3,5-Bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (H2La) and 4-[3,5-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]benzoic acid (H3Lb) have been prepared, and crystal structure of the intermediate 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4H-1,3-benzoxazin-4-one has been determined. Temperature dependent 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements of H2La indicated dynamic behavior with the equilibrium between the two asymmetric tautomers. For H3Lb, pD-dependent 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements showed small but characteristic shifts in the range of 0 ≤ pD ≤ 1, indicative of a triazole
nitrogen atom protonation; the corresponding pK
a of 0.98 ± 0.04 was determined by spectrophotometric titrations. (H2O, 26°C, 1 M KCl/HCl). Formation of [FeIII(La)]+ (pH 2.5) and [FeIII(La)2]− (pH > 6) was verified by UV-Vis spectroscopy. Complex formation of H3Lb with Al3+ and VO2+ was investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopic titration and cyclic voltammetry, respectively. Single crystals of the phenoxo bridged [VVO(HLb)(EtO)]2·2EtOH were characterized by X-ray structural analysis.

在高应力滚-滑动(滑动率约10%)条件下,利用自制的磨损试验机研究了高钒高速钢的磨损性能,并利用电子显微镜分析了失效行为.结果表明:高钒高速钢的相对耐磨性是高铬铸铁(Cr20)的2倍以上.磨损失效形式为显微切削与疲劳剥落的复合,兼有碳化物碎裂.碳化物对磨损失效有重要作用,高铬铸铁中的杆状M7C3型碳化物易于弯曲、碎裂而在其内部形成大量裂纹,促进磨损表面产生大块的疲劳剥落;高钒高速钢中团块状VC硬度高、形态好、具有精细亚结构、不易碎裂,可有效地抵御显微切削和疲劳剥落,是高钒高速钢耐磨性优良的原因. 相似文献

4,4‐Dimethyl‐4‐silathiane and its S‐oxides [n = 0 ( 1 ), 1 ( 2 ), 2 ( 3 )] were studied experimentally by variable temperature dynamic NMR spectroscopy down to 103 K and the frozen ring inversion was revealed for all three compounds. The barriers for the degenerate ring inversion in 1 and 3 were measured to be 4.8 and 5.0 kcal/mol at the coalescence temperatures of 111 and 116 K, respectively, and practically coincide with the calculated barriers of 4.60 kcal/mol in 1 and 4.46 kcal/mol in 3 . The frozen equilibrium mixture 2‐ax/2‐eq contains 37% of the 2‐ax and 63% of the 2‐eq conformer. The ring inversion barrier proved to be ca. 4.8 kcal/mol. Calculations at the B3LYP/6‐311+G(d,p) level of theory showed the 2‐ax conformer to be 0.90 kcal/mol more stable than the 2‐eq conformer in the gas phase whereas in solution the relative stability of the conformers calculated using the PCM model at the same level of theory is inverted to become 0.19 (in CHCl3) or 0.36 kcal/mol (in DMSO) in favor of the 2‐eq conformer. The chair–chair interconversion mechanism of sulfoxide 2 includes two intermediate energetically equivalent 1,4‐twist forms and the 2,5‐boat transition state: 2‐ax (chair) ? 2 (1,4‐twist) ? [ 2 (2,5‐boat)]≠ ? 2 (1,4‐twist) ? 2‐eq (chair). The calculated ring inversion barriers are 5.1 ( 2‐ax → 2‐eq ) and 4.2 kcal/mol ( 2‐eq → 2‐ax ) in the gas phase, and 4.03 and 4.22 kcal/mol, respectively, in chloroform. The diffusion behaviours of vanadium implanted p- and
n-type 4H-SiC are investigated by using the secondary
ion mass spectrometry (SIMS).
Significant redistribution, especially out-diffusion of vanadium towards the
sample surface is not observed after 1650℃ annealing for both p-
and n-type samples. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) is applied to the
characterization of
surface morphology, indicating the formation of continuous long furrows
running in one direction across the wafer surface after 1650℃
annealing. The surface roughness results from the
evaporation and re-deposition of
Si species on the surface during annealing. The chemical compositions of
sample surface are investigated using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
The results of C 1s and Si 2p core-level spectra are presented in detail to
demonstrate the evaporation of Si from the wafer and the deposition of SiO2

