Global stability and the Hopf bifurcation for some class of delay differential equation

In this paper, we present an analysis for the class of delay differential equations with one discrete delay and the right‐hand side depending only on the past. We extend the results from paper by U. Fory? (Appl. Math. Lett. 2004; 17 (5):581–584), where the right‐hand side is a unimodal function. In the performed analysis, we state more general conditions for global stability of the positive steady state and propose some conditions for the stable Hopf bifurcation occurring when this steady state looses stability. Dynamical analysis of a delayed ratio-dependent Holling-Tanner predator-prey model

In this paper, a delayed Holling-Tanner predator-prey model with ratio-dependent functional response is considered. It is proved that the model system is permanent under certain conditions. The local asymptotic stability and the Hopf-bifurcation results are discussed. Qualitative behaviour of the singularity (0,0) is explored by using a blow up transformation. Global asymptotic stability analysis of the positive equilibrium is carried out. Numerical simulations are presented for the support of our analytical findings.     

Delay-dependent and delay-independent stability criteria for a delay differential system

For a linear delay differential system with two coefficients and one delay, we establish some necessary and sufficient conditions on the asymptotic stability of the zero solution, which are composed of delay-dependent and delay-independent stability criteria. On the former criterion, the range of the delay is explicitly given.

     

一个具有时滞和功能反应的非自治阶段结构的捕食模型

研究一个具有时滞和功能反应的非自治阶段结构的捕食模型,其中食饵种群分两个阶段——幼年和成年,且捕食种群只捕成年食饵.通过利用微分不等式、比较定理和构造适当的Lyapunov泛函,得到该模型的永久持续生存和绝灭的充分条件,同时也得到了周期系统存在唯一全局渐近稳定的周期解的充分条件.     

一类变质性物品在考虑信用期时的补货策略

随着人们物质生活的不断丰富,库存控制系统所处的环境变得既复杂又多变,光靠规模化的经营已经不能满足顾客的需要,经典的EOQ模型的订购批量解也与实际的最优值之间具有很大的差距.由次,本文修改了EOQ模型中的一些假设,在考虑信用期的情况下,研究了需求率为常数、物品存贮寿命为两参数维布尔分布的单一变质性物品在有限计划期内的补货策略,证明了最优补货策略的存在性及惟一性,同时给出了求解最优补货策略的算例,得到了应用更为广泛的结论.     

Mean-square stability of Milstein method for linear hybrid stochastic delay integro-differential equations

In this paper we study the mean-square (MS) stability of the Milstein method for linear stochastic delay integro-differential equations (SDIDE) with Markovian switching by extending the techniques of [Z. Wang, C. Zhang, An analysis of stability of Milstein method for stochastic differential equations with delay, Computers and Mathematics with Applications 51 (2006) 1445–1452; L. Ronghua, H. Yingmin, Convergence and stability of numerical solutions to SDDEs with Markovian switching, Applied Mathematics and Computation 175 (2006) 1080–1091]. It is established that the Milstein method is MS-stable for linear stochastic delay differential equations (Wang and Zhang (2006); in the above reference). Here we prove that it is MS-stable for linear SDIDE with Markovian switching also under suitable conditions on the integral term. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the theoretical results.

On a class of PDEs with nonlinear distributed in space and time state‐dependent delay terms

A new class of nonlinear partial differential equations with distributed in space and time state‐dependent delay is investigated. We find appropriate assumptions on the kernel function which represents the state‐dependent delay and discuss advantages of this class. Local and long‐time asymptotic properties, including the existence of global attractor and a principle of linearized stability, are studied. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

二阶时滞小波神经网络的全局指数稳定性分析

通过构造李雅谱诺夫泛函,对具有时滞的二阶神经网络的稳定性进行分析,利用Eazumikhin定理得到了网络平衡点全局指数稳定的时滞相关与无关的充分条件,当衰减率依赖于时间时,得出了它们之间的一个线性关系,并进行了简明扼要的分析.
