在比较几种探测器集成制造方法的基础上,提出采用各向异性导电膜作为电信号互联的手段,实现热释电探测器与信号处理电路的混合集成,从而演示了一种兼容性良好的集成化多传感器制造方法.对单晶钽酸锂热释电探测器采取机械研磨减薄获得其薄膜,利用3M的5552R各向异性导电膜,实现了探测器与信号读出电路的互联.对探测器的测试表明:机械研磨减薄获得的钽酸锂薄膜表现出与晶体接近的热释电特性,探测器表现出良好的绝热性质和动态响应特性. 相似文献

The photophysical processes of 4-formacyl-triphenylamine (FTA) and 4,4'-bisformacyl-triphenyl-amine (BTA) have been studied. The fluorescences of FTA and BTA with donor (triamine) and acceptor (formacyl) moieties show the twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) emission in polar solvents and photoinduced charge transfer (ICT) emission in nonpolar solvents. This article proposes a novel coherent multilevel modulation model that exploits polarization and phase of the field. This model is based on the possibility of coherent systems to use all the four degrees of freedom of the electromagnetic field. The proposed scheme is able, by applying a suitable twisting process to the optical fiber, to physically confine the polarization and the phase of the transmitted field within the phase sphere. Transport AC losses measured in self-field conditions on multifilamentary Bi-2223 tapes are often found to be lower than those calculated within the framework of the critical state model for a bulk wire with elliptical cross section, though generally higher than predicted for a strip. This effect is sometimes ascribed to the non-ideal geometry of the tapes, which does not exactly reproduce either shape. Here we propose an alternative explanation assuming that the critical current density of superconducting material depends on magnetic field. In practice, we analyzed the AC loss curve and deduced different Ic values for the individual data points, using the standard Norris equation for elliptical conductor. This gives the relation between ‘calculated' Ic and the self-field associated to AC transport current, which can be regarded as an alternative way to qualify the dependence of Jc on magnetic field. Important is that this procedure covers the range of fields below the self-field at Ic where the measurement in background DC field can not be used to determine Jc(B). 相似文献

We describe noncommutative geometric aspects of twisted deformations, in particular of the spheres of Connes and Landi and of Connes and Dubois Violette, by using the differential and integral calculus on these spaces that is covariant under the action of their corresponding quantum symmetry groups. We start from multiparametric deformations of the orthogonal groups and related planes and spheres. We show that only in the twisted limit of these multiparametric deformations the covariant calculus on the plane gives, by a quotient procedure, a meaningful calculus on the sphere. In this calculus, the external algebra has the same dimension as the classical one. We develop the Haar functional on spheres and use it to define an integral of forms. In the twisted limit (differently from the general multiparametric case), the Haar functional is a trace and we thus obtain a cycle on the algebra. Moreover, we explicitly construct the *-Hodge operator on the space of forms on the plane and then by quotient on the sphere. We apply our results to even spheres and compute the Chern–Connes pairing between the character of this cycle, i.e. a cyclic 2n-cocycle, and the instanton projector defined in math.QA/0107070. 相似文献
