Differential equation approach for the energy average of the scattering function

An exact differential equation is given to evaluate the energy average of the scattering function. The advantage of the differential equation as compared to the earlier methods based on series expansion is that one has to evaluate only single sums over the complex poles of the S-matrix. Using Wigner’s semicircle law for the distribution of the real parts of the poles of the scattering matrix, the earlier expression for the energy average of the scattering function is rederived.     

Generalized Uncertainty Principle in a Simple Varying Speed of Light Model

In this paperwewill derive a generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) in a simple varying speed of light (VSL) model. First we will show that VSL is an immediate consequence of GUP. Then, within the framework of a simple VSL model, we will show that GUP can be expressed as a function of cosmological scale factor. This expression gives two main results: uncertainties in position and momentum are actually cosmological models dependent and these uncertainties depend on mass and momentum of the particle under consideration. The relationship between matter content of the Universe and the values of uncertainties in early stages of the evolution of the Universe will be discussed in a mini-superspace approach.     

Transfer ionization cross-sections measured in collisions of highly charged argon ions with neon target

: Multiple electron transfer processes are studied for Arq+n- Ne (q= 8, 9, 11, 12) collisions by using multi-parameter coincidence techniques. Various electron transfer processes are identified experimentally and the related cross-sections are measured. The dependence of transfer ionization cross-sections on the recoil charge states is compared with the results from the modified molecular classical overbarrier model. It is found that the modified model described the experimental results reasonably.     

膨胀石墨 3 mm波消光数值计算

为探讨膨胀石墨作为3 mm波干扰材料的消光、散射特性及其影响因素, 基于有限长度、有限电导率圆柱状导体的电磁散射, 利用矩量法建立了膨胀石墨的消光、散射、吸收及后向散射截面(雷达散射截面RCS)的计算式. 运用Mathematica编程计算并分析了膨胀石墨长度、半径、电导率、磁导率等因素与膨胀石墨消光、散射、吸收截面及RCS的关系. 结果表明: 当膨胀石墨的长度为1.5 mm、半径为0.05 mm时, 具有较好的消光、散射效果; 适当增大膨胀石墨的电导率、磁导率, 有利于提高其消光、散射能力. 本研究为探索增强膨胀石墨干扰3 mm波效果的技术途径提供了有价值的参考. 关键词： 膨胀石墨 石墨层间化合物 消光截面 矩量法

求一个函数的黎曼积分,实际上就是一个分割、近似代替、求和、取极限的过程.求和运算是整个积分计算的轴心.就积分四部曲中的求和问题,做一个一般性的讨论.文中使用的是分析和讨论的语言,不去追求数学语言本身的严格性.目的不仅是探讨求和这个步骤,在黎曼积分意义下具体实现的过程和隐含的内容,而且对一般的积分中的求和实现的可能性、应该满足的条件、实现的过程,以及应该注意那些基本问题,也做一点儿逻辑上的探讨.已达到以知识为媒介,提高认知能力的目的.     

Aligned magnetic effects through varying permeable bed

The aligned magnetic effects on a steady laminar, viscous, incompressible, conducting fluid down an open inclined channel bounded below by a bed of varying permeability has been studied when the free surface is exposed to atmospheric pressure. Beavers and Joseph slip condition at the interface of the free flow region and the fluid flow in the porous bed and the Darcy’s law in the porous medium have been used. The expressions for velocity, magnetic strength and the mass flow across the cross-section of the channel are obtained.     

On sums of independent random variables without power moments

In 1952 Darling proved the limit theorem for the sums of independent identically distributed random variables without power moments under the functional normalization. This paper contains an alternative proof of Darling’s theorem, using the Laplace transform. Moreover, the asymptotic behavior of probabilities of large deviations is studied in the pattern under consideration.     

A deterministic EOQ model with delays in payments and price-discount offers

It is the purpose of this paper to model the retailer’s profit-maximizing strategy when confronted with supplier’s trade offer of credit and price-discount on the purchase of merchandise. Generally, retailers have to face many types of demands for different kinds of goods. In real situation, retailers have to correlate between the selling price and supplier’s trade offer, keeping in mind profit-maximization strategy. In the proposed model, all increasing deterministic demands are discussed analytically, numerically and graphically in the environment of permissible delay in payment and discount offer to the retailer.     

非圆截面环流器等离子体对于高n理想磁流体气球模的最佳压强分布

本文假定等离子体局部压强梯度由理想磁流体高n气球模所限定,讨论了非圆截面环流器的最佳压强剖面。分析了椭圆及三角变形的效应,发现三角变形对提高稳定性很有利;q剖面对平均比压值及中心比压值都有强烈影响,而沿半径下降的q剖面对提高比压值很有利。     

变时滞不确定线性系统的H_\infty控制

对于一类不确定状态时变时滞系统,利用基于时滞划分的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函讨论其稳定性,并得到以LMI形式给出的一种保守性小的稳定性条件,最后通过分析并给出了保证系统鲁棒稳定的H_\infty控制器,数值实例表明了方法的有效性.
