution method with nitriding, was investigated to avoid the extra high-temperature slab reheating and to examine the effect of nitriding on GO bearing Al. This method can also provide the sharp Goss texture, and nitriding is shown to be very useful for changing the inhibitor intensity, depending on the primary grain size.  相似文献

Epitaxial and c-axis oriented double perovskite Sr2CrWO6 thin films were prepared on SrTiO3 (100) and LaAlO3 (100) substrates by pulsed-laser deposition. Structural, magnetic and transport properties were found to be sensitive to the gas conditions employed during the deposition. A small amount of oxygen along with Ar during the deposition was found to be essential for B-site ordering; such films displayed lattice parameters close to the bulk value and display ferromagnetic metallic behavior. The Curie temperature observed above 500 K in these films is higher than bulk Sr2CrWO6 samples. Films grown without oxygen were observed to have long c-parameter and no B-site ordering; they were non-magnetic and semiconducting.  相似文献

Hafnium and platinum were deposited onto molybdenum grids by ion-beam assisted deposition method. Electron-emission characteristics from molybdenum grids with Hf and Pt films, which were contaminated by active electron-emission substances (Ba, BaO) of the cathode, were measured using analogous diode method. The surfaces of grids were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results revealed that the reaction between BaO and Hf formed BaHfO3 compound, which greatly reduced the accumulation of BaO on the surface and accordingly decreased grid emission. In contrast, Ba were formed by the decomposition of BaO on the surface of Pt film under high temperature and re-evaporated from its surface, which reduced the active electron-emission substances on the surface of the grid and effectively restrained grid emission. Their mechanisms for grid-emission suppression are discussed and a good method to develop new grid-coating materials is suggested.  相似文献
