在模拟人体生理条件下,采用荧光光谱和紫外 可见吸收光谱法研究了双氯芬酸钠与牛血清白蛋白的结合反应.实验结果显示,双氯芬酸钠对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭作用,该猝灭过程主要为静态荧光猝灭过程;二者结合常数KLB=2.167×105mol·L-1;二者的结合位置距212位色氨酸2.13nm;同时,由结合反应的热力学参数得出二者作用力主要是氢键或VanderWall's力. 相似文献

A multi-element Saha–Boltzmann plot method is proposed for the determination of the temperature and the relative number density in laser-induced plasmas, assuming local thermodynamic equilibrium and stoichiometry conservation. The method has been applied to the characterization of a plasma generated with a Cu–Fe–Ni–Mn alloy, using a Nd:YAG laser in air at atmospheric pressure. Spectra of the local emissivity have been obtained by spatial deconvolution of the intensity spectra, obtained with spatial resolution. Saha–Boltzmann plots obtained from the emissivities of 58 spectral lines of Fe I, Fe II, Ni I, Ni II, Mn I and Mn II have been fitted to linear behavior with high correlation, which shows the validity of the equation proposed. Radial distributions of the temperature and number densities of neutral atoms and ions have been determined. The results obtained reinforce the initial considerations of local thermodynamic equilibrium and conservation of stoichiometry. The proposed equation can also be applied to only one ionization species (multi-element Boltzmann plot). Spatially-integrated measurements of the plasma emission have also been performed to show that, in this case, the application of the method to the line intensities provides the two different apparent temperatures for neutral atoms and ions. 相似文献

ZIF‐7, built as an assembly of ZnII centers and benzimidazolate ligands, shows prominent S‐shaped isotherms upon CO2 adsorption that can be attributed to sorbate‐induced gate‐opening phenomena involving a narrow‐to‐large pore phase transition. This peculiar sorption pattern can be captured via the formulation of thermodynamic isotherms, providing a direct enthalpic and entropic view of the gate‐opening process. Relying on such an approach, an energy barrier with preferential enthalpic nature for CO2 adsorption/desorption in the gate‐opening region could be unveiled. Moreover, the elastic energy involved during the gate‐opening process was revisited to 1.4–2.8 kJ mol?1 of solid in the temperature range 273–323 K, matching the value measured by isostatic compression of a ZIF‐7_lp sample filled with DMF and showing a dominant entropic contribution. 相似文献

It is widely accepted that the frictional pressure drop is impossible to be negative for pipe flow. However, the negative frictional pressure drops were observed for some cases of two-phase slug and churn flows in pipes, challenging the general sense of thermodynamic irreversibility. In order to solve this puzzling problem, theoretical investigations were performed for the entropy generation in slug and churn flows. It is found that the frictional pressure drop along with a buoyancy-like term contributes to the entropy generation due to mechanical energy loss for steady, incompressible slug and churn flows in vertical and inclined pipes. Experiments were conducted in a vertical pipe with diameter as 0.04 m for slug and churn flows. Most of the experimental data obtained for frictional pressure drop are negative at high gas–liquid ratios from 100 to 10,000. Entropy generation rates were calculated from experimental data. The results show that the buoyancy-like term is positive and responsible for a major part of entropy generation rate while the frictional pressure drop is responsible for a little part of entropy generation rate, because of which the overall entropy generation due to mechanical energy loss is still positive even if the frictional pressure drop is negative in vertical slug and churn flows. It is clear that the negative frictional pressure drops observed in slug and churn flows are not against the thermodynamics irreversibility. 相似文献