The thermal gas-phase reactions of [Al2VO5]+ and [AlV2O6]+ with methane have been explored by using Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR) mass spectrometry complemented by high-level quantum chemical calculations. Both cluster ions chemisorbed methane as the major reaction channels at room temperature. [Al2VO5]+ could break only one C−H bond to liberate CH3, whereas [AlV2O6]+ exhibited higher oxidizing ability such that it brings about the selective generation of formaldehyde. A range of oxobis(phenyl-1,3-butanedione) vanadium(IV) complexes have been successfully synthesized from cheap starting materials and a simple and solvent-free one-pot dry-melt reaction. This direct, straightforward, fast and alternative approach to inorganic synthesis has the potential for a wide range of applications. Analytical studies confirm their successful synthesis, purity and solid-state coordination, and we report the use of such complexes as potential drug candidates for the treatment of cancer. After a 24 hour incubation of A549 lung carcinoma cells with the compounds, they reveal cytotoxicity values elevenfold greater than cisplatin and remain non-toxic towards normal cell types. Additionally, the complexes are stable over a range of physiological pH values and show the potential for interactions with bovine serum albumin. 相似文献

Several phenoxy-imine ligands bearing o-trityl group in phenoxy moiety RN=CHArOH (Ar = C6H2(CPh3)tBu, R = 2,6-Me2C6H3 ( L 1 H ); 2,6-iPr2C6H3 ( L 2 H ); 3,5-(CF3)2C6H3 ( L 3 H ); 3,5-(OMe)2C6H3 ( L 4 H ); CHPh2 ( L 5 H ); CPh3 ( L 6 H )) were synthesized and characterized by1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The vanadium complexes based on these ligands LVCl2(THF)2 ( 1–6 ) were synthesized via conventional transmetalation reaction in moderate to high yields. Complexes 1–6 were fully characterized by FT-IR, elemental analyses and the molecular structures of 1 , 2 ·H2O, (2 ·H2O ) 2 (μ-Cl) 2 , 4 , and 5 were confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis in which the six-coordinated vanadium centers are in a typical octahedral geometry. Upon activation with Et2AlCl in toluene, complexes 1–6 showed high activities in ethylene polymerization affording polymers with moderate molecular weight (5.9–11.8 × 104 Da). Moreover, in hexane or CH2Cl2, 1–6 /Et2AlCl exhibited enhanced activities. When activated with MAO or MMAO in toluene, these complexes showed relatively low activities but afforded polymers with ultra-high molecular weight (up to 3.30 × 106 Da). 1–6 /Et2AlCl also showed high activities in ethylene/1-hexene copolymerization at room temperature giving moderate molecular-weight polymers (6.5–11.4 × 104 Da) with co-monomer incorporation being of 6.0 ~ 7.8%. 相似文献

Systematic design and self-assembly of metal–organic polyhedra with predictable configurations has been a long-standing challenge in crystal engineering. Herein a concave polyoxovanadate cluster, [V6O6(OCH3)9(SO4)4]5−, which can be generated in situ under specific reaction conditions, is reported. Based on this cluster, a potential trivalent molecular building block, [V6O6(OCH3)9(SO4)(CO2)3]2−, can be obtained by the bridging-ligand-substitution strategy and it possesses appropriate angle information for the design of molecular cubes. Utilizing the face-directed assembly of the trivalent molecular building block and a diverse set of tetratopic carboxylate linkers, a series of metal–organic cubes ( VMOC-1 – VMOC-5 ) with the same topology but different functionalities and dimensions were designed and constructed. An inclusion study using VMOC-3 shows that they are potential molecular receptors for selective capture of size-matching polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon guest molecules. 相似文献

In a previous study (Stahl and Bredow, Chem. Phys. Lett. 2018, 695, 28–33), we have studied structural, energetic, and electronic properties of two vanadium dioxide VO2 polymorphs with modified global and range-separated hybrid functionals. Since hybrid methods are computationally demanding, we evaluate the computationally more efficient DFT + U method in the present study. We assessed the widely used Dudarev PBE + U approach with a literature value of the effective Hubbard parameter Ueff = 3.4 eV. We compared the PBE + U results for the two VO2 polymorphs with our previous results, a self-consistent hybrid functional sc-PBE0, and the meta-GGA functional SCAN. It was found that the PBE + U method yields a strongly distorted monoclinic phase and does not reproduce the metal-to-insulator transition of VO2 correctly, even with modified values of Ueff. On the other hand, sc-PBE0 and SCAN describe the relative stability and the electronic structure of both polymorphs correctly and also provide reasonable lattice parameters.
