连续频率散斑光栅膜测量技术的研究

提出了一种新的连续频率散斑光栅膜测量技术，给出了该技术的理论和方法，它可用于研究很大范围内的变形，其灵敏度可从０￣６００１／ｍｍ范围内连续选取，或更高。     

一体化平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定全血中顺铂

用ψ（HNO3）=0．5％的硝酸稀释样品，一体化平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定全血中顺铂，无须进行基体匹配，Pt的特征质量m=59pg，检出限为32pg(3σ)，相对标准偏差(RSD，n=7)小于5％，样品加标回收率在95％～105％之间。     

分娩孕妇血液、胎盘与新生儿全血中铁元素含量的测定

对西宁市 3 5例分娩孕妇血液、脐血及胎盘中的铁元素含量进行了测定。结果表明 ,母血中铁元素含量低于脐血中的含量 ,并且差异具有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ;胎盘中铁的含量高于其他地区正常分娩孕妇胎盘中的含量。     

Electrochemical Glucose Biosensors: Whole Cell Microbial and Enzymatic Determination Based on 10-(4H-Dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]Pyrrol-4-yl)Decan-1-Amine Interfaced Glassy Carbon Electrodes

The fabrication of amperometric biosensors based on whole cell Gluconobacter oxydans DSMZ 2343 (G. oxydans) and glucose oxidase (GOx) was performed for the detection of glucose. Glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) were coated with a 10-(4H-dithiyeno [3,2-b:2’,3’-d]pyroll-4-il)decan-1-amine (DTP-alkyl-NH₂) polymer using an electropolymerization method and the formed interface was used to connect the bacteria and the enzyme to the electrode. The transfer of electrons from enzyme to electrode was successfully demonstrated by the biocatalytic activity and unique morphology of the conducting polymer. Characterization of the biosensors was assessed using cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses. The detection limits of the enzyme and microbial based biosensors for glucose were 0.022 and 0.081?mM, respectively. The broad linear dynamic ranges of the GOx and G. oxydans biosensors were observed to be 0.045–50.0 and 0.19–50.0?mM, respectively. The analytical performances of biosensors were compared according to the following figures of merit: detection limits, limits of quantification, pH and current response time. In addition, to demonstrate the applicability of the biosensors, real-time measurements and recovery studies were evaluated.

Design parameters for the separation of fat from natural whole milk in an ultrasonic litre-scale vessel

The separation of milk fat from natural whole milk has been achieved by applying ultrasonic standing waves (1 MHz and/or 2 MHz) in a litre-scale (5 L capacity) batch system. Various design parameters were tested such as power input level, process time, specific energy, transducer–reflector distance and the use of single and dual transducer set-ups. It was found that the efficacy of the treatment depended on the specific energy density input into the system. In this case, a plateau in fat concentration of ∼20% w/v was achieved in the creamed top layer after applying a minimum specific energy of 200 kJ/kg. In addition, the fat separation was enhanced by reducing the transducer reflector distance in the vessel, operating two transducers in a parallel set-up, or by increasing the duration of insonation, resulting in skimmed milk with a fat concentration as low as 1.7% (w/v) using raw milk after 20 min insonation. Dual mode operation with both transducers in parallel as close as 30 mm apart resulted in the fastest creaming and skimming in this study at ∼1.6 g fat/min.     

航空发动机整机耦合动力学模型及振动分析

面向航空发动机整机振动, 建立了航空发动机转子-滚动轴承-机匣耦合动力学模型. 该模型具有如下特点: (1)考虑转子、滚动轴承及机匣之间的耦合作用; (2)考虑了实际航空发动机的弹性支承及挤压油膜阻尼效应; (3)将转子考虑为等截面自由欧拉梁模型, 运用模态截断法进行分析; (4)考虑了滚动轴承间隙、非线性赫兹接触力以及变柔性VC(Varyingcompliance)振动; (5)考虑了转子与机匣之间的碰摩故障. 运用数值积分方法研究了航空发动机的整机振动规律, 包括: 滚动轴承VC振动分析、弹性支承刚度对耦合系统临界转速的影响、转轴模态截断阶数NM对系统响应的影响分析、挤压油膜阻尼器参数对系统响应的影响分析、突加不平衡的瞬态响应分析以及转静碰摩故障特性分析等.
