On Bianchi permutability of Bäcklund transformations for asymmetric quad-equations

We prove the Bianchi permutability (existence of superposition principle) of Bäcklund transformations for asymmetric quad-equations. Such equations and their Bäcklund transformations form 3D consistent systems of a priori different equations. We perform this proof by using 4D consistent systems of quad-equations, the structural insights through biquadratics patterns and the consideration of super-consistent eight-tuples of quad-equations on decorated cubes.     

Hcp-icosahedron structural transformation induced by the change in Ag concentration during the freezing of （CoAg）561 clusters

The synergy effect of alloy elements in bimetallic clusters can be used to tune the chemical and physical properties. Research on the influences of alloy concentration and distribution on the frozen structure of bimetallic clusters plays a key rolc in exploring new structural materials. In this paper, we study the influence of Ag concentration on the frozen structure of the （AgCo）561 cluster by using molecular dynamics simulation with a general embedded atom method. The results indicate that tt~e structure and chemical ordering of the （AgCo）561 cluster are strongly related to Ag concentration. Hcp-icosahedron structural transformation in the frozen （CoAg）561 cluster can be induced by changing Ag concentration. The chemical ordering also transforms to Janus-like Co Ag from core-shell Co-Ag.     

Transformation of macromonomers into ring‐opening polymerization macroinitiators: A detailed initiation efficiency study

In the present study, n‐butyl acrylate macromonomer (BAMM) (M_n = 1900 g mol^?1; PDI = 1.96) has been synthesized via a high‐temperature polymerization process. Subsequently, the olefinic termini of the BAMM have been transformed into a diol via a dihydroxylation process using KMnO₄ as an oxidizing agent. The OH‐terminated macroinitiator pBA(OH)₂ has subsequently been employed for the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone via various catalytic systems, that is, organo‐(1,5,7‐triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec‐5‐ene), metal (tin(II) 2‐ethylhexanoate), and enzymatic catalysis (Novozym® 435). The obtained pBA‐b‐pCL block copolymers and the initiation efficiency of the BAMM macroinitiator have been investigated via size exclusion chromatography (SEC), electrospray ionization–mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS) hyphenated with SEC and liquid chromatography at the critical conditions of both poly(ε‐caprolactone) (pCL) and pBA. The in vitro enzyme catalysis (eROP) approach proved to be the most efficient catalysis system due to minor transesterification side reactions during the polymerization process. However, side reactions such as transesterifications occur in each catalytic system and—while they cannot be suppressed—they can be minimized. The species generated during the eROP process include the desired block copolymer pBA‐b‐pCL as main species as well as pCL homopolymer and residual macroinitiator pBA(OH)₂. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. B(A)CKLUND TRANSFORMATION ON SURFACES WITH CONSTANT MEAN CURVATURE IN R2'1

In this paper,the authors obtain the Backlund transformation on time-like surfaces with constant mean curvature in R2,1.Using this transformation,families of surfaces with constant mean curvature from known ones can be constructed.     

Fourier Transformation of the Renormalization-Invariant Coupling

We discuss integral transformations of the QCD renormalization-invariant coupling (running coupling constant). Special attention is paid to the Fourier transformation, i.e., to the transition from the space–time to the energy–momentum representation. Our first conclusion is that the condition for the possibility of such a transition provides one more argument against the real existence of unphysical singularities observed in the perturbative QCD. The second conclusion relates to a way to translate some singular long-wave asymptotic behaviors to the infrared region of transferred momenta. Such a transition must be performed with the Tauberian theorem taken into account. This comment relates to the recent ALPHA collaboration results on the asymptotic behavior of the QCD effective coupling obtained by numerical lattice simulation.

One of the results is that a braiding on a monoidal 2-category induces a pseudo-natural transformation , where is the reverse of ? –, which is almost, but not quite, equal to – ?. However, in higher dimensions need not be reversible, so a braiding on a higher-dimensional tas can not be seen as a transfor A B B A.     

Stability of solutions to Hilbert boundary value problem under perturbation of the boundary curve

In this paper, the authors discuss the stability of the solutions to Hilbert boundary value problem under perturbation of the unit circle. When the index of this problem is non-negative, by extending Lavrentjev's conformal mapping on a region approximating to a unit disc, we show the solutions are stable under small perturbations. For negative index we give a conception of quasi-solution and discuss its stability correspondingly.     

扩展的Boussinesq系统Lax对的Bcklund变换和递推求解公式的导出

本文研究2+1维的扩展经典Boussinesq系统。首先,研究了系统的Lax对,找出了一个形式十分新颖的带有一个任意函数的Bcklund变换。然后,又导出了Lax对的特征函数的生成公式。最后,利用Bcklund变换和Lax对特征函数生成公式相结合得出了Lax对的递推求解公式。利用此递推公式,求出了一些Lax对的解。
