The strong Lefschetz property of the coinvariant ring of the Coxeter group of type H4

We prove that the coinvariant ring of the irreducible Coxeter group of type H₄ has the strong Lefschetz property.     

Time Asymptotic Behaviour for a One-Velocity Transport Operator with Maxwell Boundary Condition

This paper is concerned with the spectral analysis of a one-velocity transport operator with Maxwell boundary condition in L ₁-space. After a detailed spectral analysis it is shown that the associated Cauchy problem is governed by a C ₀-semigroup. Next, we discuss the irreducibility of the transport semigroup. In particular, we show that the transport semigroup is irreducible. Finally, a spectral decomposition of the solutions into an asymptotic term and a transient one which will be estimated for smooth initial data is given.     

荧光波长对共焦显微镜成像特性的影响

导出了共焦显微镜中不同荧光波长情况下的荧光功率传输函数、三维脉冲响应函数（3D－PSF）和三维光学传递函数（3D－OTF）。结果表明，不同的荧光波长对共焦显微镜的空间截止频率、分辨率、光学传递函数存在明显的影响。当激发波长与荧光波长的比值下降到一定程度时，可以看到明显的失锥现象。     

Analysis of saltation characteristics of bed-load transport in flowing water

The study of bed-load transport is of great significance both in theory and in practice. This paper discusses the saltation of bed-load solid grains in flowing water. Experiments and theoretic analysis have been made by means of high-speed photographing and advanced data processing technique with a combined method based on mechanical and statistical theories. It indicates that the saltation is the main form of the bed-load transport under ordinary flowing conditions. In the meantime, taking successive saltation as the model of bed-load transport, systematic analysis has been made with regard to the kinematic properties and mechanism of saltation. The statistical analysis shows that the probability density functions of the relative height and length of saltation are in conformity with Γ-type distribution, while the probability density functions of the relative velocities of saltation are in conformity with the Gaussian distribution. Parabolic Harnack inequality for divergence form second order differential operators

Old and recent results concerning Harnack inequalities for divergence form operators are reviewed. In particular, the characterization of the parabolic Harnack principle by simple geometric properties -Poincaré inequality and doubling property- is discussed at length. It is shown that these two properties suffice to apply Moser's iterative technique.

主要证明了在不存在交易成本的完全市场条件下连续时间欧式触销式双障碍买权贴现到0时刻的价值过程为鞅,并且给出了对应单障碍买权价值过程的鞅性质.同时还讨论了执行价格为随机的触销式双障碍买权的鞅性质,给出了任意时刻 t(0≤ t≤T)其内在价值的表达式.     

On tolerance lattices of algebras in congruence modular varieties

We prove that the tolerance lattice TolA of an algebra A from a congruence modular variety V is 0-1 modular and satisfies the general disjointness property. If V is congruence distributive, then the lattice Tol A is pseudocomplemented. If V admits a majority term, then Tol A is 0-modular.
