针对日益严重的砷离子污染问题,本文采用灵敏简便的原子荧光分析法,探究了凹凸棒石粘土吸附剂对砷离子的吸附性能,测定了pH、吸附时间、砷离子的初始浓度等因素对凹凸棒石粘土负载铁氧化物对砷离子吸附能力的影响,并通过SEM、EDX、FTIR对所制得的吸附剂进行了表征研究,同时进行了吸附动力学和吸附等温模型的分析。研究结果表明,改性后的凹凸棒对砷离子的吸附性能有了显著提升,在较低浓度时吸附效率可达98%,该吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学方程。  相似文献

采用羟基铁离子柱撑Na-Mont制备出1.0Fe-PILC,通过超声浸渍法合成不同铜负载量的nCu-Fe-PILC,并测试了其在富氧条件下催化C_3H_6选择性催化还原NO的性能。通过N_2吸附脱附、XRD、UV-Vis、H_2-TPR、Py-FTIR等技术手段表征催化剂的微观结构和物化性质,进一步解释其催化反应机理。结果表明,Cu的引入提高了1.0Fe-PILC的中低温活性和抗水硫能力。其中9Cu-Fe-PILC在300℃时NO转化率可达69.8%以上,400℃后NO转化率保持在99%以上且水硫影响较小。XRD、N_2吸附脱附结果表明,催化剂的SCR活性与所负载的活性组分和催化剂的吸附能力有关。UV-Vis结果表明,9Cu-Fe-PILC具有较强的中低温活性,与其含有较多的游离态Cu~(2+)有关。H_2-TPR结果表明,与1.0Fe-PILC相比,经Cu修饰的nCu-Fe-PILC获得了中低温还原能力。Py-FTIR结果表明,nCu-Fe-PILC表面同时含有Lewis酸和Br?nsted酸,Lewis酸是影响催化剂SCR活性的主要因素。  相似文献

A simple method has been described to remove catalyst from the copper mediated atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of benzyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate in anisole at 25 °C using hydrated natural clay (sodium montmorillonite, Na‐clay). The method consists of (1) addition of hydrated clay (CuI/clay ≈ 5 wt.‐%) either during or after the polymerization, (2) oxidation of catalyst complex by exposing the terminated reaction mixture in air, and (3) filtration to obtain catalyst free polymer solution. A strong coordination of CuBr‐ligand complex onto hydrated clay (10 wt.‐% < H2O/clay < 30 wt.‐%) upon oxidation resulted in polymers with no or insignificant residual catalyst (<1.74 ppm), as determined by UV‐vis and atomic absorption spectroscopy. The recovered clay exhibited expanded intercalary layers and absence of polymer within it.

Using laser microproble mass analysis (LAMMA), it is possible to characterize the inorganic composition of clays and to study adsorption phenomena. Natural sepiolite, (Na-sepiolite), montmorillonite and saponite samples from Anatolia (Turkey) have been investigated. All the clays gave different fingerprint mass spectra which allowed a quick estimation of the relative amounts of exchangeable cations as well as the trace contaminants and the homogeneity of their distribution. The adsorption behaviour of these clays for pyridine was also studied and it appeared that pyridine molecules penetrated the inner layers, as well as being adsorbed on the external surface.  相似文献

The first successful example of a polymer‐clay hybrid was nylon‐clay hybrid (NCH), which is a nano‐meter‐sized composite of nylon‐6 and 1‐nm‐thick exfoliated aluminosilicate layers of the clay mineral. NCH was found and developed at Toyota Central Research and Development Laboratories over 17 years ago. The NCH containing a few weight percentages of clay exhibits superior properties such as high modulus, high strength, and good gas‐barrier properties. The key for the discovery of NCH was the polymerization of a nylon monomer in the interlayer space of the clay. Taphonomy of subfossil bark was assessed in Hallstatt, Upper Austria. Samples from the Bronze Age were compared with recent corresponding material from the same site. Preservation of the prehistoric samples was caused by storage in a salt and clay mixture. FTIR spectroscopy was used to determine differences in material chemistry. Principal Component Analysis was applied to display the segregation of the data set according to the different factors and to display the strength of the effects. Results revealed that deacetylation processes dominated aging processes. Focusing on two band regions at around 1730 and 1230 cm−1 a clear separation was achieved. Additionally some samples were selected for further analyses to investigate the influence of the inorganic matrix. Thermal analyses demonstrated an ash content of more than 15%mass. X-ray diffractometry revealed the presence of salt (dominant), gypsum, pyrite, quartz, and calcite minerals.  相似文献

The adsorption of the cationic dye acridine orange (AO) by different monoionic laponites leads to changes in the colloid properties of this synthetic mineral in aqueous solutions. The organic cation is adsorbed by the mechanism of cation exchange. Small amounts of adsorbed dye keep the clay in a peptized state with all metallic cations. Greater amounts of AO result in the neutralization of the electric charge of the clay, and its flocculation. In excess AO the charge of the clay platelets becomes positive and the clay is peptized. The colloid properties are studied by absorbance curves in which the absorbance is described as a function of the degree of saturation with constant clay concentrations or with constant dye concentrations. In the absorbance curves three regions can be identified. The transition between the first and second or the second and third regions depend on the exchangeable metallic cation initially present in the clay. The spectrophotometric method is useful in identifying the presence of tactoids and flocculation mechanism, whether it results in card-house or in book-house flocs.  相似文献

用超声波和离心方法将3种来源不同的粘土样品按粒分径分级,测定各级分粒径比表面积和结构,并制备相应级分的粘土胶进行物理力学性能测试,结果表明,在一定范围内,粘土粒径的变化仅对粘土胶的某些力学性能产生物明显的影响,而粘土粒子以其独特的形态结构对粘土胶产生显著的补强作用。  相似文献
