The effect of low-frequency (15 kHz), low-pressure (10 Pa) air plasma treatment on freshly prepared chitosan films at processing times from 3 to 10 min has been explored. The films were prepared using chitosan solutions in dilute acetic acid. The influence of the plasma exposure time on the composition, morphology, and hydrophilic properties of the film surfaces is discussed.  相似文献

Catalyst wettability regulation has emerged as an attractive approach for high catalytic performance for the past few years. By introducing appropriate wettability, the molecule diffusion of reactants and products can be enhanced, leading to high activity. Besides this, undesired molecules are isolated for high selectivity of target products and long-term stability of catalyst. Herein, we summarize wettability-induced high-performance heterogeneous thermocatalysis in recent years, including hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, hybrid hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity, amphiphilicity, and superaerophilicity. Relevant reactions are further classified and described according to the reason for the performance improvement. It should be pointed out that studies of utilizing superaerophilicity to improve heterogeneous thermocatalytic performance have been included for the first time, so this is a comparatively comprehensive review in this field as yet.  相似文献

本文对非平整壁面上的液膜表面波演化过程进行了研究. 针对非平整壁面随时间变化的特性, 采用小参数摄动法对控制方程和边界条件进行求解, 推导出波动壁面上液膜表面波的扰动方程, 采用导数展开法对其进行求解, 并选取简谐波形状的壁面进行数值研究. 对波动壁面下不同参数的影响规律研究可得, 当壁面频率较小时, 静态波与行进波的波长比较相近, 促进表面波之间的合并, 且壁面频率、壁面振幅及Re数的增加, 均会使表面波的振幅明显增大; 对比波动壁面与非平整壁面可得, 在相同位置处, 随着时间的演化, 非平整壁面上表面波呈周期变化, 而波动壁面上表面波呈波长更大的近周期变化; 壁面振幅和壁面频率的降低, 均会使两种壁面结构下的表面波振幅减小, 但所形成的表面波形有所不同, 即波动壁面引起的表面波可看作波动壁面结构与非平整壁面引起的表面波叠加而成.  相似文献

运用激光微织构技术, 通过控制微凹坑形状、间距、深度等参数, 在45#钢表面制备了一组表面算术平均偏差Sa相同但表面微观结构不同的试件. 使用Talysulf CCI Lite 非接触式三维光学轮廓仪对表面进行测量, 采用ISO 25178三维形貌表征参数对其形貌进行表征. 在SL200 KS光学法固液接触角和界面张力仪上针对32#汽轮机油进行润湿性试验, 分析了温度、液滴体积、表面结构特征等因素对润湿性的影响, 并借助ISO25178中部分参数对固体表面形貌随机特征与其润湿性之间的关联性进行了量化研究. 基于固液本征接触角为锐角, 研究结果表明: 固液接触角在润湿过程中先迅速减小, 之后逐渐趋于稳定; 固液平衡接触角随温度的升高而减小, 随液滴体积的增大先增大后减小; 激光微织构能够改变表面润湿性, Sa相同的表面, 微织构形状、方向均影响表面润湿性, 当槽状微织构表面的槽方向与液滴铺展方向一致时, 润湿效果最优. ISO25178系列三维形貌表征参数中幅度参数(Sku, Ssk)、空间参数(Str, Sal)、混合参数(Sdq, Sdr)与表面润湿性之间具有较强的关联性: Sku, Sal, Sdr越大, Ssk, Str, Sdq 越小的表面, 固液平衡接触角越小, 表面润湿性越好.  相似文献

在离散概率测度空间下定义了三值逻辑(p,q,r)测度,并相应地定义了命题逻辑系统中公式的真度概念;在三值逻辑(1/6.1/3.1/2)测度和(1/7.2/7.4/7)测度下证明了命题逻辑系统G3中全体公式的真度值之集在[0.1]上是稠密的,并给出真度的表达式;利用真度定义公式的相似度和一种伪距离,为—般离散概率空间下三值命题的近似推理理论提供一种可能的框架.  相似文献

The accuracy of the Judd-Ofelt theory is investigated in several rare earth doped glasses. Using a normalized method to fit the experimental data, we show that an average accuracy of 5 to 15% is often obtained. However, large errors (up to 35%) can be found on some transitions, even in the case of ions usually considered as well described by the theory. These errors tend also to depend strongly on the materials so that prediction of the accuracy of a calculated intensity is difficult. The Judd-Ofelt parameters found with the normalized method may also differ from those computed in the usual way. Moreover, even in relatively close compositions, quality of the fits can largely vary, weakening possible correlations between compositions and Judd-Ofelt parameters.  相似文献

The competitive adsorption of collagen and bovine serum albumin (BSA) on surfaces with varied wettability was investigated with imaging ellipsometry, and ellipsometry. Silane modified silicon surfaces were used as substrates. The results showed that surface wettability had an important effect on protein competitive adsorption. With the decrease of surface wettability, the adsorption of collagen from the mixture solution of collagen and BSA decreased, while the adsorption of BSA increased.  相似文献

Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is the discharge involved in corona treatment, widely used in industry to increase the wettability or the adhesion of polymer films or fibers. Usually DBD's are filamentary discharges but recently a homogeneous glow DBD has been obtained. The aim of this paper is to compare polypropylene surface transformations realized with filamentary and glow DBD in different atmospheres (He, N2, N2 + O2 mixtures) and to determine the relative influence of both the discharge regime and the gas nature, on the polypropylene surface transformations. From wettability and XPS results it is shown that the discharge regime can have a significant effect on the surface transformations, because it changes both the ratio of electrons to gas metastables, and the space distribution of the plasma active species. This last parameter is important at atmospheric pressure because the mean free paths are short (m). These two points explain why in He, polypropylene wettability increase is greater by a glow DBD than by a filamentary DBD. In N2, no significant effect of the discharge regime is observed because electrons and metastables lead to the same active species throughout the gas bulk. The specificity of a DBD in N2 atmosphere compared to an atmosphere containing oxygen is that it allows very extensive surface transformations and a greater increase of the polypropylene surface wettability. Indeed, even in low concentration and independently of the discharge regime, when O2 is present in the plasma gas, it controls the surface chemistry and degradation occurs.  相似文献
