Three-phase hollow fiber-mediated liquid-phase microextraction followed by HPLC was used for the determination of three synthetic estrogens, namely diethylstilbestrol, dienestrol, and hexestrol, in wastewater. Extraction conditions including organic solvent, volume ratio between donor solution and acceptor phase, extraction time, stirring rate, donor phase and acceptor phase were optimized. The target compounds were extracted from a 10 mL aqueous sample at pH 1.5 (donor solution) through a 45 mm in length hollow polypropylene fiber that was immersed in 1-octanol in advance, and then the hollow fiber was filled with 10 microL 0.5 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution (acceptor phase). After a 40 min extraction, the acceptor phase was directly injected into an HPLC system for detection. Under the optimized extraction conditions, a large enrichment factor (more than 300-fold) was achieved for the three estrogens. The determination limit at an S/N of 3 ranged from 0.25 to 0.5 microg/L for the estrogens. The recovery ratio was more than 86% in the determination of these estrogens in wastewater.  相似文献

Pitch‐based short carbon fibers (CFs) were treated by air oxidation and cryogenic nitrogen, respectively. Thereafter the treated and untreated CFs were incorporated into polyimide (PI) matrix to form composites. The CFs before and after treatment were examined by XPS and SEM.The flexural strength of the specimen was determined in a three‐point test machine and the tribological properties of PI composites sliding against GCr15 steel rings were evaluated on an M‐2000 model ring‐on‐block test rig. The results show that the surface of the treated CFs became rougher. Lots of active groups formed on the CF surface after air oxidation.The treatment can effectively improve the mechanical and tribological properties in their PI composites due to the enhanced fiber‐matrix interfacial bonding. Oxygen plasma is widely employed for modification of polymer surfaces. Plasma treatment process is a convenient procedure that is also environmentally friendly. This study reports the effects of oxygen plasma treatment on the surface properties of poly(p‐phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) fibers. The surface characteristics before and after oxygen plasma treatment were analyzed by XPS, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and dynamic contact angle analysis (DCAA). It was found that oxygen plasma treatment introduced some new polar groups (O? C?O) on the fiber surface, increased the fiber surface roughness and changed the surface morphologies obviously by plasma etching and oxidative reactions. 采用在线液液液微萃取(LLLME)富集净化和电动流动分析(EFA)系统测定水中挥发酚类化合物折合苯酚总量.EFA系统由一台自制电渗泵和4个电磁切换阀组成,计算机控制泵运作和阀切换.结果表明:在聚丙烯中空纤维膜壁上涂十二醇液膜,管内充10 μL 0.25 mol/L NaOH反萃液,试样以2.0 mL/min流量流经萃取通道7.5次循环,1.0 mL样品体积的富集倍数为53,分析时间为 9 min,挥发酚类化合物折合浓度线性范围为9.4×10-3~5.7 mg/L苯酚,检出限为3 μg/L苯酚,远低于一和二级污水排放中挥发酚类化合物的最大允许量;6.0 mL样品体积的富集倍数为300,挥发酚类化合物折合浓度线性范围为1.7×10-3~1.0 mg/L苯酚,检出限为0.6 μg/L苯酚,低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ类地面水中挥发酚类化合物的最大允许量.  相似文献

中空纤维膜作为一种重要的分离膜材料,其制备方法一直以来是膜技术研究领域的热点。相对于溶液法纺丝制膜方法而言,熔融纺丝法具有使用溶剂量少、环境友好、所得中空纤维膜力学性能较优等特点,已成为目前中空纤维膜制备的重要技术之一。本文根据工艺将熔融纺丝制膜方法区分为熔融纺丝-拉伸法和热致相分离法,分别就这两种方法中空纤维膜的制备技术及致孔机理进行介绍,并对二者的研究历史及现状进行了论述,最后,还指出了熔融纺丝制备中空纤维膜研究领域有待解决的问题。  相似文献

Poly(L ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) filament fibers were prepared by one‐step melt spinning process and the effects of variations in take‐up speed on their thermal properties, mechanical properties, and crystalline structures were investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results revealed that the PLLA fibers showed multiple melting peaks and that the melting peak appearing at a lower temperature moved lower while that at a higher temperature moved higher with increasing take‐up speed. The glass transition temperature (Tg) obtained from dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) increased with increasing take‐up speed. The tenacity increased and the boiling water shrinkage (BWS) decreased with increasing take‐up speed. However, these mechanical and thermal properties were stabilized at take‐up speeds over 3500 m/min. The melt‐spun PLLA fibers of this study showed an α‐form crystal structure which was not affected by the take‐up speed. The change in the tendency of the thermal and mechanical properties at around 3500 m/min did not appear to result from the change in crystal form but rather from the change in crystallite size and crystallite orientation. Mechanical, dynamic mechanical, and rheological behaviors of a short p‐aramid fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) have been studied in the range of 0–30 wt% of fibers. The tensile strength of the composite is improved slightly at higher fiber content with a minimum at around 10 wt% of fibers. The addition of fibers markedly reduces elongation at break and entails a steady increase in the elastic modulus, but decreases the wear resistance of the matrix. Storage modulus (E′) is increased and the shapes of loss tangent (tan δ) peaks point to a possible fiber–matrix interaction. Rheological studies show a power law behavior for all composites and increased viscosity with fiber loading. Study of the tensile and cryogenic fracture surfaces by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates good correlation between the modes of failure and strength of the composites. The micrographs reveal good interfacial adhesion and extensive peeling and fibrillation of the fibers in the compounded and fractured composites. A review on developments of liquid membranes (LMs) in the field of gas and vapor separation of the last 16 years is presented. Liquid membrane configurations employing supports, i.e. immobilized, supported and contained liquid membranes are focussed and detailed information on the respective materials, i.e. supports (supplier, type, thickness, pore width, porosity, tortuosity), liquids and carriers, are presented together with their specific separation tasks. Performance of different LMs in terms of permeability and selectivity as well as stability (duration of testing, applied differential pressures) are compared and discussed. Finally, different preparation methods of LMs are illustrated.  相似文献

This present work focused on preparation of economic and high performance reverse osmosis membranes, characterized by high transport properties (salt rejection and flux) towards desalination of brackish water. In this respect cellulose acetate from sugar-cane bagasse (BCA) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) wastes were used as the substrates of membrane. The function of PMMA for enhancing the performance of bagasse-based cellulose acetate RO-membranes was investigated at operating pressure 35.85 bar and feed temperature 25 °C. The effects of casting solution, percentage of polymer and treatment of polymer by alkali (HPMMA) on the performance of RO-membrane were discussed. The preferable composition (wt.%) of the 90% BCA and 10% HPMMA was achieved salt rejection 92.18% and flux 325.9 l h−1 m−2. High water purity was obtained by pre-passing the salted water through membrane made from dissolved bagasse (methylol cellulose) together with PMMA, instead of ion exchanger, followed by passing the accepted water through BCA–HPMMA membrane, whereas the salt rejection increased to 98%. Also, by this approach we obtained high thermal stability membrane compared to CA-RO-membrane. This data gives highlight on possibility of application such type of membrane with high temperature operation conditions.  相似文献
