Ultra‐high‐field NMR spectroscopy requires an increased bandwidth for heteronuclear decoupling, especially in biomolecular NMR applications. Composite pulse decoupling cannot provide sufficient bandwidth at practical power levels, and adiabatic pulse decoupling with sufficient bandwidth is compromised by sideband artifacts. A novel low‐power, broadband heteronuclear decoupling pulse is presented that generates minimal, ultra‐low sidebands. The pulse was derived using optimal control theory and represents a new generation of decoupling pulses free from the constraints of periodic and cyclic sequences. In comparison to currently available state‐of‐the‐art methods this novel pulse provides greatly improved decoupling performance that satisfies the demands of high‐field biomolecular NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A novel, specific and rapid ultra performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry method has been developed and validated for determination of teniposide in rat plasma. A one‐step liquid–liquid extraction method was used and the separation was carried out on an Acquity UPLCTM BEH C18 column with gradient elution using a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and water (containing 0.1% formic acid) at a flow rate of 0.20 mL/min. A triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer in multiple‐reaction monitoring mode via an electrospray ionization interface was used for the detection of teniposide. The detection was complete within 3.0 min. A linear calibration curve was obtained over the concentration range 10–10,000 ng/mL for teniposide, with a lower limit of quantification of 10 ng/mL. The intra‐day precision and inter‐day precision (relative standard deviation) were less than 10.23 and 13.09%, respectively. The developed method was applied for the first time to the pharmacokinetic study of teniposide in rats following a single intravenous administration of 4.5 mg/kg teniposide. A new method for calculating the patch length and width of rectangular microstrip antennas (MSAs) with thin and thick substrates, based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), is presented. The ANFIS is a class of adaptive networks which are functionally equivalent to fuzzy inference systems (FISs). It combines the powerful features of FISs with those of artificial neural networks (ANNs) to achieve a desired performance. The results of ANFIS are in excellent agreement with the experimental results available in the literature.  相似文献

A novel microbubble inflation method has been used to determine the creep compliance of poly(vinyl acetate) and polystyrene ultra‐thin films (13–300 nm thick) at temperatures from below to above the glass temperature. We present results that suggest that time‐temperature and time‐thickness superposition hold in the glassy relaxation regime. Although time‐temperature superposition is found for the entire response curve for each thickness, we also find that time‐thickness superposition fails as the long‐time compliance is approached. This effect occurs because of a strong stiffening as the film thickness decreases. A novel conical microstrip antenna with uniform substrate is investigated. The far field radiation patterns of wraparound microstrip antennas mounted on such a structure are studied theoretically. Results for a wraparound antenna of half-wavelength in width excited by TM01 are given, which are verified accurate and efficient by the ones of wraparound cylindrical antennas when the cone angle is very small.  相似文献

The differential phase measurement method has been improved to need the use of only one power meter instead of three power meters. This enables accurate antenna phase pattern measurements with a simplified set-up, accompanied by the reduction in cost. All advantages of the differential phase measurement method are still also available, e.g. there is no need to phase lock oscillators or to use rotary joints. The measurement results for an antenna at 110 GHz are presented. A good agreement with earlier data was obtained.  相似文献

This paper considers the coupling analysis of phased antenna array designed to excite fast wave in the ion cyclotron range of frequency. The coupling of the antenna is calculated in slab geometry. The coupling code based on the variational principle gives the self-consistent current flowing in the antenna, this method has been extended so that it can be applied to a phased antenna array. As an example, this paper analyses the coupling prosperities of a 2 × 2 phased antenna array. It gives the optimum geometry of antenna array. The fields excited at plasma surface are found to more or less correspond to the antenna current phasing.  相似文献

Results are reported of a theoretical and experimental investigation of a quasi-optical mode converter for the transformation of whispering gallery mode gyrotron output into a linearly polarized Gaussian like beam. The mode converter consists of a helically cut waveguide launcher, similar to that originally proposed by Vlasovet al, followed by a focusing mirror. Theoretical results using aperture field methods indicate that the length of the waveguide launcher is of critical importance in providing a confined radiation pattern. Experimental results on the radiation pattern were obtained for several launcher lengths using a 0.6 MW, 149 GHz pulsed gyrotron operating in the TE16,2 mode. Radiation pattern results for the optimum launcher length agree well with theoretical calculations using the Stratton-Chu aperture radiation theory for unperturbed waveguide modes. A mirror focusing in the azimuthal direction was designed by a geometrical optics approach to focus the radiation coming from the launcher. Good focusing with 91.4% efficiency (power in the focused beam divided by gyrotron power) was found experimentally using the combined launcher and mirror with the pulsed gyrotron. These results indicate that quasi-optical antennas are useful for transforming high order, high frequency gyrotron modes into directed beams in free space.  相似文献
