介质势垒放电(DBD)等离子体中NO荧光发射谱研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
利用介质阻挡放电 (DBD)等离子体技术对大气污染物NO分子进行了光谱研究 ,得到了低气压条件下放电等离子体在 2 1 0~ 2 80nm光谱范围内的荧光发射谱。该谱明显的表现为双峰结构 ,谱线均成对出现 ,强度分布符合Frank Condon原理 ,且最大峰值位置出现在 2 36nm处 ,将该组谱线归属为NO分子的A2 ΣA →X2 Π1 / 2 ,2 / 3 跃迁。荧光产生过程为 :基态NO分子与高能电子发生非弹性碰撞被激发至激发态A2 Σ 后自发跃迁回基态同时辐射出荧光。通过测量等离子体中NO分子和N2 分子 337nm谱线强度随时间的变化关系 ,初步证实了放电等离子体中存在的NO分子的分解机制为 :e NO→N O e,N NO→N2 O ,O NO→NO2 hν。  相似文献

Experimental studies employing surface science methods indicate that kinetic oscillations, chaos, and pattern formation in heterogeneous catalytic reactions often result from the interplay of rapid chemical reaction steps and relatively slow complementary processes such as oxide formation or adsorbate-induced surface restructuring. In general, the latter processes should be analysed in terms of theory of phase transitions. Therefore, the conventional mean-field reaction–diffusion equations widely used to describe oscillations in homogeneous reactions are strictly speaking not applicable. Under such circumstances, application of the Monte Carlo method becomes almost inevitable. In this review, we discuss the advantages and limitations of employing this technique and show what can be achieved in this way. Attention is focused on Monte Carlo simulations of CO oxidation on (1 0 0) and (1 1 0) single-crystal Pt and polycrystal Pt, Pd and Ir surfaces and of NO reduction by CO and H2 on Pt(1 0 0). CO oxidation on supported nanometre-sized catalyst particles and NO reduction on composite catalysts are also discussed. The results show that with current computer facilities the MC technique has become an effective tool for analysing temporal oscillations and pattern formation on the nanometre scale in catalytic reactions occurring on both single crystals and supported particles.  相似文献

本文应用密度泛函理论B3LYP方法,分别研究了空白气氛、O2气氛、CO气氛对煤焦吸附NO的影响。建立了由6个苯环组成的煤焦模型,计算得到了在不同气氛、不同吸附位置的吸附能。在O2气氛下,吸附效果最好的方式依然为平行吸附,但吸附能绝对值较空白气氛减小,O2氛围抑制了煤焦对NO的吸附;在CO气氛下,吸附效果最好的方式为平行吸附且吸附能绝对值较空白气氛有所增加,CO氛围促进了煤焦对NO的吸附。  相似文献

Thirteen novel NO-releasing derivatives of betulinic acid (BA) bearing two types of NO-donors (nitrates and furoxans) were synthesized and evaluated for their antitumor activity. The results showed that furoxan-based derivatives exhibited higher antitumor activity than nitrate-based derivatives, with compounds 11a and 11b displaying promising potency against B16 cell lines and HepG2 cell lines (IC50 < 1 μmol/L). Wesupposed that NO-releasing amount of these derivatives which can be detected by Griess method may contribute more to their antitumor activity. As a result, furoxan-based derivatives released larger amount of NO than that of nitrate-based derivatives, which partially explained the higher anti-tumor activity of the former.  相似文献

针对传统非相干宽带腔增强吸收光谱浓度反演方法的定量结果易受镜片反射率标定误差的影响问题, 提出了一种基于测量大气O2-O2吸收的浓度反演方法. 该方法是将非相干宽带腔增强吸收光谱技术的光学增强腔等效成吸收光程不随波长变化的多次反射池, 首先根据测得的宽带腔增强大气吸收谱和参考谱计算出光学厚度, 并应用差分光学吸收光谱算法拟合修正后的气体吸收截面到光学厚度, 反演得到大气中O2-O2以及被测气体的柱浓度, 然后根据O2-O2在大气中的含量已知且相对稳定这一特性, 确定出等效多次反射池的吸收光程, 最后从被测气体的柱浓度中扣除吸收光程信息得到被测气体的浓度值. 以监测大气中NO2实验为例, 应用该方法在454-487 nm波段反演得到了大气NO2的浓度(1-30 ppbv范围内), 并将反演结果与传统浓度反演方法的结果进行了对比, 发现两者的不一致性在7%以内. 实验结果表明, 非相干宽带腔增强吸收光谱技术可以利用大气O2-O2的吸收来定量其他被测气体的浓度, 而且定量结果对镜片反射率的标定误差不敏感.  相似文献

We report a novel NO donor (RpNO), containing a 2,6-dimethylnitrobenzene moiety for photocontrollable NO release and a rhodamine moiety for targeting to mitochondria. Photorelease of NO from RpNO in aqueous solution was confirmed by means of ESR analysis. Cellular release of NO from RpNO was confirmed with the aid of DAF-FM DA, an NO-specific fluorescence probe. RpNO was colocalized with MitoTracker Green FM, a mitochondrial stain, in HCT116 colon cancer cells and exhibited photodependent cytotoxicity. Our results indicate that RpNO is an effective NO donor for time-controlled, mitochondria-specific NO treatment.  相似文献

Electroreduction of nitric oxide (NO) to NH3 (NORR) has gained extensive attention for the sake of low carbon emission and air pollutant treatment. Unfortunately, NORR is greatly hindered by its sluggish kinetics, especially under low concentrations of NO. Herein, we developed a chlorine (Cl) vacancy strategy to overcome this limitation over FeOCl nanosheets (FeOCl-VCl). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations revealed that the Cl vacancy resulted in defective Fe with sharp d-states characteristics in FeOCl-VCl to enhance the absorption and activation of NO. In situ X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) and attenuated total reflection-infrared spectroscopy (ATR-IR) verified the lower average oxidation state of defective Fe to enhance the electron transfer for NO adsorption/activation and facilitate the generation of key NHO and NHx intermediates. As a result, the FeOCl-VCl exhibited superior NORR activities with the NH3 Faradaic efficiency up to 91.1 % while maintaining a high NH3 yield rate of 455.4 μg cm−2 h−1 under 1.0 vol % NO concentration, competitive with those of previously reported literatures under higher NO concentration. Further, the assembled Zn-NO battery utilizing FeOCl-VCl as cathode delivered a record peak power density of 6.2 mW cm−2, offering a new route for simultaneous NO removal, NH3 production, and energy supply.  相似文献
