Application of fuzzy soft set in decision making problems based on grey theory

There are many uncertain problems in practical production and life which need decisions made with soft sets and fuzzy soft sets. However, the basis of evaluation of the decision method is single and simple, the same decision problem can obtain different results from using a different evaluation basis. In this paper, in order to obtain the right result, we discuss fuzzy soft set decision problems. A new algorithm based on grey relational analysis is presented. The evaluation bases of the new algorithm are multiple. There is more information in a decision result based on multiple evaluation bases, which is more easily accepted and logical to one’s thinking. For the two cases examined, the results show that the new algorithm is efficient for solving decision problems.     

The decision to raise firm value through a sports-business exchange: How much are Real Madrid’s goals worth to its president’s company’s goals?

Global brands emerging from the world of sports are becoming commonplace, and firms invest in the realm of sports, usually through sponsorship initiatives, to get a link with these global brands. Over and above just a mere business link, what if a company makes a personal commitment to get into the core of a renowned, celebrated sports team? This article provides managers with a procedure to analyze, in a weekly basis, how valuable this type of decision is. A conceptual model shows that the personal involvement of a firm’s figurehead in a first-class sports club can impact positively on firm value if the person is doing well in the task s/he is entrusted with by the club. The empirical application to the soccer club Real Madrid, over 1,409 days and 215 matches, finds that the club’s performance on the field has a significant impact on the economic returns of its president’s company, with asymmetrical effects on firm value in a “loss aversion” pattern, that is, lost matches have a greater effect on firm value than games won.     

Iterative operator‐splitting methods for nonlinear differential equations and applications

In this article, we consider iterative operator‐splitting methods for nonlinear differential equations with bounded and unbounded operators. The main feature of the proposed idea is the embedding of Newton's method for solving the split parts of the nonlinear equation at each step. The convergence properties of such a mixed method are studied and demonstrated. We confirm with numerical applications the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in comparison with the standard operator‐splitting methods by providing improved results and convergence rates. 从客户视角研究微型付款模式对企业绩效的影响

基于客户资产理论,从客户视角研究微型付款模式影响企业绩效的机制进行研究.采用问卷设计和数据收集方式,研究共回收有效问卷2260份.通过对这2260份有效问卷进行信度和效度检验、描述性统计分析、相关分析和多元回归分析,对关于微型付款模式影响企业绩效的假设进行实证,找出客户视角微型付款模式影响企业绩效的机制.     

一阶多参数模糊微分方程及定解问题

在单参数模糊微分方程基础上研究了一阶多参数模糊微分方程和模糊初值问题,利用刻画方程的解与刻画参数的关系给出了多参数模糊微分方程解存在的条件,最后给出了具体算例.表明,多参数模糊微分方程具有广泛的工程应用背景.     

低温等离子模型中的一个混合型方程的闭Dirichlet问题

描述理想的低温等离子体中电磁波传播的模型是一个椭圆双曲混合型方程.证明了该方程闭Dirichlet问题弱解的存在唯一性.该结果关于区域的几何结构要求较少.由于这里所讨论的方程的奇异性与Keldysh方程的奇异性有相似性质,而后者的奇异性比Tricomi方程更强,因此关于其正则性的研究是很有意义的.作者给出了一个内正则性结果.     

基于极值理论的中国台风降水分布不确定性分析

以浙江温州站点为例,对5种极值模型模拟台风降水极值累积概率分布的方法进行了详细阐述,并分析不同极值模型的差异;对全国748个气象观测站点的1951—2005年所有台风事件的降水及概率进行了系统分析,结果表明Weibull分布模拟中国台风极值降水整体检验效果最佳;定量探讨了Weibull分布与其他分布模型在台风降水强度-概率分布上的定量差异及采用不同分布模型可能造成的台风降水概率分布不确定性.

MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS TO A SECOND-ORDER m-POINT BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM

In this paper, we are concerned a class of second-order m-point boundary value problem. The existence results of at least three positive solutions are given by using a fixed-point theorem and imposing growth conditions on the nonlinear term, which depends on the first derivative.
