Three-dimensional Tollmien-Schlichting waves generated by sound in the boundary layer on an elastic surface at transonic free-stream velocities

Within the framework of the triple-deck theory, the effect of surface elasticity on three-dimensional packets of Tollmien-Schlichting waves generated by acoustic disturbances induced near the boundary layer at transonic free-stream velocities is investigated. It is shown that the elasticity of the surface considerably weakens the most unstable oblique waves but does not change the characteristic horseshoe shape of wave packets with two disturbance peaks propagating at an angle to the incoming flow.

Oxygen Plasma Technology-Assisted Preparation of Three-Dimensional Reduced Graphene Oxide/Polypyrrole/Strontium Composite Scaffold for Repair of Bone Defects Caused by Osteoporosis

Repairs of bone defects caused by osteoporosis have always relied on bone tissue engineering. However, the preparation of composite tissue engineering scaffolds with a three-dimensional (3D) macroporous structure poses huge challenges in achieving osteoconduction and osteoinduction for repairing bone defects caused by osteoporosis. In the current study, a three-dimensional macroporous (150–300 μm) reduced graphene oxide/polypyrrole composite scaffold modified by strontium (Sr) (3D rGO/PPY/Sr) was successfully prepared using the oxygen plasma technology-assisted method, which is simple, safe, and inexpensive. The findings of the MTT assay and AO/EB fluorescence double staining showed that 3D rGO/PPY/Sr has a good biocompatibility and effectively promoted MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation. Furthermore, the ALP assay and alizarin red staining showed that 3D rGO/PPY/Sr increased the expression levels of ALP activity and the formation of calcified nodules. The desirable biocompatibility, osteoconduction, and osteoinduction abilities, assure that the 3D macroporous rGO/PPY/Sr composite scaffold offers promising potential for use in the repair of bone defects caused by osteoporosis in bone tissue engineering.

本文建立了有限几何尺寸板条激光介质的三维温度分布模型.在普遍情况下,推导出温度分布的解析式.由此便于分析板条温度分布和泵浦参数、激光介质等的依赖关系.借助计算机进行的数值计算,证实了理论结果.     

The three-dimensional structure of aspergilloglutamic peptidase from Aspergillus niger

Aspergilloglutamic peptidase from Aspergillus niger is a novel pepstatin-insensitive acid endopeptidase distinct from the well-studied aspartic peptidases, and thus is an interesting target for protein structure/function studies. In the present study, we have determined the three-dimensional structure of the enzyme by X-ray crystallography to a 1.4-Å resolution. The results revealed that the enzyme has a unique structure, composed of two seven-stranded anti-parallel β-sheets which form a β-sandwich structure and appear to have a partial two-fold symmetry, suggesting its possible evolution by gene duplication and that the glutamic acid-110 and glutamine-24 in the heavy chain form a catalytic dyad, consistent with our results obtained by site-directed mutagenesis.     

Wave Regimes of Viscous Film Flow down a Vertical Cylinder

The flow of a viscous liquid film down a vertical cylinder in the gravity field is considered. In the case of small Reynolds numbers for long-wave perturbations on a cylinder of radius much greater than the film thickness, the problem can be reduced to a single nonlinear equation for the evolution of the film thickness perturbation. For axially symmetric solutions, this equation coincides with the well-known Sivashinsky-Kuramoto equation. The results of a numerical analysis of this equation for three-dimensional stationary traveling solutions of the problem are reported. The effect of the problem parameters on the solution behavior is demonstrated. Soliton type solutions are presented.

结合地理信息系统(GIS)技术和三维仿真图示技术,探讨了基于GIS的河道、蓄滞洪区洪水演进可视化仿真技术原理与方法,分析了洪水演进可视化模型的建立过程,设计出河道、蓄滞洪区洪水演进系统的总体结构及开发模式,并介绍了系统具体功能的实现.本仿真模型在实例中得到了成功的应用,可为防洪减灾决策提供快捷、直观形象的信息支持.     

三维形貌检测的自动参考栅象法研究

本文提出了一种用于曲面形貌检测的傅里叶变换法中的参考栅象图的自动产生及误差修正方法,通过对实际测量图象的处理,证明该方法具有很好的使用效果,从而大大提高了傅里叶变换法检测曲面形貌的精度和实用性。
