针对高压环境吸收谱线加宽以及波分复用技术合波透射信号分析测试难题,提出利用非线性拟合方法对激光吸收光谱测量中激光强度与吸收光谱进行耦合求解.建立激光强度非线性变化与多谱线吸收拟合函数关系,解决了特殊环境下无法获取光谱基线的难题,实现了波分复用过程合波后光谱信号的分离与诊断.通过仿真验证该方法的可行性,分析计算了激光器特性和特征谱线位置等因素对拟合结果的影响.搭建实验台实现了1—10 atm变压力环境下6330—6337 cm~(-1)波段CO_2吸收光谱叠加信号的诊断分析,对气液两相脉冲爆轰过程中7185.6 cm~(-1)与7444.35 cm~(-1)波段波分复用光谱信号进行测试与拟合,无需分光设备实现了耦合光路分离和温度计算,研究结果对激光吸收光谱技术在高压环境以及燃烧环境下波分复用技术的发展具有重要意义. 相似文献

比较了掺Fe量相同的两种晶体Fe:LiNbO3和Zn:Fe:LiNbO3的光折变性能,并且给出了Zn:Fe:LiNbO3晶体光电导和衍射效率与入射总光强的关系.在Zn:Fe:LiNbO3晶体二波耦合实验中观察到衍射效率随记录时间的增长先增加,达到饱和后又逐渐减小的自擦除现象,并采用光折变双载流子四陷阱模型对该现象加以解释. 在此基础上选择合适的曝光时序,利用角度复用技术在该晶体中进行体全息存储,并在同一点上存入30幅图像.

We have previously reported a novel approach to implementing multiplex enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in connected microchannels by exploiting the slow diffusion of the enzyme reaction product across the different assay segments. This work builds on that report by implementing the noted assay in segments arranged along the circumference of a circular channel layout to reduce the footprint size and sample volume requirement. Using the current design, a 5-plex cytokine ELISA was demonstrated in a 1.5 × 1.5-cm region, which corresponded to a reduction in the footprint area by about a factor of 3 compared to that reported in our previous study. Additionally, the selective coating of our assay segments with the target molecules was realized in this work using electroosmosis instead of hydrodynamic flow as was the case in the previous report. This aspect of our experimental design is particularly significant as it permits the use of cross-sectional channel dimensions significantly shorter than those employed in the current work. Moreover, the use of an electric field for coating purposes enables the integration of functionalities such as electrokinetic preconcentration of analyte molecules during the sample incubation period that can further enhance the capabilities of our assay method. 相似文献

We propose an efficient scheme to implement a multiplex-controlled phase gate with multiple photonic qubits simultaneously controlling one target photonic qubit based on circuit quantum electrodynamics (QED). For convenience, we denote this multiqubit gate as MCP gate. The gate is realized by using a two-level coupler to couple multiple cavities. The coupler here is a superconducting qubit. This scheme is simple because the gate implementation requires only one step of operation. In addition, this scheme is quite general because the two logic states of each photonic qubit can be encoded with a vacuum state and an arbitrary non-vacuum state |φ> (e.g., a Fock state, a superposition of Fock states, a cat state, or a coherent state, etc.) which is orthogonal or quasi-orthogonal to the vacuum state. The scheme has some additional advantages: because only two levels of the coupler are used, i.e., no auxiliary levels are utilized, decoherence from higher energy levels of the coupler is avoided; the gate operation time does not depend on the number of qubits; and the gate is implemented deterministically because no measurement is applied. As an example, we numerically analyze the circuit-QED based experimental feasibility of implementing a three-qubit MCP gate with photonic qubits each encoded via a vacuum state and a cat state. The scheme can be applied to accomplish the same task in a wide range of physical system, which consists of multiple microwave or optical cavities coupled to a two-level coupler such as a natural or artificial atom. 相似文献

以微流控芯片电泳为检测平台,建立了多重PCR扩增法同时测定多个单碱基多态性(SNP)位点的方法。先通过PCR扩增得一段含所有待测SNP位点的长片段;用限制性内切酶消化成短片段,再将酶切反应产物与脱氧核糖核酸适配器(DNAadapter)相连;以连接产物为模板,分成两管,分别用n条等位基因特异性引物和一条通用引物进行n重PCR扩增;最后用微流控芯片电泳法分离PCR扩增产物,根据两管扩增产物的芯片电泳图谱中扩增片段的大小判断SNP的类型。以细胞色素P4502D6(CYP2D6)基因中的5个SNP位点(100C>T、1661G>C、1758G>T、2470T>C和2850C>T)为检测对象,考察了各等位基因特异性引物之间的相互影响和扩增反应的特异性,采用微流控芯片电泳法成功测定了20名健康中国人的CYP2D6基因中5个SNP位点的基因多态性,与聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法(PCR-RFLP)测定结果完全一致。 相似文献

Human identification and paternity testing are usually based on the study of STRs depending on their particular characteristics in the forensic investigation. In this paper, we developed a sensitive genotyping system, SiFaSTR? 23‐plex, which is able to characterize 18 expanded Combined DNA Index System STRs (D3S1358, D5S818, D2S1338, TPOX, CSF1PO, TH01, vWA, D7S820, D21S11, D10S1248, D8S1179, D1S1656, D18S51, D12S391, D19S433, D16S539, D13S317, and FGA), three highly polymorphic STRs among Chinese people (Penta D, Penta E, and D6S1043), one Y‐chromosome Indel and amelogenin using a multiplex PCR; the PCR amplified products were analyzed using the Applied Biosystems 3500 Genetic Analyzer. Full genotyping profiles were obtained using only 31.25 pg of control DNA; various case‐type specimens, as well as ten‐year‐old samples were also successfully genotyped. Additionally, in the validation studies, this multiplex was demonstrated to be human‐specific and compatible with the interference of multiple PCR inhibitors. The system also enabled the detection of mixtures, and complete profiles could be obtained at the mixed ratios of 1:1, 1:3, and 3:1. The development and validation study here illustrated that the SiFaSTR? 23‐plex system is accurate, powerful, and more sensitive than many other systems. What's more, the population data in our study not only illustrated that this 23‐plex typing system was straightforward and efficient but also expanded the Chinese STR database, which could facilitate the appropriate application of the 23 genetic markers in forensic genetics, especially in the Chinese population. 相似文献

The optical signal-Noise-Ratio(OSNR) degradation (OSNRD) induced by an optical network node is studied in the paper. It is shown that the difference of OSNRs detected before and after the node depends not only on internal parameters of the optical node to be measured, but also on the external condition. This kind of difference can not be used to evaluate the optical performance of the node unless either gain condition or power condition is met during the measurement. It also found that the relationship between OSNRDs and internal parameters of the node obtained under the two conditions are reverse. In the view of optical networking, the power condition is considered more reasonable for the reason that the relationship between OSNRD and the node under this condition is corresponding to the case where the node is used in optical networks. 相似文献
