A novel approach using Monte Carlo method applied to simulation of low‐density polyethylene (LDPE) polymerization in tubular reactor showing topological characteristics, and the comprehensive kinetic mechanism has been taken into consideration. The results show the precise details of the structure of a chain in the three levels of the backbone, the main branches, and branches on branch. The chain types include dead polymer, dead polymer with unsaturated end, and live polymer with primary radical, secondary radical, and tertiary radical. In this work, the branches on branch were identified in terms of number, length, and position of the branch. Sixty percent of branches on branch are 1 to 5 carbons long, and the longest branch on branch is about 50 carbons. Thus, this study provides a tool for more accurately mapping the polymer chains architecture, superior to determine the number, and position of long‐ and short‐chain branches in past researches. Finally, this approach will advance the prediction of microstructure‐related properties of polymer one step further.  相似文献

In this paper we have reviewed the theoretical framework of the coupled-cluster (cc) based linear response model as a tool for directly calculating energy differences of spectroscopic interest like excitation energy (ee), ionisation potential (ip) or electron affinity (ea). In this model, the ground state of a many-electron system is described as in a coupled cluster theory for closed shells. The electronic ground state is supposed to interact with an external photon field of frequencyw, and the poles of the linear response function as a function ofw furnish with the elementary excitations of the system. Depending on the general form of the coupling term chosen, appropriate difference energies like ee, ip or EA may be generated. Pertinent derivations of the general working equations are reviewed, and specific details as well as approximations for ee, ip or ea are indicated. It is shown that the theory bears a close resemblance to the equation of motion (eom) method but is superior to the latter in that the ground state correlation is taken to all orders and may be looked upon as essentially a variant of renormalisedtda. A perturbative analysis elucidating the underlying perturbative structure of the formulation is also given which reveals that the theory has a hybrid structure: the correlation terms are treated akin to an open shellmbpt, while the relaxation terms are treated akin to a Green function theory. A critique of the methodvis-a-vis other cc-based approaches for difference energies forms the concluding part of our review.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We explore equilibrium structures and flow-driven deformations of nematic liquid crystals confined to 3D junctions of cylindrical micropores with homeotropic surface anchoring. The topological state of the nematic ordering field in such basic unit of porous networks is controlled by nematic orientation profiles in individual pores, anchoring frustration along the edges of joining pores and coupling to the material flow field. We numerically investigate formation of the flow-aligned configurations in single cylindrical pores and pore junctions. Depending on the arrangement of inlet and outlet flows in the junction, we demonstrate existence of numerous stationary nematic configurations, characterised by specific bulk defects and surface disclinations along joining edges. Observed bulk defects are nonsingular escaped structures, disclinations in the form of loops or disclination lines pinned to the joining edges of the pores. Furthermore, we show examples of defect dynamics during the flow-induced topological transformations.  相似文献

Abstract

The complexation of ethylenediamine, triethylenetetramine, acetic acid, glutaric acid, succinic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, malonic acid, iminodiacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic acid, N 1-(4-isothiocyanatobenzyl)di-ethylene-triaminetetraacetic acid, trans-1, 2-diaminocyclohexane-N, N, N, N'-tetraacetic acid and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) with Eu3+ ion in aqueous solution has been studied by using the 7FO5DO excitation spectroscopy of the Eu3+ ion. Because the energy of the 7FO5DO transition of Eu3+ is dependent on the coordinating oxygen atoms, the “nephelauxetic” shift parameters for most typical coordinating atoms, such as in the carboxylate group, aliphatic amino nitrogen and the pyridine nitrogen atom were recalculated by multilinear regression with the present set of 22 complexes. The calculated shift parameters were used for the analysis of the excitation spectra of the complexes of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, trans-1, 2-diaminocyclo-hexane-N, N, N, N', -tetraacetic acid and N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic acid.  相似文献

在B3LYP/6-311++g**、MP2/6-311++g(3df,3pd)及MP2/aug-cc-pvtz水平上分别求得H3SiH…MeHn(Me=Na,Mg,Be;n=1或2)复合物势能面上的3个稳定构型,探讨了以Si-H为电子供体的红移反向氢键相互作用(IHB).经MP2/6-311++g(3df,3pd)水平的计算,在3个复合物中,含基组重叠误差(BSSE)校正的单体间相互作用能分别为-5.98、-8.65和-3.96kJ.mol-1,与MP2/aug-cc-pvtz水平下计算得到的-6.18、-9.12和-4.28kJ·mol-1接近,可见3个反向氢键复合物的相对稳定性顺序为:SiH4...MgH2SiH4...NaHSiH4...BeH2.NBO分析及对相关原子化学位移的计算表明,在复合物中,电子流向总体表现为SiH4→MeHn(n=1或2),且直接参与反向氢键形成的H3的化学位移向低场移动.与传统氢键相比,这里Si1-H3既是氢键供体,又是电子供体,从而形成反向氢键相互作用.另外,采用分子中原子理论(AIM)分别对各复合物中相关键鞍点处的电子密度拓扑性质进行了分析,结果表明3个复合物中均存在以静电性质为主的分子间反向氢键弱相互作用.  相似文献

Based on thermogravimetric characteristics first obtained for the model 6H-indeno [1,2-b]quinoline, the scheme of thermal conversions of this compound in the temperature range 20–700 °C has been proposed, and the limit of its thermal stability (300 °C) has been determined. This temperature is recommended as the optimum for synthesizing fused benzoaza(diaza)fluorenes. Based on the results of X-ray structural analysis, the molecules of the studied indenoquinoline form centrosymmetric pairs, which are arranged in (110) layers. The molecules are orientationally disordered. The observed self-association of these molecules is similar to the - association of fused heterocyclic systems with-excessive and ****- deficient fragments. It has been suggested that interferon-inducing and antitumor compounds with an annelated indenyl fragment have a common mechanism of action according to the intercalation model of stacking structures.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
